I don’t know what to think… my elderly parents decided to come in to Hyundai to see what was available for a new SUV. Out of the dealerships in Regina that they have visited, they by far have never been more put off from any expect Hyundai of Regina. Not one person acknowledged their presence there, there were a group of people who I assume were sales people standing together talking with each other but couldn’t even be bothered to notice my parents, and my mom walks with a cane due to bad knees… the receptionist looked up at one point and then continued back to what ever she was doing.. we thought we could see if Hyundai could redeem themselves as this also happened before around 2 years ago… at this point we are put off because of the fact that not one single employee couldn’t be bothered to ask if they needed help or if they had been helped! They even walked the parking lot and even still not one single sales person asked if they need assistance… for a company that prides itself on its quality and service, I find that laughable….. ????????

Taking a minute to rate Hyundai is nothing compared to the time Pat Windrum took to help me find a vehicle. He was patient and honest but most importantly, he never made me feel pressured or rushed. Wrong evaluation and miserable dealerships. I just wasted my money and time and results are zero. The inspection was 100% wrong and failed to figure out real issue after many hours. The inspection was given wrong and the parts were changed but the problem remains the same. I will rate them 0 out of 10. I will not recommend to be there for any kind of work by this dealership.

I shopped at the indoor car sales event for Hyundai of Regina, upon the recommendation of my mechanic (I've been at the same mechanic for years, and I completely trust his judgement). I was met by the very caring and hard-working Kyle Kao. He was AWESOME to work with. He listened to my needs and wants; then he found many vehicles to check out. We looked at several cars that would be good choices for me, then settled on going on a long test drive in a Nissan Rogue. During the test drive, we checked out everything and he was very thorough. He pointed out all the features, and we talked about the pros and cons. My dad is a tough cookie, but Kyle knew all the information that my dad asked for too. He was very prepared. When it came time for bargaining, it didn't feel like a power struggle. We came to a mutual agreement easily, and I left feeling like I got a great deal. I am so happy in my new wheels! I highly recommend Hyundai Regina, especially Kyle.

We bought a 2022 Kona at the beginning of August and the entire experience was ideal. Ryan helped us select the right Kona for our family and worked tirelessly to make the payments fit our budget. Adrian got all of our purchase financing sorted out quickly and efficiently at a time that worked for us, and MJ familiarized us with the use all of the features on our brand new Kona when we picked it up. Everyone was warm and friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. And a special thank you also to the shop team that got the car all ready for us to pick up after it had only just been delivered to the dealership from Hyundai the previous day.

I honestly cannot say I had even one moment that was less than satisfying when we purchased our new Palisade. From first contact through the website to the final pickup of the vehicle it was a great experience. Just doesn't get much better IMHO. Thanks to Aaron and the dealer management for a great experience. If the followup service is as good we will have a blissful ownership period and I don't see why Regina Hyundai wouldn't be our first choice for the next vehicle. Looking forward to taking the Palisade for a snowbird's tour of the US in years to come.

My car Hyndai sonata was evaluated by the dealership service department due to cranking noise from front. The dealership diagnosed wrong and I spend money and change all the parts but the problem was entirely different. I called them and the General Manager said the problem is with with the stout but I did not believe them because their skill is zero and i decided to move back to Mississauga Hyndai dealerships and they diagnosed the problem is with the pipe underneath which is very loose and they welded it and the problem fixed . I rate hyndai Regina is zero out of ten. They are very rude and lack of skill to fix any Hyndai car. I recommend not to approach them for fixing car.

