Very horrible customer service and finance service. When I purchased my Miata in Apr,2020, there is huge conflict happened between me and finance, really makes me feel disappointed when I pick up the car. And today I wanna know the total buyout price, I even phone them over 5 times and no one call me back. Finally someone transfer me to the finance office, and the agent told me Sorry we cannot give you buyout price today cause we are super busy. No time for you questions, call back on Monday, or you are really need it go call Mazda Canada. And almost order me to google the number of Mazda Canada. The attitude is really really bad, buying my car here is a huge mistake. I’ll never purchase my car in this dealership again. Really waste of my time and I will tell my friends avoid this dealership.

I was in this Wednesday with my Friend Sarah. She ended up picking up a 2017 Mazda CX-3 with John. I just wanted to say, that John was super easy going, honest, enjoyable and informative during our visit. I have worked in the car industry for over 6 years and I have to say, I have not met anyone who can compare. I’ll admit I already kind of wanted to get the car they showed me but James still presented the car as a great investment. Sometimes that’s important too even though it might be something you want already. They knew our budget and when they saw us willing to consider something a bit more expensive, James took care to point out the differences as “perks” and not necessarily something I would miss on in the lower trim. We appreciated him and Alex making the process smooth on a Saturday evening no less! It’s 2020 and I appreciate people just putting on a smile at their workplace because .. it’s tough lol. Be warned once your purchase has gone through and you have issues with a BRAND NEW vehicle they won’t be there to help. My new car was defective which they fixed after having to leave my car for almost 2 full days. I requested to soften my annoyance by providing some floor mats. That was a big NO. Now I’m having issues with the vehicle and was told that “maybe I just don’t like it” and that it’s a big car so what am I to expect. That my concerns are not normal ones they get but maybe just maybe It’s a one off? My coworker overheard the conversation and was astounded how I was being spoken to. I was told someone would contact me to discuss if I am “happy” with the car. No call. And since then my auto break alert is going off when there is nothing in front of me. Seems more dangerous than safe. I’ve told them something isn’t right with this car but apparently “the robots build them all the same” too bad their old basic loaner runs better than my NEW 2021 CX5. Go somewhere where they take care of their clients after the sale is compete.

These guys place a massive paragraph in their craigslist adds containing every make and model of vehicle so that no matter what you search, you get bombarded with their ads. IF I'M LOOKING TO BUY A FORD RANGER, I'M DEFINETELY NOT GOING TO CONSIDER GETTING AN MX-5 OR A BRZ.

Sales not clear about the features available. Bought a CX-9 and they said it's got LKAS same as what Honda and Toyota offer but that's not the case, confirmed with Mazda. Not assisting with getting the Mazda loyalty bonus despite the then Finance Manager telling me that he will get that processed. Seems like a shady dealership. I would say avoid them and go to other dealerships. Such a pain, would have to travel further to get the car serviced as well.

I called midway Mazda on a Monday and had my car booked in for the Friday to diagnose a ticking noise coming from under my hood that my regular mechanic couldn’t figure out- I accidentally got the dates mixed up and showed Up a day early, but they were able to get me in then and there and diagnose my issue in no time. Within a few hours they were able to diagnose and solve my issue in a very timely manner with great customer service. I’d mentioned the possibility of trading in my vehicle as well to which I was met with knowledgeable, no pressure staff. Overall I had a great experience at Midway Mazda. No complaints. Thanks to Dan, James, and the rest of the staff. You guys are awesome!

We recently moved from Ontario and took our car for service to Midway Mazda. We ran into Kari Lumme (sales person at Midway) and thankfully we did! We were looking to get out of our lease and into a 2021 model and Kari did just that. He followed up with us over the next few weeks and we got in to test drive a few cars. We also got invited to the VIP event where Kari was super helpful. He took a lot of time with us in helping us get what we wanted in terms of a new car and payment. Kari was patient, helpful and never hesitated to make us feel comfortable and prepared in the process. So I'm starting this review on 3 different points, sales, parts and service. Sales, the salesman I met was an elder gentleman that knows exactly what I was looking for, really professional and friendly, and never tried to upsell me anything. Even though I did not buy my car there eventually the salesman still did some follow-ups and greeted me on my new car. Parts, the parts department even though they're connected to service but the staff I've met were super friendly too and helped me find what I need and one time guided me to another location where the item was in stock even though they're not making money out of it. (Hope I'm not getting some1 into trouble by saying this) And service, I was in luck when I serviced a warranty issue, got diagnosed same day and the service guy filled all the paperwork and scheduled an appointment, just within one single visit. Also I'd like to point out that this warrantable item was quoted $1k at Signature Mazda in Richmond so don't ever visit there. They do wash your car after the service and even though the staff told me it's an marketing strategy (hopefully this one doesn't get those guys in trouble either) I do consider that as a plus. After all not much dealers would help you do extra when they can't get a penny out of your pocket.

It was time for a new vehicle. I read Consumer Reports and spoke to family and friends. The first choice was a Mazda. I was met by John Pacheco at Midway Mazda. His first question to me was "what are your requirements"? Not only did he find a vehicle that met my requirements, he exceeded them. I was treated with honesty and respect. I am very happy with my purchase. I can honestly say I love my car. I highly recommend John Pacheco and Midway Mazda.

