The worst client service I ever received! you would expect after buying a 40 thousand dollar car they would treat you with decency and respect.. not at Nissan Gabriel at Jean Talon. After receiving the worst "professional" service at the client front desk by a person that seems to think that knowing about his own job gives him the right to miss treat costumers, I had to wait for over 2 hours for a simple oil and winter tire change, no feed back was given to me during this time, the " tv that supposedly should show the service progress was broke, so I had to go talk to that person again when was miss treated again, when my car was done, (off course I dind't got informed by the attended, which by this time was slowing down the finalization on purpose); had to walk to the front desk to get my keys and discovered that they parked my car in the middle of the street!!! my car was holding traffic for over 20 minutes by the time i've finished paying and finally was able to move it way of that place never coming back. PS = I spoke with the manager about all of this and dissect the fact he was saying " We're sorry" I could see on his face he could not care less about my experience. Worst experience: no customer service, no basic interaction, prompt to grab your money. Go somewhere else. Brought in my car for a flat tire. Joy, the only guy who looked at me when I came in and who was in charge of my car, could not tell me how long it would take. Was in Montreal for work, had to wait around for him to call. He calls me a few hours later to tell me that they need to change all 4 tires because he doesn't have the brand of tires I have (mind you, I got these from another nissan dealer). Tells me there is no other solution. I had to ask my boyfriend to take his day off from work (in addition to me being stuck in Montreal, and therefore not at work) to go buy one tire to our nissan dealer and bring it to Montreal. Joy could not find me a courtesy car, despite the fact that I had an extended warranty that covered that. Once my boyfriend gets to Joy, Joy is nowhere to be found. As you can imagine, we were pretty pumped up by this point. Joy takes the tire and we ask him how long it will take. We have to ask him three times before he looks at us and answers: "Well, you don't have an appointment, so I can't guaranty it will be done today." To that I answered that I was sorry that my accident came to such an inconvenient time for him, but that I needed my car today. He said, not before 4pm (it was noon). I called him back at 2:30 to now what was up, and he said it was not ready yet. I called Nissan Canada to file a complaint. At 4pm we went to the garage, and my car was ready, outside, and Joy had not called me. When we came in, he made us wait 20 minutes after telling us to "relax in the armchairs and to grab a cup of coffee" (I think you can imagine that we were not relaxed and that we really didn't care for a cup of coffee) and told me that he had forgotten to tell me that he had to charge me for 1 hour of work and 1 hour diagnostic test. At this point, I was so enraged with his lack of professionalism that I just wanted my bill. Ended up paying 350$ for one flat tire, plus 80$ for the tire that we had to buy from another nissan dealer, plus 2 days missed of work. Seriously, this is so ridiculous. People would make a show on this shop, it wouldn't be considered realistic. Saddly, it is. If you can go somewhere else, please do.

In the process of getting a car with them. Transaction started last March 29 and was fast but until now, I haven’t heard from them yet which is unusual even if everything seems ok. Was hoping to get hold of the car by weekend but it’s now Friday but nothing. Will update this review in the future should I here from them. Got the car, financing and Sales (special mention to Sam Tannous) were very helpful. Made everything smooth for me. Highly recommended. Update: Had a recall on a need to update some programming. They did offer shuttle service which was very convenient. Hoping they give me more complimentary services soon too.

Had always gotten my service done at the garage, then the past 2 times I came for a tire change / yearly service they forgot to get my tires from their warehouse. Once I can understand but twice in a row is unacceptable. Since they offer no easy resolution but to reschedule during work hours I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst experience ever! run away! I am based in Manitoba and ordered my Nissan Murano to Nissan Gabriel Jean Talon. After having sent the payment, they took 10 more days to '' prep'' the vehicule. Of course they missed the export truck because of these 10 days delay. I had to fight every day with the sale Jean Luc Domond so they move their ass to ship the vehicle. When I received the car in Winnipeg, there were no car mats at all (even not the standard ones). Plus the tank was totally empty. I could even not drive til the next gas station, the car stopped and I was stuck in the middle of a highway by -30 degrees. He is just a lyer because he confirmed to me they refill at time of inspection. I tried to reach him by phone and by email, but no response why the car has no car mats and no gas. When I went to the insurance broker, I could not assure my vehicle because there was no signature of the seller or the car dealer and we had to contact them so they can send it by email. Since when you do not sign the contract? Basically once they got the cash, they do not really care about the client satisfaction. Very bad experience of this Nissan car dealer.

