Paul was extremely helpful and when a used truck came in on trade he even volunteered to bring it to my mechanic so we could inspect it. The truck was in great shape and we made a deal that day. I have to say this service was above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend dealing with these guys and Paul Brent in particular.

I live in Strathmore Alberta and this dealership after one phone call to them acquired a truck that I wanted with all the specs I wanted within hours and the truck was delivered to me within two days of the deal being complete. Everything was done over the phone and papers were signed in person when the truck was delivered. I have purchased many vehicles and I have never experienced such incredible service like this before with a dealership. This dealership has my business for the future. I am still waiting for a call back after a week from Strathmore Ford. Very disappointing with the local dealership. Stopped in at Bannister Ford at the last minute on a Friday as I was heading home to Prince George through the Pine Pass and had a water in fuel notice come on. They took me right in and went to work to find the problem. Turns out it was just corrosion in a coupling. They took me into the shop to show me where the problem was had me back on the road within an hour!! I have NEVER had this good of service from any other shop ever! You can trust these guys right from the service writers to the mechanics! I will make sure to get anything serviced on my vehicle at Bannister Ford when I go through Dawson Creek from now on!

Bannister helped me with 2 of our F550 service trucks. They were good to deal with upfront and got the trucks in right away. My one service truck was there for 2 weeks and had extensive work done to it. Communication fell down bad as far as updating me on what was needed and where things were at but this is not all their fault as we use a fleet provider ARI and they were updating them and not me. Once I called to follow up and explain my displeasure and that I needed to be updated also things drastically improved. Overall happy with the service and will continue to use them.

I recently had a coolant leak on my 2016 F350 as I was coming back from work at 7:30 am. I called the service department at Bannister, and asked if they could look for the problem and have it ready for 3:30 the same afternoon so I could drive it back to my job site for my night shift. The service advisor talked to the shop foreman and assured me could get it fixed by the time I needed it. Incredibly was a faulty water pump and the service team true to their word replaced the faulty pump and had it ready for me on time. Exceptional local service that went way beyond what I could imagine. A huge thank you to Bannister Ford for getting me back on the road so quickly.

Just sitting here and looking at my brother in law's bill for a service! Wow!!! What a farce!!! Truck had check engine light on when it went in for a service and multi point inspection. The Thruck's def fluid was down to 1200 km, and not topped off in the service. Charged $92.34 for inspection.. wow!! So you guys are telling the public that it takes three hours to do a service on f350 for what you guys did, engine oil, and fuel filters, wow three hours. And a total bill cost $606.99..... $249.81 in labour. I know where i'm not buying my truck!!

Poor feedback- I had to phone at 5 pm to find out what was up with my service?! I had to phone again 40 minutes later to find out where my lift was to collect my car! I had credits on my account and this information was not readily available! I was phoned the next day to confirm my credit. One credit was not available. I was promised a follow up on this call. None came. So I am not impressed!

I was treated so well at this dealership all the people were top notch. Sales associate Ashish Kumar knew his products inside and out new hp ratingings engine displacement. Took extra time with me after the sale to hook up my phone to bluetooth and carried a pleasent conversation, he also has a picture of himself and his mom as his Facebook picture which I though was very heart warming. He also took the time to introduce the parts and service team which has never happened to me in the past. Offered me coffee or cold drink and a hotdog. I have purchased new vehicles in the past and never have I been treated so well as Bannister Ford. I never write more than two words on reviews but had to take the time to write an entire paragraph.

I work with Bannister Ford quite often when the vehicles in my office need service. My company uses ARI and bannister Ford is always on top of things so I don’t have to be. I recently bought a ford myself and had taken it in for its first ever service! The appointment was easy to book and I got in when I wanted to. It was really cold the day I got my service and when I got home I noticed some oil in my driveway. I got back to Bannister Ford after the service department closed, however seeing my concern and knowing it was going to get even colder the admin found someone who was able to look at my vehicle. It was only residual oil from the oil change they had done but I’m grateful they took the time to take a look to give me some peace of mind.

My husband and I had a mechanical issue on our truck that needs to be fixed and had to leave our truck for a couple days (from where we live to the dealership we deal with takes 45 minutes drive). When we first arrived to drop off our truck and borrow a loaner on a Saturday, the reception told us that she has no idea that we were coming so she called the person in charge, she then came back to us saying she totally forgot about it. We got a loaner and on the day it was scheduled to come pick up our truck or the truck was supposed to be fixed by then which was Tuesday, my husband left work early for it, started driving and thought he would call and check just in case. He was told that they totally forgot about our truck and haven't even started it.... On Thursday, they called and saying the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up so my husband asked to have someone drive to our place instead and they agreed to come by on Friday. A couple hours later, he got a phone call from Bannister saying they have no driver so they cannot drop the truck off. So here we are, a week later on a Saturday, my husband is currently driving to go get our truck. I really hope our truck has been fixed.....

