Sorry I didn't get to test drive vehicle I wanted they said basically I wasn't eligible to test drive even though the mother work there shipping and receiving and there is too much attached to me for me to have done anything but not. Tim and Brian in Service have been great to deal with and the service has always been punctual and professional. Mostly my vehicles are not GM or Chevy but this has never been an issue, they service any vehicle. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for friendly, fast and reliable service. In my opinion the best dealership in the Prince Albert area.

Mr. Ron Mathers is the consultant that help me and I'll give him 5???? for being very helpful, knowledgeable, Friendly, and of course he checked up on us a few months later. The process was simple and fast and of course I was happy with their "prize fountain" from which I was able to get a prize from bcuz of my purchase. Asked for oil change, check battery, fix our key fobs n speakers. Come back and they charge 180 just to have it looked at. Service advisor Ric told me that "they said not to worry about the key fobs or speakers I can order new key fobs from Vancouver and I can have it ready tomorrow morning if you'd want?" when it just needs a battery and also who is they? He also told me "yes it does need an oil change and the battery is good" okay well you didn't change it? Waited all day just to have looked at. I strongly suggest not going here. They will hustle you if they think they can.

For a first time buyer from a dealership, the hour drive to test drive and pick up the next day was totally worth it....I couldn't have picked a better dealer to go to, the workers are friendly and welcoming, and even the manager is welcoming as well, if I need a new truck in the future eventually, I'm definitely coming back to Mann Northway again! Update: The car is fixed but the journey was stressful. I recommend better communication or being up front when dealing with customers. People should not have to chase you for repair work. Like when you scratched our car doing an oil change. Having to chase you around for weeks is poor customer service. Just one example of many with our experiences with Mann

Struts and rear upper control arms and 4 wheel alignment This dealership went above and beyond my expectations. I had a horrible experience at another dealership in another City and as a result had to complete the repairs at Mann Motors. They recognised the issues and assured me they would do the job right and on time. They not only got the job done but changed whatever needed to be done with calls to me for approval as they progressed. Service and quality of service was second to none. I've been buying vehicles and havng them serviced at Mann for 30 years. I am a second generation customer to Mann as my Father also dealt there. There is a reason for us being loyal as the service has always been above and beyond. Also, I found the service to be passed down to the new employees as the people my Dad I were used to dealing with has changed due to attrition. So even though there have been generational changes to both the company and the customer, the quality of service has stayed exceptional. My Acadia has 288,000 kms and the reason why its still a safe reliable vehicle is because of the quality service Mann Motors has given. Thank you Mann Motors and especially Tim Green and Rick Cochet and of course the mechanic who did the work for the great service.

Worst expérience????. Our running car was sent through sgi for gas tank change after few weeks we got the dead car back with bodyshop manager Tim estimating engine problems worth thousands of dollars. Towed it to a different mechanic and found bad fuel/water in gas tank and after he cleaned the gas tank and put new gas its running again.

Very disappointed in service Appointment was booked with a quote as to type of service and total cost 15 mins into service get a call stating that i was quoted the wrong price so the price went up An hour into service get another call stating that it would be extra cost for tire rotation and it wasn't included as stated in original quote Half hour later told that an item needed to be changed for extra cost again (said no as vehicle is only 7 months old why would filter need to be changed when we hadn't gone anywhere) Not happy at all with service !

In for the express oil change. So far been here 83 minutes. When asked how long it would take (after 70 minutes) all they said was "first come first serve". Not sure I can interpret this as an apology. Thanks for the coffee and cookie though.

Service department and dealership is terrible. I had a new 2018 Chevy Cruze and there was warranty on it too. I bought it new in May of 2018 and in winter of the same year my driver door kept coming out of aline. Worked on it for 6months and they still couldn't fix my car and did absolutely nothing for me to rectify it. I should have kept going and pushed but I was so tapped out I had to find another dealership to help me out. Thank-you KIA!!! I am not the only one that has had a very unimpressed interactions with the PA dealership. I am posing my story now cause I know of someone who has had a similar experience and people need to know. Advise for everyone is to stay away from mann-northway in Prince Albert.

Sold me a car with an illegal tint on it and then didnt do anything to remove the tint or to cover the ticket. Or at least even provide evidence of them not putting it on so I can fight it. The sales rep Eric was no help and was extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. I definitely do NOT reccomend giving this dealership your business or time as they will not give you theirs. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Mann northway? More like “spam” northway. Bought a vehicle about 2 years ago. Every week get a phone call telling me service is due, I tell them I do my own service and request to be removed from call list. About 6 months ago get removed from call list finally after having to be very rude to get my point across and now they are texting, emailing and postage about deals and service! Will not buy another vehicle because it is becoming harassment!

