We had the misfortune of dealing with the collision center when we collided with a deer on Oct 1, 2018. We took the family vehicle to the collision center on a Thursday morning, and we got a call in the afternoon advising us to come pick up the vehicle. So at this time we had to wait a week for MPI to receive their findings, and their inspections. Then we were told that some parts would be covered due to wildlife damage, but the wiring and electrical problems that occurred during the collision wouldn’t be, and it would be at our cost. Unless under more investigation that it was in relation to the collision. At that time we said if that our options than so be it. As we were being honest, and confident of the problems within the vehicle because of the accident. So we instructed them to order the parts, and we would proceed with further more work inspections on the vehicle, and to book us an appointment. Well sad to say 6 weeks has come to pass, and we have yet to hear from them. I made them very aware that it was our family vehicle, that we live out of town, and it was our primary vehicle. Me and my wife finally got fed up and just went and bought a vehicle, and you can bet it wasn’t from Kelleher Ford. So do yourself a favour, and just wait for your appointment with the MPI adjusters, and eliminate yourself some grief!!!!!
