Lal is the guy to go to. Very honest and upfront with a smile on his face all the time. The mechanic Eduardo is also very nice. However, try to avoid the owner Kabani. He is more like the boss figure who is hard to talk to. Whenever you think you have a deal Kabani will probably say no. So try to get a deal with the salesman if you can. Overall this is a good place to buy a used car with cheap prices. Make sure you know how to negotiate tho.

So far my experience has been nothing but positive. Walked into this place on a whim to see if they had the car I was looking for. Summit helped me find the exact make, model and colour I was after, in great condition, but it was a little out of my price range. He wasn't pushy and didn't hesitate to offer me a test drive. After driving the car I could tell it had been taken care of mechanically so I decided to make an offer. Summit agreed to a really fair price, including a 7 month warrenty and some minor repairs which were needed. I'm looking forward to picking up the car this week.

I'm not usually blown away by customer service, but let me tell you why I'm writing this review: 1. Went into the sales office 15 minutes before closing 2. Shoki, the Sales guy, greeted me immediately and showed me the vehicle I was interested in. When it was out of my budget, he showed me a second vehicle that met my needs perfectly, right at my desired price. He didn't make me feel rushed even though they were trying to close for the day. 3. He stayed over 1.5 hours past closing to get the paperwork completed, and called in an insurance agent to get me fully insured. I drove the car right off the lot. 4. Three days later, the car wouldn't start due to an old security immobilizer that mistakenly got left in the vehicle 5. I called Shoki and he immediately had Eduardo, the mechanic, drive to my house, jump the car, bring it back to the shop, and fix it. 6. Not only did they fix the car, they put in a brand new battery, alternator, and fixed a sticky lock. 7. The mechanic then DROVE THE CAR BACK TO MY HOUSE and parked it in my parking stall. At NO CHARGE. 8. The entire time I was receiving text messages from them with updates on my truck and when they expected the parts. 9. When I visited the shop the next day, the owner, Nick, came out and greeted me and thanked me for my business. I'll let their actions speak to the quality of this place - for me, I'll be letting everyone know what a killer dealership this is.

Disgusting the way they lie right to your face about everything. I recently bought my first car there, with the promise and guarantee i was buying a safe, functional car. Upon purchasing my car and driving to work the next day the Check Engine Light came on. I took it into the mechanic and it needed a whole new transmission ($1500 more than what i paid for the car). The mechanic said not to blame the vehicle inspector because the dealer had unplugged the battery to the CEL light. Could not believe the pour service, and upon returning the car to get my money back, the man or maybe i should said coward who sold me the car continued to deny and lie to my face about what i had found. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM KABANI AUTO OR OTHER DEALERS LINKED WITH KABANI (CAPRICE AUTO)

They pretend to be high end, but all the cars I have seen have major mechanical and cosmetic issues, possibly turned odometers (one car I saw was supposed to have 140k km on it but the carpet had holes in it from frequent use) and one had check engine light on. I really wanted to like the cars, but if a mechanic 'misses' an important thing as check engine light and broken handle then what else are they missing, not to mention the cars are oiled like crazy to mask potential oil leaks and breakages, I almost crashed because the steering wheel was worse than holding a wet fish. I went there twice, was promised the car I was interested in would get fixed up so I put a deposit but nobody touched it and it was making sounds so bad I was worried we were not even going to return from the test drive. Also fake clean title - or at least no major claim, the car was clearly in a serious crash, the hood and the doors were not lining up and the sales person was trying to brush it off as factory defect. They would be amazing if they were honest and actually fixed the cars instead of making them just good enough to sell to someone who doesnt have car knowledge or the time to check for details

I live on Vancouver Island and wanted as much info about the car as possible before making the ferry trip over. Shoki (sales person) responded quickly to each email (lots) and I made the trip over. Shoki introduced us to the owners, who made us feel very welcome. When an engine light came on during the test drive, they took the time to fix it and then later had the car sent to the Island. I believe they truly want to live up to their good reputation and make an extra effort to do that. I had a good experience and would recommend them!

During this time of social distancing I would like to share my experience with Kabani Auto. I have been searching for several months for a specific vehicle, a 2002 Thunderbird. I live in Saskatchewan and called the dealership and spoke to Shoki Nanji. He was very helpful in making the transaction from a distance as easy as possible. From allowing me to store the car there until I was able to pick it up to making alternative arrangements when my flight was cancelled due to the Covid-19 virus. I received the car via auto hauler and I am very pleased with the purchase.

I initially came with my dad (who had already had his eye set on a particular car) to help translate and get the papers, insurance, etc. done with but upon driving into the dealership, it was to my surprise, the cutest ma and pa owned dealership with little minions directing us where to park. The dealer was extremely clean and on each car that was sold there was a sweet note that always said someone nice about the person the car was sold to. You can tell that these people are genuine to all their customers. The amount of patience given towards my dad who didn't speak any English and I for translating it back to him was incredible. There was so feeling of being rushed or any anger when we took a little bit longer to understand a certain part of the deal. The car was cleaned and taken care of by the dealership and was in tip-top shape when we came to pick it up. They even provided car fresheners and car floor mats which was a great service to us. From the moment of walking in to leaving the dealership, smiles upon every single workers face was amazing. I liked my dad's car so much that I even wanted it for myself. This dealership has cars for the best prices in the best condition and they will do but nothing to help find your desired car in your price range. I will definitely look for my future car from this dealership. We need more dealerships like this all over the metropolitan area.

I was concerned about some scratches on the car and stains on the seats from the previous owner, and they touched up the scratches and got the stains out completely. When I came back to purchase the car they handed me the keys to take it on a second test drive to ensure that I was happy with it. It was an excellent experience overall. I would definitely go back, but probably won't for quite a while as I am absolutely in love with my new car.

I had the worst possible experience in a car dealership I've ever had at Kabani Autos. I met a gentleman there called Eduardo my first time there, and expressed I had an interested in a particular vehicle. The second time I was there, it was an older gentleman called Shoki (it was Boxing Day, and Shoki tried to hack the price as high as possible, as he was the only person there); I told Shoki I needed to spoke to Eduardo as he seemed driven by greed. The next day I called Eduardo, and we were able to agree on a more reasonable price. I intimated him I'd go to the bank and have the money in cash for them the next day. Shoki called me, and now wanted to deal, which I ignored. Not even up till 30 minutes later, Eduardo called and lied someone had made a non-refundable deposit; and they had to honour that promise (ordinarily this would be okay, as it's business). I called them a few times, and also went there, and the vehicle is still available. I feel they lack professionalism, and greed rules. Greed plus professionalism is fine with me, but in isolation, it makes potential customers like me give bad reviews; and I won't stop till I give similar reviews about them on other sites.

Disappointed! I've dealt with Kabani Motors a couple of times and have made one purchase. I have no complaints about the vehicle itself as it was rather new and run as it should, However; I'm giving this dealership itself two stars for one very specific reason, I need an SUv and I call three time for different vehicles and as soon as I make it there It's always sold, how can be sold if I call 20min before going there. Not many cars in inventory, don’t get confused with the car lot next to Kabini, he is worst. This place is just run down and disorganized, it’s too bad has gone down, the staff is very friendly. I've given it a number of chances but I just think I'm done going here.

Was sold a vehicle with almost no front brakes left since the inspection mechanic missed it. which was odd cause they completely replaced the back brakes for me. Their mechanic damaged the e-brake mechanism when they installed the rear brakes as well. So i had to have my mechanic take them all appart and install a new e-brake spring kit anyways. Cost me $550 by week 6. Don't miss a thing before you purchase and get work done by your own mechanic.
