I took my Jeep here to get a transmission flush while visiting one weekend, and 3 weeks later it was leaking. This was due to over tightening of the bolts in the transmission pan (the threads were stripped off and the bolts could be pulled out with pliers). I live in a small Alberta community with no Jeep dealer, so I called and spoke to Rob at the service desk and they took complete 100% ownership of the issue and ensured I was looked after. They paid for my vehicle diagnosis at the Napa shop in town, the tow bill to have it brought into Calgary, my rental car while the work was being done, and all the service work to get it fixed. Amazing service provided by Rob and Pat (Service Manager) and I will definitely continue to have my Jeep serviced here during my family visits to Cranbrook.

I went to take a look at Jeep’s, and was greeted by Ari. Though I’m young, he treated me like he would anyone trying to buy a vehicle. He showed me many different options in my price range and got me into a Cherokee for a test drive. I ended up loving it and purchased my new vehicle. Although it took quite a bit longer than expected in the dealership to get the paperwork filled out and finalized, I don’t fault them on that at all because of my age I’m sure they struggled with the loan system. Jason was awesome to work with as well, all the staff was very friendly. Overall I walked away with a wonderful deal on a great vehicle and I am very happy with it so far.

The parts guy (sorry I didn't get his name) went above and beyond to dig through his old stock and not only found one for me, but also a spare in case I needed it. last week, my 5 year old Cherokee, failed to start, thought it was the battery, but couldn't jump it, i had to get my daughter to daycare and then go to work, i was frantic. I called Cranbrook's service department (after calling two other places who told me to come in next week!) and was immediately put at ease by understanding my situation. They came and got my Jeep, put me in a loaner for the day, when I returned after work, vehicle was repaired, cost was reasonable. They also updated me by text throughout the day. Big shout out to this dealership. Our 2018 Grand Cherokee which we had not purchased from them was out of warranty when the rear auto level shocks failed. They supplied the very expensive shocks (about $2k) and only charged the labor. Also thanks to service writer Josh for getting us in and out of the shop in super quick time.

Stacy and Steve (the manager) offered top notch service. We were impressed by their professionalism and friendly nature in comparison to other dealers in Cranbrook- they even offered our little human a hat and buff (likely their best spent marketing dollars this month ????). Documentation Fee (apparently two price points and options) and taxes were discussed during negotiations upon request. Upon final signing a mystery bill for VIN etching (roughly $400) was added. They did - after being confronted- offer to remove the service and associated cost upon discussion at this point. All in all an “okay”experience - friendly, polished and professional- but make sure to watch the details.

Absolutely terrible service. Had a problem with rear suspension air bag. They got it fixed within a couple days. Was initially told it would be fixed within 2 weeks due to shortage of part across canada. I had called a friend that runs a dodge dealership in another province and he told me he had the part I needed right in front of him. I called the dealership back in cranbrook telling him to call my friend cause he will release the part to them. The guy got all pissy telling me he can see across canada on all parts so its pointless. He never did call him but miraculously found part all of a sudden and said depending on job he'd have me up and running asap. When I showed up to get keys the guy tossed em over and said it's out back. I asked if there was any insight into the problem or what could have caused it. He just looked at me and said it came in with a blown air bag and we fixed it. I'd be very cautious of purchasing a vehicle here just due to the fact of customer relations. I would've limped to the next town had i known I'd be dealing with this guy. Reading other reviews and talking to locals it seems to be a common problem.

Check engine light kept coming on. Had two dodge dealers clear it. Oil pressure was always reading high. Told dodge my oil pressure sensor was dead. They had to charge me $90 to plug it into their computer so it could tell them my pressure sensor was dead. Dodge should be paying me the $90. Edit: I bumped this to 4 stars from 3 because the dealer did a good job of my service. I was happy with that but the reality is that nothing was actually wrong with the truck. The electronics that are supposed to tell me my truck is broken broke. This is more a negative review of the way digital engineering costs the customer more than it saves. I ended up paying over $300 to fix the thing that monitors things that don't really need monitoring. When you know the sensor is broken but the system has to charge you to babysit the system for the system's own sake, there's a fundamental problem with the engineering. Dodge surely isn't the only company to blame for this. I can't give them 5 stars because I'm just not happy I had to blow $300 on such a pointless repair, but the dealership is not really to blame for that. I'll definitely keep bringing my truck here for service.

This happen to my wife's truck we made a deal when we got the truck that's the blinking of all in the truck lights was to be fixed and now the radio is black but the blinking stopped and they swear up and down that the heavy blinking was normal lol they won't fix it and beside when my truck went there to get a airbag sensor put in I had to go there 3 times first time it was not the right one second time it dint work and third time was good I live 2 hours away Worst place ever maybe they should stop doing bbq and honor deals made with clients and not trying to find loop holes not to honor contract made I am doing a complaint to the better business bureau

We recently purchased a Jeep Renegade from these guys and the experience was entirely positive. We had searched for the vehicle we wanted and found a number of them in BC. The dealership at our home town Kamloops was not interested in giving us a fair value for our trade in so we had called elsewhere. Derek Taylor, the salesman from Cranbrook was terrific. Very prompt in replying every time and made a lot of accommodations to make the deal work! Arranged for the new jeep to be transported up to Kamloops and picked up the trade to take back. He made the deal work for both parties and never once did we feel we were being taken advantage of, which is what we felt in Kamloops. We will be looking for a second jeep next year and Cranbrook Dodge WILL be getting our business.

They sold a vehicle they shouldn’t have even put on their lot without all the proper paperwork they’d need to sell it. Was told everyday for a week it would be done by the end of that day. They refused to refund until we said we’d be filing a complaint. Was just a very bad buying experience went down the road and was treated how customers should be.

Phoned in a week ahead to see if they could fix my drivers door asked if they would have a actuator if that is the problem they said yes . Drove 1.5 hours to get to my appointment diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be the actuator but they don’t have the part . So they have to order it and I’ll have to come back. And to top it off they charged me 178.00 for the diagnoses and the truck wash . Poor service and wasted a full day of my time

The service advisor, Josh Lentz, went above and beyond to help me. My truck broke down outside of Cranbrook late Friday afternoon. Josh gave me the name of a tow truck driver they use, tow truck driver didn't even hesitate and brought my truck to the dealership before the shop closed Friday night. 8 am Saturday morning, diagnosed the problem and replaced the fuel pump by end of day Saturday ready for my trip back to Calgary Sunday morning. Fantastic service.

I brought my truck here three times after being warned by a lot of friends and family not to deal with the service department. Very simple tasks one just being a diagnosis. All three times were huge fails they diagnosis was completely wrong to the point where it was unsafe and they let me leave. The other two times she'll complete disregard and just straight up not caring about the customer. They will do and say anything just to get you out of the door as quickly as possible. They even talk you out of spending money. And if you do spend money be careful there's a good chance it will be wrong and they won't take any responsibility. WATCH OUT. Ask around.
