Stay away from Prestige. Took my Eclipse here because I thought Canadian Tire was doing a poor job. I got an oil change, an inspection just to make sure everything was fine, and to see if they could fix a rim that kept losing air. After waiting what seemed to be forever, I was told they could not fix my rim, and that my timing belt, transmission flush, cabin filter, crank seal, 1 AC needed to be fixed. This all came out to be around $2,000. I was a little confused because my AC was fine all around. I decided to just do the oil change and look for another mechanic for a second opinion. I told them about my problem with the rim that leaked air and they were able to fix it right away. They said if anything, my car would need to replace the front brake pads. They compared my brake pads with new ones, mine were pretty much nonexistent. In the end, they didn't know why Prestige Mitsubishi would quote me things that I did not need done.

Mr. Ray Noor helped me to get fixed my car as soon as possible and tried to keep me calm by ensuring that Nissan would give me the best service. Very bad service, Non professional staff!!! I had a problem in the AC, after two hours of troubleshooting (89$+tax per labor hour ) they said AC relay, compressor and fuse are OK but AC hose is leaking and needs replacement ( 377 $ + Tax + Labor ) I refused to change the part and bought it online form Mitsubishi Kentucky (USA) for only 124 $ original. I did change the part by a mechanic on industrial blvd Montreal but AC did not work either !!! The mechanic told me that AC compressor is not turning on at all !!! after troubleshooting we found that the AC fuse was missing and electric relay was not working properly. He fixed the electric problem (fuse and relay) and now AC is working ... there was no need to change the AC hose, tested no leaking then replaced again in the car to confirm !!!! AC still working and was 100% fuse and relay problem.... I'm surprised why Mitsubishi Prestige wrote on receipt that fuse, relay and compressor were tested and working.. I guess the dealer wanted to make money with me !!! Never trust him again ...

I disliked this place long time ago because of my previous bad experience with this place, but as loyal customer of Mitsubishi I decided to keep the Mitsubishi garage. So I called the DDO number, and after 3rd attempt I got someone, she transferred me to tech department and obviously "leave a message". When someone called me back we could book an appointment. So far so good, except, the morning of my appointment i showed up in DDO and discovered that it was completely closed and everything moved over to this garage. *Sigh*. Oil needs to be changed so I went on with it. Arrived 30 min late, I had to wait 45 min before someone will take my car in. A simple oil change took around 45 (with the car wash) which is pretty reasonable time, except... why my car was on the lot for extra 20 minutes before I had to get up and ask about it?. I asked if the car wash was included, because last time no wash was done, and the gentlemen answered politely YES. Got my 1000$+ recommendations as usual, which I politely declined, paid and went to my car. Car wash you say?, yeah right... oil spots over the handles, some places they missed and really did not took their time to verify the "wash", whatever, its free right, so lets just do it. After I got in, all seems fine, and I drove off. But the trouble did not stopped there. Arriving in Downtown I discovered that my parking change, was mostly gone as well, they were kind enough to leave me my 25, 10 and 5 cents, but all the 1 and 2$ pieces were gone. Nice one Mitsubishi Prestige!, really a customer satisfaction orientation. Will really think about dealing again with Mitsubishi Prestige again.

I paid for the service my car slept in the garage the next day I'm leaving to pick up my car which was 1: dirty 2: my car could not even start I called the representative who said they are going to boost, thing which never arrived (their own check up for which I paid say that my battery is very good), the Mr came to boost I left thinking that it was over to my surprise the next day I could not start my self I wrote to them nobody answers me. I had to pay CAA at my own expense to boost my car and CAA tells me it's my battery. My conclusion is either you didn't do your check up job (So I would have paid you for nothing) or your technicians replaced my battery after checking it out. I am horribly disappointed Edit: THE WORST NISSAN GABRIEL Customer service worse than repair service, you told to call back I call back and you make assumptions instead of talking about the theft perpetrated on the battery of my car. Ma conclusion c'est soit vous n'avez pas fait votre travail de check up (Donc je vous aurait payé pour rien) ou vos techniciens ont remplacé ma batterie après l'avoir verifier ce qui serai du vol. Truly the worst service I have ever had! After buying my car, it needed to be serviced and I called multiple times, left voice messages and my calls were not returned in a timely manner. Worst of all I bought the nissan micra and had to relocate to the US for work and they refused to reimburse me the service plan and extended warranty even after I explained to them that the car does not meet US standards. They refused to get back to me in a timely manner and when I asked it I could have it modified for importation I never got response. Just a costumer service email saying they need the US title and registration, which is impossible to get since it can't be imported. I will never buy another Nissan vet I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Nissan and even less this dealership!

I already had a negative bias toward Nissan Gabriel at Jean-Talon, but I hit a Montreal pothole and needed emergency service. So I put aside my skepticism and took a chance here. I drove my car in with no appointment and without having first alerted the service desk, because there's only voicemail. I met Fouad at the service desk who promised to look at my car in the morning. The next day, Thursday, I received an email with the diagnosis and estimate for repair, and their request for authorization. Later that day I received another email that the part didn't come in but that Gabriel had arranged a free courtesy car (I declined it since I was travelling for the weekend). Monday morning, Fouad had already emailed me that my car was ready. I picked it up later in the day and it drives like a charm. Getting thru the door is the challenge but otherwise the service was spot on.

