Reasonably good sales experience. Process was a bit rough and it was not detailed before delivery. Service experience: horrible. My wife was lied to about a real issue with our van. Took 3 hours for an oil change. First two services were fine but this was unacceptable. I doubt I will return in the future.

I purchased my KIA at the Cranbrook location. I found the service department "Eric" friendly and available. The sales associate was very personable. "Kevin" ensured that I had no questions about my vehicle and if there was something he was unsure of he found out and let me know. The sales manager "Nick" was unobtrusive and only wanted to make sure that all parties were fairly treated. In general the experience was positive. I have had previous business with KIA in the past and this most recent experience has been the most comfortable. I am impressed with the new management and thier business style. I LOVE MY KIA and everyone at the Cranbrook location.

Great Service Last month my wife and I purchased a 2017 Sportage the time spent with me to purchase a new vehicle was outstanding especially when I was in and out over the week and only had a short time frame each day to look at vehicles because my wife was in the hospital. The time and patience they showed me during that time was outstanding and they got us the best deal we could have asked for. Outstanding customer service from the start to the end there was no pressure put on me to decide what to buy and in the end we got a fantastic Kia Sportage. I live three hours away, have never bought a new car, never secured financing and had no idea what to expect. He found me the car I wanted while staying within my budget and set up all the details for me. Making a ham sandwich is more challenging than buying a car from Phil. They even deliver. I bought a car here not even a year ago and now it needs a new engine. When I bought it i drove it for almost 6 months before i had to do my regular oil change and when i took it into the shop they told me my car doesn't have any oil in it and it wasn't leaking. So therefore my car must have not been serviced when I bought it. I called and called 5 days in a row and no one would talk to me. Fast forward 2 months. Now my car needs a whole new engine because you guys don't know how to do your job properly! AND on top of that my passenger window doesn't work (never told) AND my power mirrors.***Buyer beware***

We had purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 a year ago but we had suicide doors and we quickly found these doors did not work for our growing family. Phil was AMAZING!!! We have bought our last... 6? Vehicles from this awesome team ???? Early January my newest car was involved in a "hit and run" and I was rediculously stressed out, especially since I had bought it a few short months ago! I contacted Eddy and he promised me he would make it ok for me. Eddy and Mitch worked it all out, and even did a great deal of correspondence with ICBC for me. Well, it all worked out for me, and they got me in a brand new Telluride today. I told Kevin that even if I didn't like Kia's, I would still go to them because they are so incredibly awesome, super friendly, quick, take all of the stress off of you as the buyer, and are just amazing ???? I can't imagine ever going to a different dealership, or dealing with anyone other than their team. My kids love Eddy, and I just can't recommend them enough!!

Well for the past two years I have had the great pleasure of dealing with Cody Fraser at Cranbrook Mitsubishi. Traded in my Mazda which was purchased from Cranbrook Kia, went to look at a used Dodge Charger, test drove oh I don’t know probably 6 or 8 different cars, suvs and nothing fit!!! Cody said: how do feel about new? He got me into a brand new Lancer Sportback for exactly what my budget allowed!!! Due to the nature of my work I just recently had to trade in my beloved Lancer for an SUV, Cody once again delivered and went above and beyond. One of the worst experiences i have had through a dealership. Told me over and over that my vehicle was on its way and that the financing was finalized.. after a week of waiting for this vehicle. They tell me that they had financing issues that it was out of their control which I know isn't true because it doesn't take a week to fill out for the paperwork. And was told I qualified and it was finalized. 2 weeks after i was supposed to get it it shows up dented... and they told me that it was dent and ding free. Which it definitely was not. And a week after driving the vehicle. They messaged me asking me for more paperwork to finish the trade-in or else they have to give me my car back that I traded in I would have to pay for both vehicles? Most unprofessional dealership by far. Definitely buy with caution.

After sales service is very lacking. While i purchased my vehicle I saw a lady (sales) trying to xfer a call to manager and he let go to voicemail. When I questioned my sales rep. on this he said your best bet is to deal with sales reps, the manager will not support you. Was a warning sign...I ignored it unfortunately. My sales rep. and lady sales rep. working at the time are no longer there and of course the manager avoids me like the plague now. Over promise and under deliver should be there motto.

This place had us running around in circles when we went in to trade in our car for a jeep. We were told that all the paperwork was done and that we were approved for everything. Then it took 2weeks of them calling and asking for more and more paperwork. Then we finally got the jeep 3 weeks after the date we were supposed to. So please buy with caution.