Called this dealership to inquire about a preowned vehicle they had for sale. I spoke to Shawn in Sales, I asked him about the vehicle and he said it had just gone through inspection, told me about the vehicle, and told me it was a very clean car. He texted me very blurry pictures of the carfax. I informed that I will come take a look at it in about an hours time. We got to the dealership and the car was parked at the front. I got in and so did Shawn and right away he mentioned that the manager said the price was too low, so they increased it by $2,000. I asked him if he'll honour the price I saw and he said yes, but seemed quite unsure. Started looking at the car and noticed that the entertainment/radio unit wasn't working, after I clicked around for a while, he informed me that apparently the "fuse was blown" that's why that and some other features weren't apparently working. I also questioned him about the sport button being permanently on and he replied that he wondered the same thing, and started clicking it again and again. He finally told me that the car hadn't been inspected, and i questioned him as to why and he just sat there. He asked me if I wanted to go on a test drive and I said sure and asked me inside to give him my licence and sign some form. He then put the D Plate on the car and proceeded to jump in, and actually hit my car with the door...completely oblivious. Also, is that still the protocol during a pandemic?? As we were driving the car, he was quite distracting. I noticed the brakes were warped and the tires were trash and it ran absolutely horrendously. We got back and he started looking at the tires for a few minutes and I told him that had I known that this vehicle had all these problems I wouldn't have come. And he didn't even reply he basically said the car has alot of red flags and he's unsure when it will go through the shop and get fixed. What a terrible experience. Why wouldn't he tell me about all the problems before I went in, I spoke to him on the phone not like I just showed up... Really poor service

Had an oil change done and the mechanic provided a thorough report of my vehicle and other things it needed. They even took me out to the vehicle to show what they were talking about. Dealership could use a better waiting room though.

I came to Midway Mazda after having a poor experience with the auto body shop I took my car to after an accident a month ago. My power steering pump was never replaced and never acknowledged as being damaged secondary to the accident. I brought my car to Midway to have them assess the whining noise that was coming from my power steering pump. They were able to diagnose it right away as an internal failure and ICBC ultimately covered the cost to have it replaced. Evan the Fixed Operations Manager was able to help me out immensely from talking things over with me to booking my appointment to have the pump replaced. The initial person I dealt with, Justin, was also very helpful. I’m impressed with their professionalism and commitment to customers. I’ve had great experiences in the past with Midway Mazda and this time was no different. I would recommend their service department to everyone.

At the time the cars were very scarce in the province and the red colour was not available. Within a day, John was able to locate one arriving at Delta Port, from Japan and was available to deliver it to me a few days later. Had to get the brakes done. Picked up the car and smelled like burning brakes when I parked. Called Midway service and was told to bring it back. Brought it back a short while later and they immediately tossed it on the hoist. Service Manager called and stated that a rubber boot had gone haywire, which to them was odd, and needs to be replaced. Service Manager stated that both rear calipers will be done at no charge. Suffice to say that I was happy with no haggling for inconvience.

Midway Mazda will be my forever dealership. I met with John Pacheco at the beginning of this week. I was looking for a pre-owned miata mx rf. Anyone I had previously talked to said "Good luck. You won't find one." John told me they were difficult to find; but he would start looking. Absolutely no pressure!! I decided to go for a new car because there was very little depreciation on the vehicle. John called me; connected me with his manager, Jeremy...who found me the perfect car. I arrived to pick up my vehicle to find John had taken time from his vacation to come In and walk me through the logistics. Unbelievable commitment!! Service above and beyond!!

Recently bought a 2018 Crosstrek off of John and could not be happier. The car runs as advertised and the interior looks even better. Regarding service John was nothing short of everything you could want in a car salesman. His friendly service was never pushy and while keeping everything light still remained buisness oriented and up front. As we came from out of town to purchase the vehicle, prior arrangments needed to be made regarding deposits to secure the vehicle, meeting times etc. John ensured that none of these obstacles were even remotely a hassle and facilitated a smoth seamless transaction from start to finish. Bought a used 2015 Lexus rx350 at 150k kms from this place 6 months ago. After driving for a month engine light came on. I called them and told about it, they asked me to wait on it for a week cuz possibly it’s a fuel cap problem. I waited and the engine light did go away. It happened a couple of times more but the engine light went away after a few days every time. But I got worried and decided to show it to a mechanic, he found a cylinder misfire and advised me that it could be a bad ignition coil. He fixed the issue and reset the engine light but the light came on again after a few days. I went to different mechanic who told me one of the cylinders has low compression problem. So he says we are looking at a possible engine replacement and just can’t believe that a Lexus engine can go bad after driving just 158k kms. I also asked him about the engine light going away, he told it does happen sometimes cuz it’s a six cylinder car and compression problem with one of the cylinders might not be detectable always if you aren’t idling for long times or running at very slow speeds. I don’t know what to say, am so disappointed that I believed in their inspection checklist which said everything was absolutely fine about the car and bought it. All I have driven this car is 8000kms, with most of the car loan still pending, it has turned out to be nightmare for me.

I had recently purchased parts from here and when I got home to do my repairs I found that one of the parts were incorrect. Someone had placed old used unrelated parts in that box. I tried to talk to the dealer about this matter but unfortunately I was pushed away. I am now stuck with a $230 part that is not even for my car. I guess rule of thumb is to always open the boxes and check what's inside before you leave even when you purchase "O.E.M" parts from the dealer. Thanks for calling me a thief and enjoy the $230 Midway Mazda I was contacted by operations Manager Evan a few days later and he made things right and ordered me a replacement part. I am now confident again to purchase parts from here in the future.

1 June 2020 Just picked by brand new 2020 Mazda MX-5 RF GS-P from Midway Mazda. Great service by my salesman, John Pacheco. John never gave up in finding me the exact car I wanted - in Soul Red. It looks fabulous. This is my first Mazda having been a BMW guy up until now. The car is great to drive - John organized everything for me and the pickup was a breeze. I also bought winter tires and rims and John organized garage storage for me too. Looking forward to driving this fun car.
