I was one satisfied customer when I sent my Nissan frontier 2012 fixe the passenger side of my truck . The work was amazing . But on the other side ( literally the other side ) Of my truck came back with a dent on fender. Send it with a problems comes back with problem solved and another problem. Now we had to go through pictures and clearly did not have damage there before even though it seems like they where trying to make me think that dent was there .in first few pics. My truck was gone for 3 weeks .. and they lent me a very nice looking and clean vehicle . That was positive at least. Now they where suppose to call me back to setup a appointment to fix the problem , but they never got back to me and I couldn't wait anymore so I lefted the province . I know it's not the secretary ( Wich does a amazing job ) or the people that repaired it but probably someone that is not necessary involved in the shop . I have a idea but no proof so maybe the people not meant to be in the shop for reperations can keep away from the vehicle Oh and they gave me a 10$ card to clean my truck and if course it didn't work . So make sure you take pictures of every little part of your vehicle before sending your vehicle in cause besides that incident they are a great team .

Absolutely HORRIBLE place to attempt to get Your vehicle fixed they slapped it back together with junk parts, then when it ALL fell apart they couldn't manage to put it back together everything they touched was ruined and I ended up repairing myself out of my own pocket. SIGNAL COLLISION CRANBROOK is terrible they got their money from the insurance claim and I am left re repairing all these parts out of my own pocket ICBC would not accommodate at all either once you chose a repair shop you are stuck with that shop hoping they get your expensive hard earned vehicle back together but this shop never did even after going back SIX/6 times I gave up on them. Very frustrating please learn from me and people I know mistake and DO NOT GO HERE

Had another vehicle bump into mine in a parking lot. Went to Signal and asked for a quote. Darcy came out right away to have a look and ballparked the repair price for me so I could decide which route I wanted to take (insurance or not). After deciding, they called me to make an appointment. Later that day they had an opening and called me to see if bringing it in earlier was convenient for me. I was offered a courtesy vehicle and had my vehicle back within the timeline they had promised! It was a great experience for my first ding-up!

Months after having my truck repaired at Signal, I noticed a clip behind my fender was broken. Could have failed on its own, may have been bumped? I stopped by to ask if fixing it would be a big job and the team there took a look at it right away, got me in the next morning, gave me a ride to work, and then delivered it to my workplace when it was fixed only a couple hours later. Much to my surprise, they also took the time to clean my truck inside and out! No questions asked, no grilling me about it.... they just got it done and didn't charge me a dime. Absolutely amazing service, I didn't expect a thing when I brought it by but they showed that they care about the quality of work they do and their clients. I highly recommend Signal in Cranbrook.

James in service kept me informed on the status of my car and the price was incredible! I will definitely be going back to carstar again!
