The cars on display were quite nice, however they were mostly AMG models (not exactly anything a normal family would buy). They also didn't have any GLBs around the lot...? We walked around the dealership for about 10 to 15 minutes. There were 4 sales consultants at the time. 3 stayed at their respective desks while one was helping a customer. No one bothered to greet us during this time Sunday afternoon. This was a pretty underwhelming experience for such a luxury, highly respected brand.

Amazing, amazing , amazing service. I just had a nail in my tire and no appointment. Alexander and his team were great they fixed my tire right away. To my surprise they even washed my little smart car. This dealer ship is my to go place for my smart car. They have exceeded my expectations every time I have been there. I’m a first time car buyer and I just bought a new 2021 Mercedes C300! Andy Dhanoa was the salesman who helped my boyfriend and I and he went above and beyond to really give us what we were looking for. My boyfriends dad has been in the car business for about 25 years, so he's much more familiar than I am when it comes to how these things are supposed to go. With that being said, he was really impressed about Andy’s dedication on getting me what I wanted, for the price I wanted. Avoid the service center, they totally ripped me off $500 when I took my car for service and they gave me a courtesy car. Right after I left the dealership I realized there is an issue with the car, it was driving slanted and I had to hold firmly to the wheel. The next day when I went to return it I realized that the tires are punctured, and now it all make sense why it was driving that way. They didn't believe what I said and they charged me for $500. I guess they don't appreciate honesty!! That's in addition to many other inconveniences I faced with that place that I won't dig into now. Totally avoid that place for servicing your car.

Amanda is a very helpful service representative. But this location is way smaller than another Mercedes. No drinks, no waiting room, nothing you need. If you wanna take services here you'd better to ask someone to take you.

I just bought a vehicle from this location. The salesperson, Carmen, has been extremely helpful. Carmen is very genuine, resourceful, and caring. Throughout the process, I never felt any pressure from Carmen. She is very down to earth and trustworthy. She makes sure that I am satisfied with all aspects of my purchase. All other staff members I've encountered are also very friendly and helpful. Sam took the time to explain the functions of each feature to me and reassured me that he is happy to answer my future questions. It was my best car shopping experience.

First experience for this Mercedes dealership, brought my 2017 B250 for service. Excellent service department John the service advisor recommended that I should purchase a prepaid service plan. This plan is great pays for my next service also. Today service cost more than the prepaid. Thanks John for saving us some money. Greatly appreciated. I need to share an amazing experience in customer service I received from this dealership today. I had lost my wheel lock key and was at the tire shop ready for my winter tires to be put on. I thought I’d try stopping at the MB dealership but honestly was not optimistic about getting immediate assistance due to my lack of an appointment, and the stereotype that going to Mercedes would include waiting, very-pricey, etc. Upon entering I was so lucky to get JOHNSON HA the Parts Manager asking to help me. When I told him the situation he quickly said “no problem” and directed a younger co-worker to get the wheel lock keys and help me immediately. Within 5 minutes the bright young man had identified my specific key out of 2 cases of where lock keys with more than 40 to choose from. He took it back to Johnson who quickly pulled a new set of wheel locks and asked the young assistant to go remove my existing locks and install the new locks. All told, I was out of there within another 10-15 minutes for just about $150. I got to speak with Johnson briefly and I can’t say enough about how helpful he was and his philosophy on customer service which he shared with me. If Johnson and his coworker are an indication of the type of people working on this team, they’ve got to be one of the beat dealerships around. I’ve had this mercedes for years and have used other MB dealerships before. The other dealer wasn’t necessarily “bad” but the service experience I received here was truly impressive. Thank you Johnson and thank you to your coworker. You’ve renewed my faith in mankind today that good, honest people are still out there and making a difference. Dave

I want to acknowledge the great experience I had with the service and sales departments. I received excellent service from Raul Hernandez who is the service manager. We had an issue with our CLA 250 when it was involved in an accident and the service department kept me in the loop on all conversations with ICBC. ICBC claimed there was no damage to the engine but Raul said there was and in the end a 3rd party independent mechanic verified Raul's findings. I ended up trading in the CLA 250 for a new 2020 GLB 250. We received excellent service from Mohsen in the sales department who provided a fair trade-in value for my car and got us into a great new vehicle. The experience from the order to the pickup was top notch. Thank you very much and my wife and I love the new vehicle.

Signed a deal to buy a car but they told me they needed a day to get it ready, when I arrived the next day, I was told that the car's residual value had dropped and my payments would be higher. Have confirmed with other dealers that residual values do not change mid-month. When I asked them to honor what they signed, they told me to take or leave the new deal but that they wouldn't hold the car for more than a day. Feel completely scammed. Edit - Don't believe the response to the review. I left letting them know I am going to pursue legal action. As stated, they are not trust worthy.

