Went in to have transmission fluid flush and replaced. Staff member said she was new and was unable to help. She was very apologetic - no big deal we'll come back in a couple of days as she advised. Upon returning, the tech had a look and then told me I would have to take it to a dealership because they couldn't do the transmission service. He estimated it would cost close to a thousand dollars. We left and went to Great Canadian Oil Change and they did it no problem, way less than 1000 dollars as well. We've had oil changes here and they were done quickly and professionally. No real complaints there. However I think GCOC is probably the better choice as they can offer a greater range of services. Jiffy Lube staff were really friendly at every visit.

Very friendly staff. However they said were out of the conventional oil and I was told to go up to a high milage one. And then was also told I'm due for a rad cap and air filter change. Which I know myself I was not. Great service and staff but they need to cool it with all the upsells if it's not 100% needed. I would still recommend this place though!!

Due to the cold weather I was using the remote start on my car and did not see the change oil notification. The weather warmed up yesterday and I did not need the use the remote start and saw the change oil notification. When I looked at my mileage I saw I was way past my recommended mileage. I called them 15 minutes before close on a Saturday and they got in me in very quickly got the oil change done. The price was the same as other shops in the area and the staff were very knowledgeable and very friendly despite it being right at the end of their day.

Fantastic everything. Let me explain what the experience is like. Their COVID protocol is good. You stay in your car. They guide you safely into the bay. You chat with a person standing near some wall-mount computers about what kind of oil change you want, while others do a full inspection. As he types everything in, you can see in detail exactly what's happening. No sales trickery: they're looking your car up in a database to know what manufacturer recommendations are for oil and everything else. A person shows you the engine filter and says it's pretty dirty and is getting about ready to be replaced. The main guy upsells you: the database shows the correct model in stock for $30. You say "no thanks" and he politely immediately moves on (no sales pressure). You pay with credit card by tapping the machine _through_ the window of your car, so it's COVID safe. You get your receipt and documentation (less COVID safe but meh, you could always just decline or maybe even take a photo of the receipt with your phone). I was really happy how sensible it all was. There was no sales pressure. Their business model is transparent: competently and quickly change the oil while walking through a maintenance checklist, backed by a database of manufacturer recommendations. Politely upsell any items (like filters, wipers, burnt out lights) and move on if not interested. This is how you run a business.

Great quick service. Staff were kind ,clean and had our vehicle looked after right away. The staff made us feel as if we were long time friends and treated us as such. My girlfriend asked some questions about her belts and they inspected them to and bottom twice just because she asked a question a d they wanted to assure us everything was okay. They made sure to take great care in not getting the inside of the vehicle dirty which was very nice because most garages don't care . Definitely going back next time we need service.

Amazing service! The staff were very friendly. They were thorough and explained everything they found with no pressure to buy or do any repairs on the spot. They show old parts, damage, reasons for repair and explain the effects it can have on your vehicle. They give you the knowledge but leave you with the choice to maintain your vehicle however you choose. They bring up the manufacturer's recommendations and warranty when servicing your vehicle. I decided Friday right as people were getting out of work would be a great time for an oil change, so I did have to wait a while (about 40 mins, the line was pretty long) as soon as I pulled in someone came out to let me know how long the wait was(I got an update around the 20 min mark too to make sure I was still good to wait) Once it was my turn the service was efficient, reasonably priced and the crew were super friendly and helpful. Had a few filters I requested to be changed too and they were well priced and went in quickly. Will be going again, and probably lining up on a Friday again if it gets me the same crew and professional service I received last time.

We were on our way to Chatham and the car was acting up. It slipped into Limp Mode westbound on the 401 just past Highway 8 (after we made a stop in Guelph). Most garages were closed, and the closest open business that was within reach was the Jiffy Lube in Woodstock. We called ahead, and they were very accommodating. When we arrived, they moved us into a bay, took a look, and rectified the problem. They were very clear that the fix was only temporary (until we could take the car into our normal mechanic to deal with the problem). They were kind, efficient, and were very transparent (as the issue was above and beyond the scope of a normal visit). They earned our trust in a single visit (not an easy thing) and they handled us well in the middle of a pandemic. Kudos to the folks at the Woodstock Jiffy Lube!

Even though theres some bad reviews I Went anyways, on a Friday 9:40am Out by 10am. No appointment made, just showed up. Driving a Chevy cruze, they where aware of how cheap the drain plug is on that model car and changed the plug regardless of condition. All though i asked for PZL dexos semi synth (68$ 4ltr) (48$ walmart) I found 86$ for an oil change expensive...but what ever I dint have ta do it...