Bought a used 2011 force escape good service. Battery died before a month wasn't covered little pricey on the install but peace if mind with new battery. Rear window had damage to heating strips that wasn't mentioned in sale but not a total bind though. Windshield was install when bought wasn't sealed correctly or seal failed and water drained in during big rains, fixed it without question Bo charge. Car runs very well and no mechanical issues. Still with the issues I had was treated nicely and why I still Give 5 stars.

Absolutely hands down the worst experience we've had at a dealership! We recently moved to the area and our 2020 Explorer needed some warranty work. A bolt on the skid plate fell off so the skid plate was hanging down and 4 clips holding the felt onto the wheel well were missing. They didn't submit the work to ford Canada for warranty and told us since there was a gouge out of the front tire they suspected the work needed was due to negligence on our part and had something to so with a small piece of the tire being damaged and told us we had to pay just under $300 to replace the clips and bolt. We phoned the dealership we bought it from and they told us they absolutely would do this work free of cost because it was considered warranty and they themselves would submit a complaint to Ford Canada. We also watched the mechanic get into our brand new vehicle in his greasy coveralls without putting a seat cover on the seat! Definitely do not recommend this dealership.

The staff at the service department were amazing. They kept me updated on the timeline, which they were true too till the repairs were completed, and genuinely helped in anyway they could. My hubby was a mechanic and he did all of the repairs and servicing of our vehicles. So I went to Ford Bannister looking for a vehicle. The courteous professional service is to be commended! You hear horror stories of women finding themselves being taken advantage of at dealerships and I have every confidence in Bannister. I have taken my suv there asking questions such as where is the block heater plugin and the service guys took the time to show me where it was tucked away and we shared some laughter as it was staring me in the face. Dealing with Kelsey in the service dept. was the best, very nice to deal with and also very good with her communicating with her customers. I got my Escape back and it runs like a charm. I ruined my car trying to get to work during the flood this summer so I needed a vehicle and was saving up for a beater to get me through the winter. One day after work I thought to myself,my credit is not exactly stellar, but why not walk into the local ford dealership and see what happens.Well, am I ever glad I did! I first met Gordon out on the lot while I was checking out the awesome selection of vehicles. He had just returned from a test drive with a young couple and after he said goodbye to them, he turned to me and my buying experience began.Gordon was extremely friendly (I know, a friendly car salesman... no kidding) and helpful during the entire time. He has an excellent knowledge and understanding of the product that he sells and answered all my many questions with confidence and aplomb. Also I would like to thank sarah the financing magician! As I said my credit is not great, but sarah really went to bat for me and came up with a payment plan I could handle. Thank you so much to her! I am now proudly cruising down the road in my brand new head turning FORD F-150 with the premium sound system blaring my favourite tunes! It really is an awesome ride! First time using this company for service work on my truck. You were one of a few who could do the recharge on my air conditioning to solve a rad fan problem. Good work on that part and reasonable price as your estimate was almost double what you actually charged me. Thank you. The service staff we're decent. However, i did not care for the insistence of being told that a diagnostic needed to be done first when I already knew what needed to be done. Secondly, i was told that my rad was plugged full with mud and debris and that my coolant fluids we're in need of a change. The fluids had just been changed by another company and I verified it my self by checking before and after my truck was worked on. I also took the time to check how plugged my radiator was only to find nothing of what your tech was saying. I also took it to another shop and had them verify there was nothing wrong with my fluids or my radiator. Third, your prices are too high, especially for the level of service you provide. Overall I more than likely will not bring my truck back for more work unless it's absolutely necessary. Thank you for your time and have a good day.

Great service department, they did an amazing job making sure my warranty coverage was addressed and I was frequently kept informed as to both my coverage and repair status at all times. I was booked in and given a loaner vehicle and told it would be two days. Unfortunately there was issues found requiring an extra day which meant I was unable to come from Fort St John to pick up my vehicle. Once they had finished, they drove my vehicle right to me and picked up their loaner. Pleasant surprise when my final bill came in lower than my estimate. Any thought I had of getting a new vehicle somewhere else were settled!

I am traveling from Alaska to Alabama. I had just left Dawson Creek when the battery light came on. I turned around and went back to Dawson Creek. I went to Bannister Ford as I had seen it when I went through town. Needless to say I was a little upset as I have been making good time that day I was looking forward to being in Edmonton at night. I explained what was going on to Rod at the service desk. They had my vehicle diagnosed with in the hour. A good thing I had to turn around as it needed a new alternator. The service technician also fixed a few other minor things that need fixing. They had me back on the road within a few hours. They were very professional and thorough. This inspection was the final one for our 7-year maintenance plan. We asked that the truck receive a very good over-all inspection. A few days later I discovered the filter hadn't been changed and was dirty, yet it showed on the check list & in charged items for service. I brought it back & the filter was replaced, but the check sheet had it shown as done. Only hoping everything else was done. The coolant bottle was not covered, it was leaking due to a hole, caused by a rock hitting it was said. This wasn't done by a rock, it was a slit. A quote of $628 was given to fix. We didn't get that done. Too expensive. Previous service has been good.
