Best sales and service staff in Dawson Creek. Always friendly and helpful.
They have the worst customer service ever. Please don't get vehicle from there if u need good customer service
Had a great experience working with Dion and Mike at Peace Country Toyota! Great deal on an awesome truck - these are hard to find in this market and Dion worked to get me the right set of wheels, and for my business. Low pressure, knowledgeable of products, completely painless. Give Dion a go! JK
Love dealing with these people they make my experience there worth coming back
I had a few questions about my older, Corolla. The gentleman who, helped me, gave great advice. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Staff!????
Very good service and friendly behavior.
Did the work I asked in a timely matter. Was professional and courteous.
I had an excellent experience purchasing my latest vehicle. The staff are helpful and always willing to assist.
An amazing dealership. The people make all you concerns taken care of. They know there jobs and if they don't have the answers, they find them. Awesome experience.
????????
Somewhat good service, I was chraged 100 bucks when I already knew the problem was a leaking hose, so I told them. they had the hose in the back but didn't repair my vehicle with it. They could have slapped the hose on and told me to fill it up with coolant. Instead they ordered coolant and made me wait for two weeks and by then I had fixed the hose myself. When I asked if I could buy a small length of hose for 30 bucks, (way more than it's worth) I was shot down. Without the guy even asking the manager if it would be okay. I'm severely disappointed in peace country. Edit, no PCT, you had you're chance to do business right when i came in and gave you my money.
BEWARE!!! These guys are clearly liars and thieves. I moved to Dawson in February and brought a vehicle with me that just passed out of province inspection in Alberta in January. They failed it and provided an estimate of C$4500 for the repairs (This is half of the vehicle's cost). Later the vehicle was taken to two other shops, one in Dawson and one in Alberta, both shops confirmed that everything Toyota failed (Other that two small obvious things of about C$500 in total) have been within the manufacturer specs and didn't require repair. Currently working on a complaint with ICBC. Stay away!!!
Good service
Can’t say enough great things about this dealership and the staff who work here. The minute you walk in the door I guarantee you will feel the friendly yet extremely professional environment. The low pressure sales approach made purchasing and deciding on our new RAV4 an easy and enjoyable experience. The sales staff went above and beyond in making sure we found the best vehicle to suit our family’s needs and budget. I would not hesitate to send my family or friends here to purchase a new or used vehicle. In my opinion you win three times. First with the dealership and the way they will handle your needs, next with the fantastic Toyota product and lastly and probably most importantly how you are still treated so well after the purchase and throuought your ownership of the vehicle.
What an incredible experience, fast, friendly service. We are very pleased with all who helped us today.
Nothing but bad service with these clowns. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They omit alot of details and just end up making you pay more. Going to call corporate office and let them have it.
Got our FJ through Peace and have had peace of mind ever since!
Quick service and straightforward explanations of required work.
Always great service
My Inlaws car has been down for about 3 weeks now, closest dealer is over an hour away, the problem is a relay for the fuel pump,! They have the relay but can't find the location to change it, called for some assistance , and they were rude and uninformative, told to bring it to them and they would do it in 10 mins! So if it takes 10 minutes for them, I'm sure with a little guidance I could do it in 20 minutes! Instead they want a tow bill, shop time and we still have to drive there and another vehicle to go get it back after! REALLY? Just help your customers instead of forcing them to use your shop!
Excellent service.
Service is a bit sub par compared to other dealers, salesman are a bit pushy for my liking and nothing really special here. Personally would drive further to another dealer to not be made to feel like I'm an annoyance to them. I've heard many people don't have a problem though.
Dealing with them for 7 years now , great service .
Was friendly and helpful for our situation but had to give low rating because they robbed us $300 for a brake inspection. Had some noises coming from rear tires and they found the issue no problem, even spoke to our previous mechanic for us so that we can get it fixed by them (otherwise was going to force new parts on top). I need to be real here, $300 for an inspection WITHOUT parts is WAY over priced for labor. We sat there for almost 3 hours before the car was even touched. And when we called hours later, it seemed as though the report was already done but no one bothered to call us. I get things are more expensive up North but this should have only cost half of that. Watch out if you’re from out of town.
