Dishonest. My 72 years old mother went for an oil change and a tire change. She's told by the advisor Nino Gjakova she needs to get a car inspection. She bought the car as a demo at 9000KMs and she now has 11 161 KMs. Leaves with a 300$ bill. Since when are Toyotas so unreliable they break at 11 000 kilometers?

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Major mistakes were done on my file causing me much distress. They forgot so many things on my car which caused so many delays. I am schoked to see the low level of professionalism the staff has. Nobody seems to know what they're doing and I had to call over and over to follow up on THEIR mistakes. They should have been the ones fixing them and keeping me updated. I will never buy a car with them again.

Never go there again!!!! Don't recommend to anyone. I bought my first Toyota from Toyota Gabriel St-Laurent before 5 years and was satisfied, so now when they proposed me to go like a "VIP" client to make a evaluation of my car and give me a "really good " price for a new one I gone with pleasure. Actually I lost my time. The guy evaluated my car which cost 15 000 $ on the market for only 5 000$. That's ridiculous .

Man's bathroom could be cleaner, No soap in dosage container (!!!) Common guys.., so many salesmen, just sitting playing with their phones. Pretend to be VIP from Lebanon...???? In general the dealership is ok. But if you're going to deal with a lady called "Basma" DO NOT rely on her knowledge at all. For everything assume you're dealing with some one who is on her first day of work EVER. Sam in Sales was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful in finding the car and price that met my needs, without pressuring or up-selling (as I experienced at another dealership). As a result, I feel satisfied and secure with the decisions I made. I would therefore recommend you see him if you are buying/leasing a car for the first time. Alex in Sales patiently explained the options for maintenance, insurance, etc. The process of returning my previously leased car was somewhat stressful (didn't have the Wear Pass), but Nino in Service expertly handled the necessary repairs, while Basma was understanding and helpful with the financial side. Joseph was very thorough with the delivery of my new car, calling before and after to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall, the dealership is quite pleasant, as all the staff I met was courteous and agreeable. It really makes a difference!

After having a great experience with my lease as my family leases from here all the time, they tried to steal 300$ from me once I bought back the car. My initial contract stated my buyback fee would include an admin fee of 300$. When the time came, I dealt with Mr. Azar who told me that the fee was now 600$ (300$ dealership and 300$ Toyota Canada). After calling Toyota Canada, I was told this was not true. After 3 weeks of calling the dealership, I finally had Toyota Canada involved as the dealer refused to call me back and would not refund me at all. This was the absolute worse service I've ever received. Terrible GM as well who refused to speak with me twice. I'm glad Toyota Canada got involved as they got my 300$ refunded. Needless to say, myself and my family will no longer be getting our cars here.

Negative experience since day 1 with this dishonest dealer. Giving wrong information to customers whether it’s on warranty or “mandatory” inspections to squeeze more money. I dread every single time I have to do maintenance there. They stretch the truth everytime. Unorganized and inconsiderate. They all act like everyones dumb. I'm scared to ask them questions. Went in to this dealer today, was looking for a car to replace my subaru, this salesman, the salesman did not answer to my serious question and answer me by telling me to go to Porsche if I want a fast car, they answered me in such a way that I found it pretty disrespectful as I went in there as a serious buyer. I complained at the general manager, both the salesman and the general kindly apologized to me, and gave me the answers that I were asking when I was at the dealer. It seems to me that that they do care about their customers.

This was our first experience at this particular Toyota dealership for a regular service on our leased car, and I was extremely disappointed. We made an appointment nearly a month in advance specifically to have the car done as a priority in the morning so as not to miss work, but were told upon arrival that it would take 2 hours. After 2.5 hours my husband was informed that it would be "at least another hour" and was offered a courtesy car to take home (which was nice - but had we known about this service in advance when I called we could have avoided this whole situation!). When my husband picked up the car, they had changed the oil despite it having been changed just a few weeks ago (and there is a sticker on the windshield attesting to this fact) and no one properly discussed the invoice with us nor any of the findings during the inspection. While I understand that these are trying times, this was a frustrating day with a lack of communication from the garage - not the way to welcome new clients. We will try a different Toyota dealer in future.

