I read the reviews and couldn't disagree more with the negative reviews. BF Collision was a great company to deal with. They did fabulous work and went further than they had to the two times I had my truck in there. The office staff were so nice and remembered that my truck was my 'baby' . They even buffed out some scratches from my dog on the door that had nothing to do with the insurance claim. These guys are the place to go for good service and work.

Repaired fender and replaced grill plus bumper ,looked amazing, until 3 months later front bumper peeling off In sheets doesn't look like it was primed ? Just painted ,parts missing ordered never did show up

I would never do business again with this joke of a body shop, blaming customer for missed damage. Truck went in for rear bumper replacement. Bumper looks good but not the damage paint on the body caused from old bumper going into body. They never notice and I called them about it. All I can say poor customer service never coming back. Manger is a goof

Used BF as all the other reputable shops were booked months ahead. In my opinion, I wish I waited for a different body shop. After letting them know the bumper they replaced was peeling, they said it must have been something I had done. The manager was not nice to deal with, and I eventually had to involve ICBC to get the work done properly. After it was returned I noticed it was cut quite crudely and forced into place and is now rubbing on parts causing wear that shouldn't be happening. Terrible choice for auto work and price seemed very high considering the poor quality of work being sent out. I'll never use or recommend this business to anyone in the future.