Took my work vehicle here to get an oil change. My fleet (Wheels Inc.) was accepted. Straight forward, pulled up to the waiting lane, got into the service bay within 5 mins, oil was changed, other things were checked, shown the dip-stick, and done. This reply so far is just a sad attempt to save face online :( " :END EDIT First off I would like to say the front line staff are awesome and friendly. I believe that the errors they made were accidental and related to their lack of experience with my car. The owner on the other hand leaves something to be desired. During my service the oil cap was left off and the tires had air removed well below factory recommend. During driving the oil "evacuated" the engine through the fill port and coated the engine bay. This lack of oil in the engine may have caused unseen damage to the engine. I opened a case with Jiffy Lube online and was put in touch with the location. Ty an employee was extremely apologetic and helpful however the owner was less so. They were able to get the oil change redone and the engine bay somewhat clean (still some pools of oil and residue throughout). They also covered about $80 of can rides I needed for work. When I asked for the initial oil change to be refunded as compensation for being without my car and the possible damage the owner refused. I go to Jiffy Lube for the convince but with how this whole situation was handled I would have been better off doing it myself.

The service was good and fast. and they were very friendly. however when checking my tire pressure they went off what my door says. This would be find if i had the same tires that came from the manufacturer. I Do not and there for the tire pressure on the inside of my door is not what the tires i have call for. I did not realize this is what he was doing until much later and by that point i had already gone on a road trip. i am now having to replace two tires sooner then i should have to.

I popped by today to get an oil change and new wipers but my first visit there was a wait (couldn't stay due to a dr. Apt). I came back after my apt and there was going to be a wait again, I didn't think I could stay because I needed to get home to cook dinner, my luck the ppl in front chose not to wait so Chris got me in right away! This is the first time coming here and I will definitely return. Love that they have a waiting room and show you everything they have looked at or are doing and ask for your opinion. Never felt pressure to purchase anything other than what I knew I could afford and to me that was a bonus. In and out in 18 mins and got airmiles! Honest customer service from friendly staff. Highly recommend Jiffy lube Woodstock.

My friend and me went there with his Audi to change the oil and they drained transmission oil instead of egine oil and over filled the egine oil and spoiled the car. The owner of jiffy lube was very rude. He even said he dont pee oil. The customer service was very bad. The owner himself was rude to the customer, then what we could expect more from them? Its bettter to change oil by ourselves instead of juffy lubes, they dont know wherento drain the engine oil and would spoil the car.

Very expensive, quoted $65 for putting my own oil and filter into my car. Ended up going to another shop who quoted $42 for everything. I hope Jiffy lube learned from this and will treat their customers like the other oil change company I went to. I may be in a wheelchair now but during my career as a automotive tech I know a lot of people whom I'll send to the other shop. This other shop went further above and beyond by filling up several fluids and more for free. I cannot name that other company here but I believe they are the best CANADIAN company that does OIL changes.

I use to bring all my vehicles here but after my last oil change that visit was literally my last. The day after my oil change I had to check my oil ( reason irrelevant) and to make a major long story short, my filter and oil had not been changed fully or at all. I immediately contacted the jiffy I had my vehicle done at and they told my to contact head office...that was like pulling teeth. After many calls , messages, and emails I never heard back from anyone . so I don't go there anymore and my immediate family and several friends changed places too. A reply is not a hard concept.

These guys do a fine job. Change oil and other fluids check your wiper blades, lights, etc... However I "normally" do my own repairs and change my own fluids etc. I understand that it is their job to suggest other maintenance when needed but if I can save 5 bucks on a set of wipers by waiting until they go on sale somewhere else and change them myself I'm going to do it. Twice in a row now the "technician" turned condescending when I politely turned down their suggestions to have them change the air filter/wipers, etc. Wont be going back if I can help it.

Check to make sure they put your air filter back in properly. I brought my car in and they didn't next day my wrench and engine light came on and I had to spend $75 for them to plug in the machine to figure out what was wrong and lo and behold the air filter wasn't put on properly. They offered me $20 off my next oil change so I will be taking my two cars elsewhere from now on.

