I purchased 2021 elantra from cranbrook Hyundai in june 2021. There was something wrong with the brake pedal i showed to service guy and he said everything is fine but still i can hear the noise and also the air filter is making noise when heat is turned on. A new fresh car can cause this much problems and the car is not even a year old. Service department please look into this matter seriously and solve my issues. Not at all satisfied with service department of cranbrook Hyundai.

Just Bought a 2001 Santa fe CD doesnt work Front tires have in side wear i will have to replace them asap. And to top it off the battery was dead i ve had to boost it every time ive used it .Hopefully they make these things right ill re comment after i go today to see if they will make this right. Fingers crossed they came to pick it up .........got new tires and battery thanks a lot guys.

Huge thanks to the Service Department at Cranbrook Hyundai. My dad and I were passing through town en-route to Trail when we heard a pop and sudden loss of power in his car. We stopped off at Cranbrook Hyundai, the service writer took down our info and had a tech looking at it within minutes. They will rip you off. Bought a car for a sale price and they kept adding various things to come to a total of more than $13,000 above the sale price. Everything is covered under warranty yet they still added $3000 extra for inspection. Do not go here.

My experience with Hyundai was excellent from the moment I walked in the door.... Devin was an amazing salesman was willing to accommodate me and my schedule right from the start... Warning for all of my friends in Cranbrook: DO NOT purchase any vehicles from Cranbrook Hyundai (1126 Cranbrook St N, Cranbrook, BC V1C 3S5). They sell vehicles that are dangerous and not road worthy. They do not honour warranties as stated when one purchases a vehicle. They will tell you they have had the vehicle checked from bumper to bumper, and if it falls apart as you leave their driveway they will provide no help but overcharge you for repairs. New owners are taking this dealership to hell. No stars but 5 boos.

Traded in my 1996 BMW 328i for my new-to-me 2013 Mazda CX-5 at Cranbrook Hyundai, maybe just a little more than a month ago. Dallas was an excellent saleman to deal with, upbeat and personable everytime I encountered him, and finance manager Tod helped me get through the hurdles of financing this car all on my own, which can be a daunting challenge for a young person like me nowadays. I'd happily grant this dealership five stars, however I did unfortunately experience some issues with the car after I had taken it home, such as the rear passenger door not opening from the inside and one of the rear seat belts not working, and I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the interior of the vehicle; the previous owner very obviously had kids, which could be seen from the crayons still in the backseat pockets and the gum stuck in the back door cupholders. Luckily enough, my boyfriend is a mechanic and he helped me fix these minor issues, and the car has since been thoroughly detailed. Overall, the staff at Cranbrook Hyundai are still in my good books, this was my first time purchasing and financing a vehicle at a dealership and their service went above and beyond my expectations!

A salesman reached out to my husband in response to his ad, listing his vehicle for sale, and asked if he would want to bring it in to get a quote on it (keep in mind we live an hour out of town, and it's December, so roads can be iffy). When we arrived the salesman was pleasant, and asked the standard questions about the vehicle; ie: colour, interior colour, type of interior, power windows and locks, etc. He took the odometer reading, and took all paperwork to the person who would generate the quote. We waited about 10 minutes and eventually Bob, the owner, came out of the office and offered a ridiculously low amount for the vehicle (LESS than HALF of MARKET VALUE) and argued with my husband when my husband mentioned that the "comparables" he brought out didn't actually compare with my husband's vehicle. For example, my husband's vehicle has a 2L turbo engine, and the "comparables" that Bob brought with him were 1.6L engines. Smaller engine = less desirable, therefore NOT comparable. Another example is my husband's vehicle has a panoramic sunroof, and power lift gate, neither of which the "comparables" had. Therefore, again, NOT comparable. What they didn't realize is that my husband (who is a Journeyman Heavy Duty mechanic), and my brother (who is a Journeyman automotive mechanic) have worked at dealerships before, and so they know the tricks. Nice try ripping us off. At least all we lost today was some gas and a couple hours time between driving in, sitting there, and driving home.

I actually have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. We were stuck there most of the day (to no fault of their own) we were maybe just a bit underprepared. The staff was so friendly and fun to be around, we worked primarily with Tace, Ryan, Dalton. and Tamara. We had conversations with other members as well and everyone was always so polite and pleasant to talk too. I would buy another car just to get to hangout with these people for a day! My fiancé and I couldn’t stop raving about the customer service of this place to everyone when we got back to our hometown to show off our new car. Thank you Tace for getting us the EXACT car we wanted, and everyone else for such a great day, I don’t think we would have been half as pleased to hangout at any other dealership for a day! 10/10 recommend these guys and girls, and their cars of course! They really take care of you and what you need and are so so accommodating! Can’t wait to go back and get our remote start installed!