The service department is horrible! Here's the scoop: I bought my car from Hyundai in the end of 2017 and the sales lady was really good, however, before I bought the car I said they needed to fix the low idle. They did not fix it but being that I was just so excited to get the car, and rationalizing that it was not a major issue, I didn't bring it up again. I have been taking my car to their service department since 2017 and I have been there multiple times in the last few years (not a great sign). Their service department has never been overly friendly or honest, but after my last experience I will NEVER return. Last week I took my car in for an oil change and for them to diagnose a noise from my back tires. My appointment was at 1015am but I needed to drop it off early so I called the receptionist at 730am to make sure it was okay to do so. She abruptly said yes, but being that is was 730am I brushed off the brash response. When I got there I was not sure that they would want my car in the doors right away, as I was so early. As I was walking inside to double check what to do I hear an "EXCUSE ME, do you have an appointment" (in an extremely rude and annoyed tone). I explained my situation, he told me to drive in, and so I did. I meet with the service guy who was obviously unhappy and who tried to push a number of other fixes and services on me. I left and went about my day until it was 2:45pm when I still had not heard anything. Being that my appointment was over 4 hours ago and it was just for an oil change and a quick diagnostic I called to enquire about the status of my car. I was out shopping with my sister and if it was only going to be 30 more minutes or if it was done and they just had not yet called (which has happened multiple times before), I was going to get dropped off by my sister to wait. The receptionist put me through to my service provider who did not answer. I explained my situation to the receptionist and asked if there was anyone else who could just pull up my info and check the time estimate, to which she replied "well it's obviously not done yet if they did not call you" (in a tone enough to make your blood boil). I told her that was not true based on my past experiences and hung up. At 430 (over 6 hours after my appointment time for a quick oil change and diagnostic) I get a call saying it is ready and that I need rear brake pads and rotors. I ask the cost and the service guy says he will call back to tell me the price. He calls back and says its going to be $513.00 before taxes. At this point I was done with the poor treatment from Hyundai and so, I be honest, and tell him I am going to compare prices, to which he is obviously annoyed and tells me I will have to pay the $100 diagnostic (that's fair). I call three other places who quote me just over $400!!! As if the maltreatment during the day was not enough to move, then I find out they are charging over 20% more than other places in the city. I then go to pick up my car and they tell me my coolant is low. Umm... excuse me?! Did you not just do an oil change that usually includes fluid top-ups? I should also mention Hyundai's oil changes are around $90. I pay, drive home, and pop the hood to see that my washer fluid was also not topped up. If the SERVICE department does not make some serious changes and start providing what their department name suggests, then they will continue to lose loyal customers like myself. According to other reviews of the service department, I am not alone.

Such a nightmare... Went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle today... nobody welcomed us on the first hand... after seeing a sales rep, we were told that we couldn’t test drive a vehicle without a credit application or the test drive was based on us providing the consent for them to check credit... all this hassle for a 2018 Hyundai Sonata... really ? We felt disrespected and being judged walking to this dealership... Dear Hyundai, Please try to be humble with your prospect customers and revise your customer handling skills... Recently had to upgrade to a bigger family vehicle and Sierra H. was so incredible to work with! She went above and beyond to help us pick a vehicle that was the right fit and the right price range for us. Was a little sad to see my Elantra go, but we are absolutely loving our new 2020 Tucson!! I would give this dealership 0 star if thats an option. Terrible customer service. Judging customers clearly. I looked at a 2018 Hyundai Sonata GLS today 27th July 2019 that was the only model they had in stock. When I went to the dealership first of all we stood there for 30 mins approx and no one came to attend us. Second thing, the guy who came to attend us explained everything okay. I had a mindset to buy this vehicle right away, but they told me that they had to do a credit application and I have to put a deposit first that I will give commitment to buy this vehicle. How can I give a commitment to buy a vehicle that I have not test driven yet and why would I let them hit my credit for a test drive? Doesn’t sounds like a good customer service. More on that.. the salesperson got his manager and the manager clearly said that we wont be able to give you a test drive without a credit application. He also said that he had to bring the car outside the showroom, and after the test drive he’ll have to wash the car and that would be too much work as per he said. I am highly unsatisfied. The next thing I did is went to the honda dealership and the salesperson there was also shocked that Hyundai did this to us though both the dealership are owned by Dilawari Group. So the conclusion is that Hyundai salesperson clearly judging the customer. I went to honda test driven a Accord and then I went back to Hyundai again to get the card of the salesperson and manager so that I can contact them in future. The salesperson “MJ” went to his manager “Ryan Antonishyn” but the manager refused to gave his card. Salesperson “MJ” asked me why I want his card, and he added and I quote “I was not born yesterday, I know what you guys are doing”. I just told him that we just want the name so that we can write a customer review about it that what happened with us will not happen with anyone else.

Parking for visitors is limited because the cars being sold are parked at the premise - and they're a lot! The staff however are efficient and willing to be of help - they're knowledgeable about the products, offer test drives, etc. There's a comfortable waiting area and colors and some paper for customers with kids. While I was there, I perceived the place as a friendly environment. Unfortunately, I didn't conclude the transaction but I'm looking forward to my next visit there.