I only wanted filter and oil change...employee had an attitude because I told him that I did not want anything else checked on the vehicle...very expensive compare to other fast lube companies...Manager tried to tell me that the prices were the same as anywhere else...I replied we have a fleet of 27 vehicles... I would of thought that the manager could have stopped his conversion after I told him the amount of fleet vehicles that we had on hand...but no...the Manager then proceeded with the invoice and told me that the oil changed took only 8 minutes...mean while I jumped in my vehicle and the technician told me to hang on for a minute.. I ask him why arent you not done...sorry Sir...we still have the skid plate to finish off...meanwhile 8 minutes later.. they told me that I am good to and to have a great day...Did the oil change take 8 minutes or not... that's what it says on my receipt.. the truth of the matter... it took 16 minutes to complete the work...this was my first experience and our last visit.

I went there for oil change, they did the oil change without informing the broken oil pan screw threads. After one week there was no oil in the engine. I went back to them, they told me that you have to go to mechanic to fix the oil pan. But they never told me at the time of oil change. I drove the car without realizing there was no engine oil. Now my engine making weird noise. I don't recommend this place

Because of the length of the trip I was carrying a few extra items to replace if need be and that morning i noticed a headlight bulb was burnt out and these guys changed it for me no charge. Best customer service I have possibly ever had. Went in for an oil change a few months go and was the only one there, I was in and out in 8 minutes, it was amazing. Today I needed assistance with putting on new windshield wipers and to see if my vehicle was leaking, they put on my windshield wipers and checked all of my fluids for no charge. Yesterday I changed the oil on my vehicle after having visited Jiffy Lube Woodstock for my previous change. When removing the oil drain plug I found that there was no crush washer installed, which explains the small oil leaks that I had been noticing on my driveway. Perhaps this was a one-time mistake, but for those who are not intending to raise their car and inspect the work afterwards, I'd suggest overlooking this shop.

I've been dealing there for years. They have amazing staff at this Jiffy Lube. All are very knowledgable and friendly. They are all outstanding and make you feel very welcome. I have never had anything but great experiences there. They service all my vehicles and I recommend them to everyone. Hats off the owners and managers as well. As with most Jiffy Lube locations, you are in and out of here very quickly. Was in for an oil change on my lunch break during a day with some bad weather - was in and out in under 10 minutes. The best thing about Jiffy lube is they always make honest recommendations on your vehicles maintenance, but are never ever pushy or 'salesy'.

Arrived at 3:15 and someone came to our car to say it was going to be 1:20. 5 cars in line so I ask this guy how can you not service all these vehicles by 5? Proceeds to tell tires, e-tests etc. So I backed out and left. At 4:45 we drive by and knowing they close at 5 they had 2 empty bays.

Advised upon arrival that it would be about 10 minutes for an open bay, true to their word. Requested Oil and Filter that is exactly what I got. They advised me that my transmission fluid needed a change and after looking at it I agreed,, but did not get it done at this time. Will attend next week and do it. They did not try to push extra items on me but I value their advice on what services should be done. I have dealt with both this location (Woodstock) and Wellington Road London and have had very positive experiences.

The interaction I had with the manager Chris was so rude and condescending that I immediately left and went down the street to Lubricare instead. I think Chris needs some education about customer service. Thought this was a one off and maybe he was having a bad day until I read other reviews that were almost identical to my experience. Went to get an oil change and my tires changed. Employee told me it would be an hour and half wait. No problem, I asked if they made appointments and the employee became condescending, telling me that only businesses should be bring vehicles in for service. This employee has no clue of my schedule or who I am. I have now called multiple other shops in town for the same services and not one was condescending towards me. I advise people avoid this location until they get an attitude adjustment.

If you aren't confident with your car knowledge DO NOT GO HERE. I visited for a routine oil change on my lunch and very obviously didn't know much about cars. I've never been in a situation where someone servicing my car has taken advantage of that but they obviously did- convincing me that my car that had never had synthetic oil now needed synthetic. I caved in. I went to Jiffy Lube a few months back for an oil change, and the next day I noticed some fluid leaking. I asked my grampa to check it out, which he did, and he said that there was a small hole the size of a pinprick on the power steering line. This could have been coincidence, but my parents had to change that line the summer before during a road trip. So it was new and after 20 minutes in Jiffy Lube it started to leak. I dont recommend anyone going there, there's plenty of other places to get work on your car done. The only reason I'm reviewing it today, months later, is because I've decided to start changing the oil myself and also they over-tightened the oil filter. Anyway, if you don't want some shady stuff done to your car then avoid this place.