Just bought my first car here. Really good service, Ask for Sam if you go here. Bought my car used, great price and km! About two weeks after buying, I scheduled the oil change which they threw in two oil changes for free at purchase. If you have to leave your car for the day and need a courtesy car, expect nothing but the opposite of courtesy. Every single time I go I am given a car with an empty tank. Every. Time. Seriously? People are in a hurry in the morning, what is it to check the gas when the car is taken in before you lend it to a customer. Not to mention that this morning had every possible warning on (low tire pressure, maintenance required, and of course empty tank), and the time was off by 5:15. The cars are also not very clean, very unimpressed.

Enough is Enough! Had to switch to this dealership when Gabriel Mitsubishi in DDO closed down. I once waited 2.5h for an oil change even tough I had an appointment in the morning and also arrived 10 minutes early. Today, had an appointment for Motor and Tranny oil change and was told to wait for about 2h for the job. After 2.5 hours, my truck was still in the parking lot and work wasn't even started. Took back the keys and left. Last time over there, i'll try another dealer. Edit : Just called another dealer for appointment and the tech asked me : Do you know that there's 2 recall on your vehicule? Humm... no sorry.. seems like other dealership forgot to check or tell me... Questionable service at Prestige...

I was initially a little hesitant in trusting this dealership due to My mother having a few recalls on her 2007 Nissan Versa and twice she had to wait much longer than was originally told to her, to get her car fixed and safe to drive. I mention this to set the stage, for the present experience, as the past is the past. Enter, current situation, where I flew in from Los Angeles, for the first time in 13 months to see my elderly parents and my brave Dad who at his old age nursing home, beat both Covid and Pneumonia, at 84, in June, 2020. One of the goals of my trip was to help get my Mother a well deserved new car, and we were deciding between the Hyundai Venue and the Nissan Kicks. Enter Superstar Karim K, the Sales Manager. Karim from the start, was super composed, elegant, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Karim, was a very hip, fashionable "Dressed for Success" Gentleman, which is very noticeable and important when buying a new car, it psychologically makes the buyer feel, like you are dealing with a first round draft pick instead of a 10th round pick who gets traded from the Habs to the Leafs to the LA Kings. He could not have been nicer to my elder Mother, who is 81, and he put up with me grilling him from every angle, trying to catch the dealership in shady used car salesman tactics, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED, because Karim was the go to captain of the ship, Gretzky level leader, who knew his product, price, service, competition, and he provided a first class experience. He even stayed late one Friday evening at closing to accommodate, our second time visiting. He let us test the drive the car, multiple times .as this was my Mother's first auto purchase in 13 years, and perhaps her last given her age. Karim was consistent with what he promised&Delivered, and getting the paperwork completed, and driving off was a very smooth, turn key transition, . It was much better than I had anticipated and much easier than what I go through here in LA. He let my Mom choose the color, was not pushy, there was no pressure, and he was very classy considering I was coming from a place of distrust initially, grouping all car dealerships in the same category. Rudy T, in Finance, was also just as nice and easy to deal with. A real pro, never trying to up sell additional services we did not need. He was also very kind, and patient with us/Elder Mother. He was very organized and efficient, and did not take long to complete the signed paperwork. Both he and Karim work really nicely together. In concluding this dealership and team has earned my trust, and I would not hesitate to do business with them. I do want to end, by saying, this is how I feel and perceive in the present,. I reserve the right to change my viewpoints, should either my Mother or myself have future experiences. For now, this dealership is very fortunate to have these 2 great employees.

Last week I went to service room. Nassim Khelfa met me there and treated me kindly and with respect. He is always very attentive & humble. To be honest, I like this Nissan Dealership more than before because the way he treats me. Previous person in 2018 was a bit arrogant. With the previous guy 2 years ago, I had to try to get his attention all the time which made feel uncomfortable to be there every single time. Plus, previous guy was difficult to reach. However, Nassim feels like a brother. He's easy to reach, and so nice. I hope Nassim will stay there forever :D

While the service is fine, they are not communicative. I rarely receive a call when it is time to pick up my car. Recently, I dropped it off at 8am and was told it would be done in 2 hours. 7 hours later no call. Each time I called to find out information on my car I received voice mail. On the third try, when I complained about that, I was transferred to the service manager and I received.....voice mail! My complaint is lack of communication, not necessarily the quality of the work.

Unfortunately,Nissan Gabriel dealers have extremely poor service.The technicians are of no good use.They are liars..I called up the General Manager so many times but he is never in his office. They hold my car for two days as there was water infiltration in the trunk.Mr. Marco at the reception called to tell that they have been cleaning the car trunk but when they gave car back it was not even touched.He said there was a manufacturing defect which have been soldered.Complete lie.... I don't know how Nissan going to survive having such dealers and service centers.I think Nissan needs to look into the matter with their poor servicing center else they'll lose their customers. I have to give a star to write my review .

Don't deal with the service supervisor. He is the NO guy. He lacks motivation, concentration and problem solving skills. Everytime he assist me, my problem does not get solved. Last time, I came in the morning for service, he told me that he cannot accept my car before 1 week. I managed to get the car serviced the same day just by talking with another person. The other guy just look to the system and gave me a choice of same day or next day. Which means there was availability but the supervisor was trying to postpone for no reason. If you go there ask about either Fouad or Nassim.

Leased us a brand new nissan rogue in 2017, with a deffective ECU, sometimes the radio would connect ro my phone via Bluetooth, sometimes it won't, often times, the A/C would not at it's normal operating speed, and it would then speed up to it's normal operating speed, when enough G-force is exerted with the car; recently I had my driver's side window open up on it's own a little, and today it just decided to open completely and not it doen't respond to any command with the switch on the driver's door, all garages are closed, I hope no one steels it or that it won't rain because there's nothing that will close that window...