Great service in sales and service. Really lovely team and environment. Kinda feels like cheers in there, so friendly and comfortable
The sales rep here was very kind and accommodating. However, the manager dealing with us was abrasive and pushy.
Fantastic team and made what could have been a very anxious experience for me much much better got me into something that fit my small price range and helped set me up for the future
Was not impressed with the service I recieved
Not impressed with the sale guy said he could get my payment lower, but instead they dealer was going to give me a 17,000.00 trade in on my 2016 jeep and my payment would be over 900.00 a month that is there way of making a payment lower. I will never go there again.
Awesome customer service! They were able to answer all the questions I had, and even though Toyota doesn't make a model to meet my requirements they still took the time to talk to me, and even took me for a ride in models they did have. Awesome job Kieran (I apologize if I miss spelled your name)
Place atmosphere is very friendly.
On may 25, 2018 , i had came from charlie lake to get a oil change and some minor issues assesed, I was under the assumption of having a older toyota car that i would get the best quality service from a Toyota dealer, I was wrong. The oil change was good, I asked them to assess and repair the fuel door mechanism and that was good as well. I had explained there was an issue starting my car in the morning and I had even explained to the technician the throttle cable was loose and asked if they can look into tightening it, they said they would look into it. After the service was done, I was billed approximately $73.00 for some "HEALTH SCAN" diagnostic charge , even though it says on my paperwork :" Suggest that customer leaves vehicle overnight to diagnose properly" . So the scan wasn't even done properly , as stated, but i was billed an amount anyway. When I asked the service guy why i'm billed such a high amount , the response i got" oh its the codes , that is the code, thats how much it is. The throttle cable wasnt even touched , what a disappointment. The information provided at the end of the service was information I knew already about the car and why I was billed $73.00 plus other shop charges for some BS health scan repair ( even though nothing was done!!), you guys may have ripped me off but I'm not ever coming back again!!! PS, Since my visit in May , I have reviewed many youtube DIY videos on the web, and I was able to repair the throttle cable myself with the help of a friend and the the problem with the car has been resolved in less than 10 minutes.
Went in to buy a new battery for my remote start. Left with a new Highlander.
I buy all my vehicles here. Amazing service all around
I had a great experience there...great staff and great service...very pleased!
Friendly and helpful
Go to Prince George or Grande Prairie.....Grande Prairie has a drive through for quick maintenance, Prince George is a lot cheaper to buy there
Staff is friendly and polite. Facilities are clean
Staff makes every effort to insure you get the right vehicle
A great car buying experience! Everything was handled smoothly and explained well. We left with no questions and really felt taken care of. Happy to have joined the Toyota family!
Love the staff.
Great dealership, friendly and fun staff
We purchased a used pick up. We were told everything on this vehicle is perfect. The salesman knew the old owner and he took care of the vehicle. After it was "detailed" we finally took it home. There was dirt everywhere and it looked like the owners use the back seats to groom dogs. It was full of dog hair. Also within a few days the back up sensors and camera failed. We brought these both up with the sales manage. We were informed the didn't make enough profit of of us so the couldn't help us. Make sure if you deal with these guys to have everything in writing. If they offer to detail make sure they tell you it will be done right. The second you drive it off the lot it's your problem.
Very professional
The best, I live in FSJ I have a Toyota bought from them and due for maintenance, normally the process I drop the car in subway and they come to pick-it-up, now as subway is closed to the public these guys went above and beyond the call, came all the way from Dawson Creek to FSJ to my house, yes to my house picked the car to Dawson Creek again, to do the maintenance in their place, after finishing they drove back to FSJ to drop my car, I recall one guy was called Boris if I heard his name right, and I was not able to know the name of the other guy, two gentleman, one younger and the other older, two were great thanks guys at Peace Country Toyota
Great Sales Staff! Amazing Service all around!