I needed a tune up. They broke my latch cable and now my steering wheel vibrates, which of course means they made my Alignment worse instead of leaving it alone after checking that it was fine. I also ask them to keep the price at around $500. They charged me 750. Which is 50% more than I could afford!!!! I was also made late for work because their shuttle was late. Please do not get any repairs done at this location. They do not hire professionals. Very clear there is nothing but knuckle busters in their repair facilities

Worst dealership I have ever been to. We had a scheduled appointment this past week. They made us wait 20 minutes past our scheduled time only to get an apology because the salesman was with someone else. He let us test drive the car we wanted but again didn’t have time for us when we returned. I really liked the test drive but had a lot of questions and wanted a proper quote so I called him and he took down all the info for the quote and told me he would email it to me. Later I received a voice mail from him saying that he didn’t write down my request and if I could please call him back to tell him again. Sorry Rob you lost a sale with your lack of attention to your customer. Next time if you are too busy for an appointment then just don’t book it. If you are too busy for a call then don’t answer it. Stop waiting others time.

A few weeks back we had planned to trade in our daughter's 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS for a 2019 Hyundai Elantra. When it was time to receive the vehicle it still wasn't what we'd expected so I went into the office and spoke with Sierra/Finance Manager where I inquired about the difference between that vehicle and a newer, lower kilometer 2020 Hyundai Elantra. Sierra crunched numbers and we were able to get our daughter into the newer, longer extended warranty 2020 Hyundai Elantra! Then while there we had shared with Sierra that we had wanted to get my wife into a newer vehicle but understood we would more than likely be taking a hit on our loan as it was for more than the vehicle was worth, so were prepared to keep it a few years longer. - we left to walk to the license issuer and upon return Sierra once again had crunched some numbers and lo and behold, not only could we trade in my wife's 2017 Nissan Rogue for a 2020 Hyundai Kona, it would actually reduce our current payments. THAT entirely made our day! A week later when I was driving my wife's 2020 Kona, I really liked the way it handled and was impressed by the roominess and extra features (such as heated steering wheel, lane assist, leather power seats, etc. etc.). Which was a surprise as I didn't care for the way the Nissan Rogue handled. I text Sierra and asked her what she could do for us on my 2015 Nissan Altima to get me into a 2020 Hyundai Kona? Sierra for a third time worked her magic and we were now buying our 3rd vehicle from Regina Hyundai. Again keeping our payments close but that was expected moving up to a far newer vehicle with lower kilometers and longer extended warranty. The all around experience has been terrific. Working with Rob in Sales and Sierra in Finance! Every little detail has been taken care of for all vehicles. Sierra was able to get us command starts in all three vehicles. Oil changes, internal leather protection, windshield replacement, etc! Do yourself a favor and visit Regina Hyundai. No pressure sales! Superior customer support! You feel like a member of the family!

Service shop is terrible. My wife brought her vehicle in for a morning appointment. After being ignored by the service reps while men who drove in after her were attended to, they finally took her keys and got her set up. We described exactly what our issue was (broken wire within a harness, easy visible under the bumper) and that the vehicle was still under warranty. They told her the vehicle would be ready around lunch. We got a call around 4:00 saying that there was a broken wire, it’s not under warranty and we owed them $80 for the diagnostic. I informed the service manager I wasn’t about to pay him $80 to ‘diagnose’ literally what I told him was wrong, and he did waive the charge, but the crummy service doesn’t stop there. Hyundai also performed a ‘complimentary inspection’ and noted they filled the washer fluid tank.... the low fluid light came on while driving home, so I guess they must have used fast evaporating fluid lol. They also noted pitting and corrosion on the brake rotors and recommended they get machined for $300... The tech must have X ray vision or something because my winter wheels have locking nuts, and the key for them was sitting at home on my workbench. We will definitely be driving to Moose Jaw Hyundai for parts and service in the future.

I had purchased vehicles from Hyundai in the past and between the salesman and the finance lady, I had a very unpleasant experience and was apprehensive about returning. When we decided to trade my daughter's 2013 Elantra in for a 2019 Elantra, I was a bit concerned about going back. There was a bit of a blip at first when the vehicle we originally went in for wasn't as we expected and we almost left without following through with a trade-in. Sierra came to our rescue. Because of her knowledge, diligence and concern for getting the best deal for her clients, we managed to get my daughter a 2020 Elantra at a great rate with extras like command start and extended warranty. After learning I had also hoped to trade my vehicle in soon as well, she found me a 2020 Kona in the color and with the features I wanted and put together a deal I couldn't refuse with a great rate and with command start, extended warranty and leather protection. At the end of the day, we left with 2 "new to us" vehicles. My husband ended up liking my new Kona so much that less than 2 weeks later she put together another amazing deal on a 2020 Kona for him. Rob was also awesome in explaining everything about our new vehicles to each of us. He is extremely knowledgeable. Sierra and Rob have gone above and beyond for our family and continue to be helpful with any questions or concerns we have. The GM has been walking around chatting with others but will not take 5 minutes to come and have a conversation with us to ensure something like this never occurs again. I understand the GM is a busy man but when you have had a customer sitting for 3 hours waiting to discuss a safety issue your staff caused, it should be a higher priority for you.