By far the best place to bring your Mercedes or Smart Car, I've been to a couple others. Atmosphere is welcoming, beverages and snacks available at no charge while you wait in the lounge with the big screen TV, and last but really top of the list, the staff are really great. Been a regular client here, over the last decade-and-a-half, long before the ownership changed hands. One of the best things Open Road did, for a smooth transition, was retaining the same staff for client relationship. My special focus of attention is Alexander in Service Department. He never fails to give the best possible service, no matter what. As a matter of fact, I had a very strange problem occur in my S 63 as it started tilting to the left. Numerous efforts at locating the fault bore no fruit. Ultimately, Alex contacted some expert in their Germany factory. The car had a Sports Adjustment device for lowering the body that malfunctioned. Entire credit goes to Alex for ensuring I got all possible assistance in getting the vehicle back on the road at the earliest. Parts department is terrible! Saturday April 2nd I came to buy engine oil and oil filter for my GL350. There was only one customer before me. Lady at the counter was trying to figure something out with him for at least 20 minutes. The other parts person was on the phone talking all that time. I run out of patience I said: I just need to buy oil and oil filter. She said she was going to ask the other parts person to help me. I waited for another 5-10 minutes and left because no one was eager to help. Perhaps I should've talked to the manager but not sure if they work Saturdays.

After we pick the vehicle, we found that there is no Android Auto. We asked and wanted to have Google Android Auto installed. Jay researched for us and found that it can be installed but It would costs us another $400. I was kind of hesitating because of the extra charges but Jay and a Sales Manager were willing to do it for us at no costs. What a great service! TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!! I had to call like four times to make a single service appointment. They initially could not tell me what type of service I need this time because they couldn’t find the records. I bought a service package from them a year ago! Then about an hour later, someone from Surrey Mercedes called and asked me if I need to service my vehicle. What? I told her that I just made an appointment and she said to disregard this call. I booked a service appointment 3 weeks before because I needed a courtesy car while the car was being serviced. The day before the scheduled service, I received a text message about securing a courtesy car for me and wanted me to confirm. Next day morning when I was dropping off my car, they said they do not have a courtesy car for me. Sure, they apologized but they totally screwed up my plan. The service also included replacing key battery and one of the service staff lady said it’s done. Guess what! I saw “Replace key battery” message when I started my car next day morning. I had to go back again to get the battery replaced. She accused me that I brought a different key (why does that matter). I said no as I only use one set of keys (as do most of people I think). They did replace the battery after that. I wouldn’t know if I wasted my money had the error message did not appear. The whole service experience has been terrible. Their service team is clueless and need to get organized. The dealership is so small and is always packed that I always struggle to find a parking space. I really like Open Road but this dealership is a disappointment. I will not be going back to this dealership for future services. Service date: May 30th.

Dont go here. If you can go to another mercedes, I highly recommend. Or better yet, don't buy a mercedes. This is such a shady shop. You go in, they tell you $450, done in two days. 3 days later they'll call you and tell you they ordered the wrong part, etc etc, and you owe $250 more BUT he'll give you a deal., only $150. Then they'll do the work, a week late, and someone else will call you and say your total bill is $500 more. Yes, the discount was applied, but what they don't tell you is "programming" is 4.5 hours at $170 an hour. I went from $450 flat fee and 2 day service, to $1100 for a key and a week late. Then they will hold your car hostage until you pay. I agreed to $450, not $1100. Terrible shop.

Had an unfortunate minor accident with some costly repairs and no coverage. Due to the age of the vehicle it was questionable if it was even worthwhile to repair or not. After a lot of help from Claire in service and their shop foreman we were able to get the costs down to an amount that made it worthwhile. They were extremely transparent and helpful along the way and the BEST part of it was the final invoice came in even LESS than what the original quotation was for! Has that ever happened at any dealership ever before??! Great service, great people, and great environment going on over there at Surrey Mercedes-Benz. Keep it up guys!

I just wanted to share an act of kindness that the dealership provided me. I was driving home from work in heavy traffic, just as I was in front of the dealership my tire went flat, I was able to get my car into their parking lot. When I explained my situation, the service department quickly got my car into the shop and replaced my flat with my spare tire. Recently i have been car shopping at all Mercedes Benz (surrey, Vancouver & boundary locations). I was helped with Jay Kim. He is by far the best care salesmen I have ever come across.He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very honest and has such an amazing character. He gives amazing advice and is extremely professional. He does not come across like a car salesman but a friend who will give you the same advice he would give to his family. At the end i purchased a car from boundary location as the vehicle was already in their lot. However my experience at Boundary MB was not as spectacular as a few email exchanges I have had with Jay Kim. Jay Kim's attitude and demeanour is what sets him apart from other car salesman.
