They were shocked when i asked for assistance in coordinating a repair with a different Honda dealer given that Spring did not have a very basic part in stock. They would not phone a dealership for me, and were incredibly surprised that I wanted assistance from Honda to repair my (under 20,000 km of mileage and under full warranty) HONDA. They did the absolute bare minimum and offered zero assistance when it became clear I had a serious dilemma to handle with my WARRANTY repair. Absolutely the most disappointing service experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars I would.

Jason sold me a lemon at very high interest rate. Nothing but thousands in repairs. Still not done paying for the car, and my mechanic says this time repairs will be $6000-7000. I’m a single mom who uses the car for work and all I needed was for my car to last the term of financing. Not even close. Jason is charming and friendly enough in person, but that does me little good now that I realize what he sold me.

Josh was awesome he was so polite, only my concern was they were asking $128 to fix my bumper rubber back. In Calgary, same happen, they fixed the rubber during the oil change for free. And they suggested when you park your vehicle don't go very close to. This is common problem they said. But in Cranbrook was different :-) They are general good.

I had a 2014 model before, but the new one makes driving so much easier - first time I can say I love my car and have confidence for long distance trips! We have purchased all our vehicles from this dealership over the past three decades and since 2011 noticed a huge improvement in customer service, thanks to Corey Spring and his great team, in particular, Steve Booth. Since we live where there is no Honda Dealer, we have to book time off work to get servicing done. Spring Honda has been exceptional at arranging courtesy vehicles, booking convenient times for servicing and always taking into consideration our travel time/different time zone. Even though some issues regarding our vehicles are directly related to Honda Manufacturing, the service department, at this location, has troubleshooted on our behalf and gone the extra mile to listen to our concerns and do their best to resolve any issues. On a side note, the financing department is very knowledgeable, they have really made purchasing a new vehicle every 3-5 years less painful and are quick to help us receive any loyalty perks available. We would highly recommend Spring Honda in Cranbrook, BC.

Jason was very good to us. He was excellent at working with me to find out what I was looking for and was patient with my questions. We were able to do a lot of pre-shopping via email and were able to test drive for a few hours and try out the vehicle on some of our regular trips to pick up kids and such. I had a very disappointing device experience with our 2017 civic. At 18000 km our air conditioning failed. It was diagnosed a rock punctures the condenser. This isn't covered under honda warranty.facing a repair of over 1000 dollars or an insurance claim we were surprised that no good will from spring honda was offered. We have had similar experiences and the dealership always stepped up to take care of us. We won't support a business that won't support us. We traded the civic in on a new Volkswagen they gladly repaired the a/c. And genuinely appreciated our patronage.

A minor mistake was made regarding the condition of the tires. Dave Spring the GM and owner didn't hesitate to make it right and put new winter tires on for me. Excellent service and customer experience. Booked a mini detail and was in just the next day. They dropped me and picked me up when the work was done. Did a small shampoo spot treatment on a spill when I didn’t purchase the shampooing option. Washed the exterior of the truck as well. Only thing I noticed was that when I moved my seat back, there were one or two small areas that were missed and needed a quick wipe. That is a super nitpicky thing though. I did only go for the mini detail after all. Overall - Fantastic. I would recommend and return again.

Got my car recently serviced there. There was a wheel alignment issue. Unfortunately their wheel alignment machine was down at the time. I was told to bring it back down as soon as the machine gets up and running for complementary wheel alignment. The whole service team is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Would expect nothing less from Honda. It’s experiences like this that will always have me buying and driving a Honda.
