Highly recommend. My husband and I had the pleasure of doing business with Binaz at Courtenay Mazda who was nothing short of amazing. As we waited to finalise our purchase, Binaz kept checking in just to give us an update on our application status. Something we really appreciated. Once that was done, the team arranged to have an insurance company come in with plates and all so we could drive our car home. While we waited for the car to get washed, Chad their Finance Manager invited us to his office and as we got to know each other, we had a good chat about Food. Yes Food!!! Best Day Ever. We are so grateful for all your help more so for welcoming us. We truly love our car and can't wait to make memories this summer. We'll definitely be sending you pics.

Thanks to Mike at Courtenay Mazda for a great buying experience. I knew what I wanted thanks to the videos by Mike posted on YouTube. I didn’t have to stand out in the pouring rain listening to all the features of the car. No thanks! I just watched a video in the comfort of my home that answered all my questions and actually found out more about the car and it’s features because I wasn’t trying to hurry things up and get inside to the warmth. The videos were super helpful too because I could share the link with my husband overseas so he could be part of the buying experience - at least virtually. Wholeheartedly recommend Courtenay Mazda to buy a car. The service was friendly, fast and I felt valued as a customer. Bonus...they even send you a beautiful gift basket afterwards which is more than any other dealership has done. Such a nice way to say “Thank you”. So happy with my new car...Zoom Zoom!!!!!! I found the service at Courtenay Mazda to be excellent. Binas provided thorough information about the Nissan X-trail that I was interested in, and was pleasant to deal with from start to finish. As well, Chantelle, Chad and Mike were great to deal with. I generally shy away from dealers due to aggressive sales methods, however that was not the case at all at Courtenay Mazda.
