I have dealt with car sellers before (6th time of selling and buying), no one ever treated me so badly. Until I unfortunately ran into Jacob. From day one he treated me with extreme arrogance. I was interested in negotiating on an R8 , after some back and forth we reach 150k deal. By the time (a week later) I got a buyer for my trade (fair price) he changed his mind and and said price went back up to 155k. I still try to discuss the price, because I am actually interested, and just to obtain what he already offered. But the amount of arrogance he showed was unbelievable. I won’t be dealing with them again, or at least not with Jacob. His exact words to me « I understand what kind of buyer you are ». Yes Jacob, I am an interventional cardiologist who works very hard for his money and am trying to make the most of it.

Very unprofessional. Sent various emails, left several voice messages and no response of any kind. I was willing to make the journey to Montreal to purchase a preowned Mercedes and wasn't even given the simple courtesy of a return call, email, etc. if you're buying a Rolls Royce, I'm certain you'll get a return call immediately. If you're buying preowned, maybe find a more professional dealership to deal with.

It's been months after taking delivery of the car and still waiting for them to complete the deal they agreed to, they owe me money and a second key. Frank Peronace will lie to you and tell you to trust him and he will take care of you, however he will not. He will put you off and just hope you go away. There was damage to the front bumper, doors, rear glass, passenger glass, backup cam doesn't work, and he still owes me money after the deal. I certainly would not do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. If anyone wants to hear more before you lose out please contact me and I will at least give you my side of the story. Their sister dealership is West Palm Beach Lambo so you can save yourself the trouble and avoid both.

JACOB ADMITS THAT HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE NO BUBBLES IN THE CLEAR BRA, MORE OVER, I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WAS CONVERTED TO US STANDARDS, THERE WAS NO MENTION THAT THE MAIN SPEEDOMETER WOULD NOT BE CONVERTED, ONLY A VERY SMALL DIGITAL ONE THAT YOU CAN BARELY SEE. JACOB FAILED TO MENTION THAT IT WOULD COST THOUSANDS FOR ME TO CONVERT THE MAIN SPEEDOMETER. "PROFIT AT ALL COSTS!!!" THIS ORGANIZATION VERBALLY ADMITTED THAT THEY MISREPRESENTED THE CONDITION OF THE CLEAR BRA AND DID A VERY POOR JOB EXPLAINING THAT THE 280K VEHICLE WOULD ONLY MEET US CUSTOMS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS BUT WOULD NOT BE FULLY READY TO BE DRIVEN ON US ROADS.