They tried to charged my wife for the cracked bumper even though she had bought the Wear Pass, and also they included her last month payment of the returning vehicle onto the price of the new one that were on the negotiation. It's funny that they called us and let us return the old vehicle a month in advance because they want us to take a new one. That's is ok, my wife and I needed a new vehicle anyways, but why asking us to pay the last month when we were getting a new leased car? We would have to pay for 2 vehicles in a same month. The sales team was not even trying to be helpful. Then we went to other dealer to return the leased vehicle, guess what? NOTHING CHARGED, all wears were covered and no need to pay the last payment coz we were getting a new car from them. We were glad that we did shopped around, otherwise we would end up paying something that was unnecessary.

Almost 3 years ago I bought a Corolla from this dealer. They showed me Carfax report with no accident and told me that the car was fully inspected. At that time I suspected some paint spots on the car and reported to manager. He assured me that sometimes they perform touch up to repair minor scratches. Recently I involved in an accident with zero responsibility. Then insurance referred me to their repair center. They found out that my car was involved in another accident before this one!!! I have the pictures from left end of my car with lots of body filler on it that came visible after my accident. So yes, think twice before buying from this dishonest dealer!

I went to see Gabriel because I needed a replacement key for one I lost @ the Gym pre-covid on my 22 year old Camry CE 5Mt. Gabriel was not there but one of his concierge's was, a friendly bilingual lady who greeted me in both languages and directed me to the service counter. Once there, some dude name Roger took down my VIN and verified my driver's license vis-a-vis my QC certificat d'immatriculation to confirm my ownership of the vehicle and instantly gave me a price quote. 15 minutes and $13.23 later I had my key in hand and was on my merry way. The dude even gave me some free hand sanitizer with the dealership logo on it and was very friendly and cordial. The concierge wished me a bonne journée as I left. I don't know how my experience would have been if I was there to buy a new Toyota (god help me) or replace a key with a transponder that needed expensive programming, but my Experience at Gabriel's House of Toyota in Ville Saint-Laurent, Québec, Canada was painless. I only take one star off because Toyota NO LONGER MANUFACTURES MANUAL TRANSMISSION CAMRY'S :( but that's not Gabriel's fault, how would he have known? Dont tell Gabriel this, but most of his customers who bought Toyota's between 1993 and 2007 probably have not needed to see Gabriel since, because their vehicles are still on the road :)

the fat guy, Joe Minissales, didn't tell me anything for 4 hours until I get upset , then He told me there is a recall , but said nothing at the beginning and when I asked him at around 2 hours waiting. when I asked him why didn't tell me early, he refused to answer and show impatient to me and his boss even threaten to kick me out. this happened last October, and I found a big deep new rupture (like tool made) on my summer tires when I want put them back to my car last week. Dropped my car for diagnostic of transmission issue. I thought they would be professional enough to find the problem. rather they were guessing the problem as it must be something to do with the spring in the transmission -- that it might have been broken. When inquired if replacing the spring would fix the issue, they were not certain. They simply charged me $120 plus tax for a road test and for checking the transmission fluid. what a rip off. i would rather trust my local mechanic than these high end dealers.

