Communicating with dealerships can be a stressful and unpleasant experience. However, Paul provided top-level customer service and wasn't hiding any fees or creating pressure to buy a vehicle from him. He gave me plenty of time to test a vehicle, and also replied to my e-mails very promptly. I really enjoyed doing business with Paul. If you are looking for a used car you should definitely visit this place.

Purchasing a vehicle is a big deal... Not quite as big as buying a home... But up there on the list of potential stress. We have been looking for a new car for sometime but have been hesitant about shopping for one because of having to deal with wheeler dealer pushy sales staff. We were pleasantly surprised to find Paul at the National Lot. He was welcoming and knowledgeable about the inventory both on site and other National sites. He encouraged us to test drive a variety of cars to ensure we both were completely comfortable with our end choice. Then he found us exactly what we were looking. We couldn't be more pleased. After reading the other reviews, we echo what everyone is saying. We would never have originally thought to buy a used vehicle from a rental company but, after dealing with Paul at National, we've been completely convinced that this is the only place to buy. Our 2016 Dodge van is like brand new, and Paul gave us a better deal than anywhere else we tried to deal. He was fair, honest, had a great sense of humor, and did everything we requested in a very short time......new trailer hitch, excellent detailing (had some faint scratches removed from the back bumper), and had the brake routers repaired as we requested. And he gave us a very fair price for our vehicle. We highly recommend dealing with him if you're in the market for a good quality used vehicle. We're recommending him to all our friends for sure. I am a senior and female and had never bought a car over 2000 dollars. I thought I knew what I wanted for my last car.It had to be blue and a hatch back in the 14 to 16 thousand dollar range no older than 2014 but not new.I went to different dealers and experienced a range of of different sales tactics some pushy some that felt I was wasting their time and others who just were not listening to me. My backyard mechanic suggested National but I was a little nervous about it and did some asking around and heard lots of positives from family and friends. Down I went to national car sales and found not only a sales man but a person I could talk to and he listened. We found the perfect car for me and I also found a friend who even went the extra mile for me and listed my old car for sale on the computer.My car sold in the first 3 hrs. I have had my new car a 2014 Elantra GT and just love it. Paul you made me feel relaxed and able to tell you what my needs were. I will be recomending National sales to my friends not only did I get the right car for me but I also made a couple of friends. Best sticker price that we found for the vehicle that my nephew purchased...then Paul came down a little more which put the difference where he wanted to be????. It was actually a very pleasent car buying experience! Paul was very accommodating, he encouraged us to take as long as we wanted for the test drive....on more than one vehicle.
