Recently my son lost the only key to our 1999 Sienna in the ocean. This required me to purchase a new computer at a cost of over $1100. I tried phoning all over Canada to find a used one that also came with the master key. It was very discouraging. One very publicized wrecker wanted me to pay $1 and drive to Richmond to search the interior of a car to see if a key was anywhere to be found. Finally I contacted Farbrook and talked to Shane who went out of his way to help me out. He spent time removing the computer from the car they had on site and then contacting the Toyota dealership in Port Alberni numerous times to be sure it was the right part number. He then packaged and mailed it immediatly at a reasonable price...I am very thankful to Shane and all those at Farbrooks

Orderd a shifter cable, was shipped but did not get the part for almost two weeks as there shipping company failed to tell us they shipped it to our drug store in town, I get the part and the shifter bushing is ripped right out the cable. I now have a client out a vehicle over two weeks. Beeing told the part is missing a bushing or telling us that you won't ship to or address would be good to know. I called them and all I got was we will pass your compaints to the parts department. There price was good but I ordered the part they called over two days later to confirm and obviously didn't ship or pass off my contact info to shipping company correctly