Very helpful and great service.
Very great service! I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door and they offer complimentary muffins and cookies! Del at the parts counter was of great help and answered all my questions
Great dealership, friendly staff. Good service department.
A+++
Toyota were known for a long time, reliable cars yes, but your service I don't think so. Sorry but I think you guys need to check the priority and I think that's why there's a booking system working on there to prioritize who booked first, not by being ignored and telling people "oh sorry we got busy that's why we didn't have time to check on your car". Don't you think customer who will hear that will be happy to hear those words? and I think you better give a follow back call to your customer updating what's going on because I don't think that's happening. I'm so sorry but I think people will be delighted if they will be treated as your priority as well because they are absolutely paying for whatever you guys are charging.
both service mannager and service * jacki* are amazing everytime i go there. only toyota dealer i want to deal whit.
Always the best among all the dealers in the peace region
such a happy place to be, the people and product are great, proud to work here
Quick and easy to sell me a new truck. But when it comes to customer service. Poor. After eight weeks of waiting, and multiple attempts addressed damage from delivery is still not fixed. Goods to be added on still not put on.
Sales lady was pushy and often rude. Told outright lies about other brands and best offer was far above MSRP. I'd sooner drive to Grand Prairie than shop here.
Best customer service anywhere around Dawson! Awesome sales people and service
A big - 10 from me personally and professionally when looking for a used car a few months back the salesman had no interest in helping us and continually tried to up sell a new vehicle to us even after being told repeatedly we were not buying new. On a professional level I manage a very busy repair shop and have tried on multiple occasions to order parts from Peace Country Toyota and have had very poor results every single time they have failed to call back or answer calls, in the end i called Sean Sargent Toyota in Grande Prairie got immediate polite and professional response my parts ordered and shipped directly to me. Both Personally and professionally these guys are a huge fail!!
Awesome Sales and Service.
Aaron Rude is your man for any Toyota needs/Products! i've never been treated with the level of respect that i got dealing with Aaron, Peace country Toyota you guys rock!
TLDR/SUMMARY: Consider other places before visiting this business. If you are looking for more detail as to WHY, please read below. Edit: this 1 star rating is based on previous experiences with this business in late 2018 and in early 2019. Hopefully Peace Country Toyota has improved since then. For those of you wondering if you should go here, I strongly recommend against it. I am originally from Kingston, Ontario and was hoping for the same level of service, respect, and integrity that I used to receive from the dealership in Kingston. Unfortunately, I was charged for minor things (i.e. an additional $80 for "service/labour"on a bill to put in a $4 light; I was doing a safety check and was told the light was only $4, but was unaware that this additional job would cost me an extra $77), the service took notably longer than expected (i.e. another time I was having an oil change scheduled at noon, so early in morning so I dropped my vehicle off before work, arrived later that afternoon (around 4pm) - which was about 4 hours after when my vehicle was originally scheduled - and it still wasn't done! I had to wait an additional hour afterwards), and often received bills that were (in comparison to other places I have since visited in Dawson Creek) noticeably higher for the same level of service. When I showed some of the bills to a friend who works at a Toyota dealership, he was noticeably shocked, and informed me that I had been taken advantage of with these additional charges. It was humiliating. I will not be returning to Peace Country Toyota again. Thankfully, my experiences at other places in town (i.e. Kaltire and Elite Auto) have shown that you can have work done on your vehicle without it being an awful experience! It also made me realize how sub-par my experience with Peace Country Toyota was... overall, not impressed. And certainly not a good introduction to Dawson Creek. (*edited due to grammatical/spelling errors)
Out of all the Toyota’s in bc this is by far the worst do not go there go anywhere else
Long story, but salesman not very experienced and service staff worse.
Best customer service @ Peace Country Toyota!! Thank you ????