I took my car here last September for Toyota touch detailing, selecting the Premium plan, which according to the official Toyota website, includes: Power wash of wheels, inner fender, under carriage Vacuuming trunks Shampooing floor mats, spot shampooing stains Two-step paint restoration including machine polishing and Toyota paint finish sealant Treatment of interior/exterior rubber and vinyl trim Lubricating locks and hinges After the winter, I decided I needed to wash the under carriage of my car to get rid of salt and any other impurities accumulated during winter; however, upon calling, they told me that they do not offer under carriage wash, yet I was charged in September for it??? EDIT: After receiving a call from the new service manager, he kindly offered a complete redo of the service, very attentive, reasonable and I’m happy with the job done, it’s not every day that a manager calls its customers by himself to fix an issue and for this I am very grateful

They have horrible service. I had an intermittent issue with the air (fan) in the car, I reproduced the issue and told them not to turn off the car until it was checked, and they turned it off anyway. The defogger was not working abs out for dangerous to drive, so I brought it in again abs I had to drive three car to Ontario to repair the issue again, and I recorded a video of the entire ordeal for proof. hopefully they will repairit now.

Never again… not Gabriel and not Toyota! Getting close to a lease term end, I seem to be running after you to get information on the return process. Dealer tells me call Toyota Finance, Finance tells me call the dealer. Your employees at the dealership do not return calls, give out partial or wrong information and the entire experience have left a sour taste for me for the Gabriel dealerships and the Toyota Brand. To top it off, I have to pay 400$ of Admin fees to just buy out the car and not have to deal with you… how does this make sense?

HORRIBBLE PLACE AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, no customer service whatsoever, no covid precautions like cleaning the cars before giving them back to customers, they had my rav4 for over a month because of a faulty transmission, nino tried to tell me it could be a rock that got into the transmission and damaged it, like if that was actually possible, the thing is closed up, they will try to avoid paying for the repairs that are under warranty, after they gave my car back its was COVERED in a THICK layer of dirt and dust with hand prints everywhere on the truck, they have no professionalism whatsoever, AVOID ALL GABRIEL DEALERSHIP!!! ive dealt with 3 brands of cars with gabriel and it was a nightmare EVERY TIME!!! Went today to my service appointment I met joe minissale the technical advisor asked him for a problem that I have in my parking light directly answer me with no inspection that he will charge me 119 $ plus tax per hour to fix the problem and I'm sure either it is a fuse or the lights are burned then I asked him for the service he said minimum charge is 196 for service and I did my last service in the same branch with oil change for 69 $ . The advisor was so rude and unprofessional he should work in a grocery store not in Toyota gabriel I will tell all my friends about this bad experience, by the way in the past I sent minimum 5 costumer to buy cars from there but i will not recommend them again.

Worst service ever. Extremely disrespectful and annoying staff. I went there for service as i received a recall notice. Not even single person guided me properly regarding how the service process works. One person says:"drop your car to the enterance", 2nd says: "this recall notice is just for you, u just wait." After 2hour, 3rd says:"wait inside." After 4.5hrs wait, 4th says:"u were suppose to open work order." 5th says: "car was ready, long ago. You were suppose to come and see me. Go stand there and they bring your car." After waiting for another 30min, 5th person went and brought car.

Just wanted to say that my service advisor, Joe Minisale is amazing! He is honest, straight forward and always manges to make me smile. (Even early in the morning..not easy to do...lol).. Really poor service. Literally waited 3 hrs for an oil change. Even more ridiculous are the ratings of this place. The only reason they have good reviews is cause they alter what you see and delete the emails of the clients who aren't satisfied with their service. Great job guys keep it up...

I made an appointment for 7:45 am they were supposed to have a rental car for me but they never got one. I waited until 9 am still no rental. I asked for my car back. Manager never even had the decency to come out if his office and see me. And apologize. Then calls me on phone. He tried to blame it on rental company. Terrible service.manager offered nothing to make it up to me. He has no idea how service a customer. I was going to buy a Camry as my next car now no chance plus I will tell all my friends how bad the service is at this place Toyota Gabriel at Laurent.

I began to deal with Sam, he was more than wonderful and flexible and I felt that he was trying to help me as a brother not as a customer, then with Mr. Azar, who contacted him more than once to consult him on topics not related to his work and was very cooperative and professional, finally Joseph, who delivered me the car and was understanding and patient and gave me all the information necessary to use.
