i took my vehicle down to have a very odd noise inspected. I provided my concerns in great detail and was told it was not what i was concerned about . The noise appeared to be remedied at the time but after only a few days has now returned. I am somewhat disappointed in the situation. and i am now expecting to have to bring the vehicle back for further servicing . Disappointing.

Dropped my car off for service sunday night (Jan13th), still haven't had it returned to me and it's friday (Jan25th). Apparently, they are still waiting for parts? I've been without a vehicle for what will be 10 business days. It doesn't sound like anything will be happening today so not until next week at the earliest. Been told no loaner vehicle is available. This is brutal.

I was a little skeptical about buying a used car from a dealer out of Manitoba, sight unseen. However I will tell you it was the best decision I have ever made! JED REYES worked closely with me to ensure that when the Honda was picked up all we had to do was drive it off the lot. Royal Honda in Yorkton took nearly twice as long as any other place I've been too, they made sure to point out scratches around the edge of the rim so they could scratch the heck out of where my lug nuts go. They charged me more than Toyota and they didn't even get my steering wheel straight. Not impressed, highly do not recommend. Take your vehicle to Toyota they do it right.

Rodney was very helpful when we were looking at an Odyssey van. He was quick and on the ball with quotes and information. Most excellent service. However, we did purchase elsewhere. The reason being that there was no van to test drive on the lot. So we started looking for one to test drive, and as luck would have it the lot who had one to test drive also had the exact van we wanted arriving any day(happened to arrive while finishing paperwork). Robin, the salesman, was so patient and took hours of his day and several weeks prior, to get everything ready for when I came in. He was non judgmental and understanding. Recently purchased a used 2020 Honda Ridgeline from Royal Honda in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Generally the experience was okay. The internet “special offer/scratch and win” is a joke! During price negotiations, CarGurus was referred to regarding a starting price other than the asking price shown on Royal Honda’s internet site. It doesn’t matter how many internet sites that are referenced, the Royal Honda’s list price is still the starting point for price negotiations.

I am extremely unhappy with Royal Honda in Yorkton right now. Our Honda Civic we just purchased in 2019 had to be serviced last summer, 2020, as the air conditioner was not working properly. They said they topped off the fluid but there might be a leak. I just took it in today due to the AC not working properly again. Now I'm told there's a broken part and they have to order it and aren't sure how long it will take. This issue should have been fixed last year, the service guy admitted the party would have been available last year. So now the AC isn't blowing cold and could very well go completely and I'm left with a basically useless car in Saskatchewan summer. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

Me and my ex bought a civic off these guys two yrs ago. it took over 7hrs to buy that car also forgot to add the pst to the price and had a problem at sgi because of that. The sales man wasnt listening to me at all and called me biast.absolutly would not move $500 off the price.ive been a honda owner all my life but i will never buy another honda off royal honda because of this absolute garbage experience. Stay away go to the bigger cities much better service, and the vehicle are actually priced what there worth.seems if your not buying a $40 000 car they dont want nothing to do with you