Dealt with mann for 6 years and this year decided i wont be going back there. Bought a used jeep with many issues, took it to 3 different garages but they couldnt fix the issue or find out what caused it. Finally i asked my bank if i could make a trade they said yes and mann said no ( they still wanted to fix it) i had to wait 11 months and that the bank wouldnt look at my application and that the person i spoke to just said what i wanted to hear to get me off the phone. Another worker said that if i returned my jeep i couldnt get another for 8 years. Feeling trapt and frustrated i called td back and they said it sounds like they dont want to help so maybe try another dealership. Exactly what i did and couldnt be happier now. Even paying lower interest rates. Terrible misleading service at mann and i was very disappointed.

I dropped my Buick Enclave to Mann North for service. There was a noise coming from my front tires while driving, and was getting worse while steering wheels. When I dropped the car off, I had them hear the noise by steering front wheels. After leaving the car for 2 days and with a total bill of over $1363 (I paid $374 though and rest was covered by my insurance), I got the car in worst shape. The noise is louder when I steer the wheels. I took my car again today (Saturday) to the service to show that the problem is still there and actually more louder. I was told to book another appointment for the work order because apparently this is a different noise. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. To be fair, their manager Tim Green was not there today. I have left him a voice message and yet to see how it all works out, but what I have experienced so far, I am extremely unhappy about it. buying a car or parts here is fine..... the service department scares the s#%t out of me though, had a nightmare after having my g5 serviced, fuel pump failed 2 days after they changed injectors, engine burnt a valve about 2 weeks after they changed the fuel pump car had less than 80k, now my ex had her truck (which was running perfect) in for an oil change and the minute it leaves the lot the oil pressure gauge is all over the place and they are telling her it may be an oil pump too many experiences with vehicles leaving the service department with new problems to ever recommend having your vehicle worked on here

I purchased a truck from Mann-Northway and the salesman was Brett Kennedy. First of all I am not from PA and dealing with them was an overall great experience. They sent videos, inspection sheets, and provided any details I asked for. However, what happened after the sale was what impressed me the most. There was something that was missed on the inspection and since I purchased an as-traded vehicle it was my responsibility to get some things repaired. The items missed on the inspection were an additional cost above what I was expecting. Brett at this point had to hand it off to his manager Matt and they completely took care of it. I would recommend these guys to anyone and any vehicle I purchase in the future I will be making the drive to see these guys again. Thank you Brett and Matt.

Bought a 2020 Hyundai Elantra and they delivered it to Regina which I thought was good service. But after driving the car I noticed the brakes were grabbing off and on like a warped rotor. Mann Motors told me to take it to a shop and get them fixed. They paid for the parts and labour. Sometimes things like this can happen but when they made good and fixed the problem, I thought that was excellent service to stand behind what they sell. I would definitely recommend them. Ron in sales is excellent too. He looked after everything, I didn't have to talk to anyone else to get the matter resolved.

Horrible customer service, took my vehicle in to get worked on. Came out with multiple new problems, tried several times to contact them to get these new problems fixed and got no response, no returned calls. They were happy to take my money but not willing to fix the errors they made. Went into shop for some problems and was treated pourly, took 4 guys to try operate a machine and they turned me away because no one there could figure it out. I would never recommend Mann Northway to anyone, turn around and run the other way, the customer service is a joke and the work they do is mediocre. Wish I would have known this before I paid quite a bit of my money there.

Personally had a poor experience dealing with this place. Sold a vehicle from under my feet they agreed they were holding for me tell i came from out of town. Were unavailable several days to come view it so i could leave a deposit. Told me they had it reserved for me come monday morning. Getting ready to come see my car from out of town monday morning when I get a reply saying they sold it.Told me a few times they would get back to me and didnt. Management was same way and was unwilling to come up with a solution to the issue. Rated one star because thats the least it would let me . Wouldnt reccomend dealing with this place if you have to come from out of town or really need something unless your able to buy it and pay for it right away. Many more better dealers around.

The courtesy shuttle even drove me back to my vehicle However im still waiting to hear back from Eric the advisor on a quote to have some work done. 15 minutes turned into 5 days. Seemed helpful on the phone at first then never called me back with pricing or to line up a date to have the work done. I must of not been worth the money? Anyways service side is garbage. Yelena was great in the finance office and walked me through everything very clearly, and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. The only negative I have is that when meeting the Sales Manager Jake, he was slouched in a chair and shook my hand sitting down, instead of standing up and shaking my hand professionally. It's a small thing, but it still matters. Overall 5/5, I would absolutely by from Dawson and Mann again. Update: My used truck needed a couple of small maintenance items replaced due to normal wear. Dawson and his team were able to coordinate with me and booked me an appointment at my local dealer to have my maintenance completed. They handled everything from start to finish, and went above and beyond for me. I am really impressed with the after-sales support that I received from Dawson and the sales management team at Mann Northway.