Very disappointed today on your service. I booked my appointment last week to have a reg oil change and they do recommend the 24k km package that includes some extra service that my car might need and I was like okay since I haven't do that since then , I'll take it. But unfortunately it wont make it in time get to my car done as I need it in late afternoon to go to work. So I have to re-booked my appointment and thats today I choose to do it at 8am so it could be done early. But it takes 7hrs for some reason? (Just because the recommended is not right and it should be the 72k km) as the big guy said.And that guy who talked to me over the phone when I tried to follow up for how long? coz its 2pm already,and he wasn't handling the situation very well he even change his tone when I'm talking to him nicely.He told me at 3pm it should be done and the shuttle will pick me up before then and he's making sure of that. But apparently I got there at 3:30pm. I'm about to call a cab just to be there, when the shuttle shows up at 3:22pm the driver apologized to me sincerely so I accepted it. But other than that ???? Poor customer service, unprofessional, learn how to value the time of your customer.

Went there to replace a windshield on my car thinking that by going to the dealership I'd get better service. Wow was I wrong! I got my car back with both front seats covered in glass slivers and minor scratches to the paint on the roof: Strike 1 I drop my car off to get the scratches in the paint looked after. I ask them to please call when the car is ready to be picked up. Two weeks go by and nothing so I call the auto body shop where the work was to be done and they tell me the car was returned with the work complete the next day after I dropped it off. My car sat at the dealership for two weeks with no one calling me to come and pick it up: Strike 2 I had to bring the car back one more time to have 3M stone chip tape put on the repainted part of the car. It's winter by this time and drop my car off early one morning and am contacted that my car is ready. I went and got the keys for the car and came back later once I could be dropped off. My car was parked out in the auto body shops parking lot and it had snowed heavily that day and into the evening. The staff had left the front passenger side window open. When I came to pick up my car it had a very healthy amount of snow in it: Strike 3 I brought all of this up with Regina Hyundai's general manager who said he was concerned and that he'd forward my concerns onto his operations manager and that he'd get in touch with me... that's been over a year now and nothing. One would think with this much gross negligence that a general manager might take a vested interest in making sure this is handled properly and ensuring that I come away from this with somewhat of a smile on my face. Nope... great car piss poor service... no stars!

So I bought my Hyundai Elantra 2019 last year in September. When I bought this car the women who did my financing mentioned that if anything happens to my tires or rims I can definitely come to Hyundai and they will take a look for me because I got that Platinum Autoplus Tire and Rims Insurance. So from past couple of days my car started wobbling and I visited Canadian Tire to do an inspection because the wobble was making too hard for me to drive and I didn't wanted to take risk of driving in such condition. In the Inspection report they mentioned that my rear tires were wobbling and both the rear tires needed to be replaced. They mentioned there could be N number of reasons such as manufacturing defect, bad road conditions and so on .. So I recalled that I had this Tire and Rim insurance with Hyundai so I just went to the showroom this morning and everyone looked so busy, so I approached the lady at the front desk. She was nice and pleasant no complaints regarding her but I told her that I just wanted to INQUIRE WHETHER THIS WILL BE COVERED IN MY INSURANCE OR NOT..OR IF SHE CAN GET SOMEBODY WHO I CAN TALK TO REGARDING THIS..She asked me for the person who sold me this car and I had a card which was given to me who did the financing for me so I gave her the card and she went inside and came outside and said that the other women is busy and had an appointment in 5 mins and is busy..I was completely fine with that and said ok as I just WANTED TO INQUIRE WHETHER I'M COVERED OR NOT.. Then she noted my name and number and assured that somebody will definitely call me today and help me regarding this..I waited whole day waiting for a callback and here it's 10pm and didn't received any call.. It's such a bad customer service experience she could've just asked or called anyone to help me out but she noted my number and ASSURED me that someone will call me.Since she assured me I left but here I am writing this feedback.I never went there with an intention of having a claim or anything I just wanted to know whether Hyundai will cover this or not for me....I have to wait for another day in order to find this out and then book an appointment and don't know when it will get fixed..My friend also had a similar kind of experience. He bought a 2021 Kona(I referred him to Hyundai since I bought a car myself) and there was some refund that was gonna made to him by cheque since there was some mistake in the final quote . He had to visit them 4-5 times over a timespan of 1 month just to get a cheque of his refund. Everytime he went there they used to give him a new date and when he used to visit on those days, a new date will pop up. Manager also provided my friend with 2 free oil changes after that which is highly APPRECIATED but why make your customers go through all this hassle in the first place.

Honestly I would give this zero stars but it doesn’t allow me to. I bought a Hyundai from a dealership this fall. About a month in my Hyundai had died while I was driving it. I had the vehicle towed to the Hyundai as it was still under manufactur warranty where they told me that it was the remote start I had gotten installed aftermarket. The place where I had it installed they did all the updates that were needed on my vehicle as well as disconnected the remote start. I got my vehicle back and it proceeded to die again. I had gotten it towed back to Hyundai when they told me it was the alternator. They had my vehicle for about a week, didn’t give me a loner car I might add! Once again it was under warranty. When I got my vehicle back finally it started to die on me as I was crossing Victoria Avenue. I once again had it towed back to Hyundai and they had it for another week and it turned out to be simply a fuse. After this I do not trust my vehicle so I got a trade-in at a different dealership. Before I had traded it in it was returned to me and was making odd noises and was driving terribly, I’ve continued to see the car on the lot where I had traded it in and have heard it has been in the shop since they have received it from Hyundai services. This is something that has left me shaken and unsure of the service department here at Hyundai Regina, as well is my faith in the Hyundai service department. This my first time dealing with them and I can say that when I went to get a brand new vehicle I specifically chose not to get a hyundai because of the experience that I received.

One of the worst experience that I have ever had. I ask for a test drive specifically for 2018 Hyundai Sonata GLS one of last car that they have. Guess what they have said if want me to take this car out of showroom I need to do your credit check. Is it for real??? Hyundai really needs a credit check before test drive??? This ridiculous. I felt insulted by this. I felt like they have judged me that I am not buying a car. After today... I would not recommend them they hid fees from me for fixing a tire. I had to wait for a month for A tire! How rediculous! Claim warranty on new tires... yet charge "100 dollar deductable" here's the kicker. I had to pay an extra 50 bucks to pay the tread I used on the last tire. Warranty my *** I still paid 156 dollars and wasted 4 weeks waiting for a new tire. Nope... not worth it!

received a recall notice from Hyundai Canada regarding my trailer hitch, contacted Hyundai of Regina and brought my vehicle in they looked at it and said yes your hitch is affected we will call you in when the part arrives. They call and say recall part is in. Hyundai has me car all day and when I go to pick it up they tell me my part is not affected by this recall and they did not replace it as per the recall notice I was sent and they Hyundai web site. It seems that Hyundai of Regina will not honor recall notices from Hyundai Canada. I will be reaching out to Hyundai Canada, as well as the BBB to inquire as to how they can ignore a recall notice.

Purchased my used vehicle from here. After a service appointment(6000 km after purchase) received misdiagnosis at Regina Hyundai. Had been sent away with a fixed thermostat and customer rep. assured me that the overheating was caused by broken thermostat and the vehicle had been fixed. Thereafter vehicle started overheating again. "Shop foreman' guaranteed vehicle is okay now. No abnormalities were detected. After demanding Regina Hyundai took a closer look at head gasket. Faulty head gasket had been diagnosed. All in all I put 10.000 km on the engine (since purchase date). Dealership is not not willing to cooperate and admit their misdiagnosis. Dealership is also unwilling to work out a solution. Service rep. put the blame squarely on me. Vehicle has been at Regina Hyundai for 3 full days as of yet no quote or time frame for the extent of the repair had been issued. Had also been told by service rep. that the vehicle will have to be fixed at different dealership because of a lack of proper tools. Bottom line: Regina Hyundai's used car inspection must have been forgotten about in my case. Customer service is unacceptable! I had to pass on online research into vehicle symptoms to the mechanics in order for them to make a proper diagnosis. Beware of this dealership and it's questionable practices!

Our salesperson was Kyle Kao. He assisted us with our search for a new Sport Utility Vehicle. We had visited other dealership and test-drove Honda, Nissan, Toyota and found by far that Kyle is the most knowledgeable, passionate and professional salesperson we had encountered. He was very patient and spent a considerable amount of time answering our questions, going out of his way to accommodate us so that our buying experience was topnotch. We had our eye on a 2017 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate. The dealership did not have the car in stock with white and beige interior so he ordered us one from Korea. We ended up buying this vehicle in November and Kyle has given me training on how to use all of the main functions and features. He will be giving me some more training on how to use the more advanced features in the near furture. He is a salesperson who cares about the customer's experience and provides help long after the final sale. I extremely pleased with Kyle and would recommend him to any new potential Hyundai shoppers.