I went there for a car I was interested in buying it so he sat down and we started the negotiations the salesman told me that the price of the car was already good enough and he was not willing to negotiate a penny then he proceeded to tell me that he didn't even want to give me $750 for my used Nissan Sentra as a trade-in just to save me the trip to the saaq so I got up I walked out . I saw a vehicle on Autotrader.ca The vehicle was low in mileage and 4 years old. When I inquired about the vehicle, I was told it did not exist. I believe they were trying to get me to take an out of warranty vehicle off their lot. Extremely disingenuous.
I would rate it 0 stars but unfortunately that is not possible. My recent dealings with them rate as the most unsavoury customer experience of my life. They sold me a car they could not deliver and seemed legitimately surprised when I showed up and cancelled my order. Apparently, Nissan Canada, which presumably is in the business of selling cars, does not really produce all models of pick-up trucks in all colors as would seem to be indicated in their literature. But that is entirely another matter. This dealership can best described as unethical, unprofessional, and a discredit to the Nissan brand.

I bought a 5-years-old corolla from these guys and I had terrible experience. first dealer said the car has rusted breaks and you will hear some noise. I said I will pay for the breaks repair and they accepted. However, even with breaks repaired, still the noise is not cleared. There was something more serious that they did not want to say. Also, few weeks later, I found another annoying noise from the motor and I came to dealer. He told to another guy to take a look, they finally did not realize what it is. They referred me to a TOYOTA branch. I went to TOYOTA and they tried to put me off by saying, its nothing, its air, its normal, its..... Conclusion: I know many people don't have enough time to go to dealer and tell them about the problems. Their Job is to sell the car and don't accept the problems that the car has. Their job is tell you its normal, its nothing, it okey, until you get tired and go. The customer Job is something else. you don't have time to follow them everyday and go to different branches for hearing non sense comments. The dealer that I was working with was Mr. Jacob.

Update from two (2) years ago... They still have 5 Stars with me. ☼☼☼☼☼ Just last month I bought a 2022 Pathfinder Platinum 4WD from Gabriel Nissan Jean Talon. It took about a month for me to have it due to the present global parts shortage for vehicles. I also ordered additional options for this vehicle. I have been going to this dealership since 1986. My later father introduced me to them back then. We bought an off road 4X4 Pathfinder back then. Because of the height restriction where I have to park my vehicles, I was worried of the new Pathfinder would fit in to the garage. My 2016 Murano was 68.5 inches high. The new Pathfinder is rated to be 69.5 inches high on the Nissan web site. The Google specs were saying 70.5 in some listings, and 70.5 in others. The place where I have to park is limited to 71 inches. In the garage I went around with a tape measure and checked all the height of the door motor for each of the doors, the pipes, and the conduits. Everything was exactly 71 1/4 inch clearance. To be absolutely sure when I was taking the demo drive the sales man went with me to my place where I have to park the Pathfinder, and we checked to make sure it will fit. This Pathfinder cleared safely. As it turns out the actual height is 69.5 inches height at its highest point as like the Nissan site specified. When we got back I signed for it and they made the order for me. I measured the height of the vehicle myself to make absolutely sure of the height. The Google specs and some of the specs of the reviewer web sites were not correct. In fact I found some of the reviews I read on line were not correct in some of the things they mentioned. Best to go and evaluate things for yourself. I would not trust the review sites to be totally accurate. Last week I bought from the dealer a set of alloy wheels and snow tires for the winter. I also took with the new alloy wheels the tire pressure monitor (TPM) sensors in addition. About a day later the TPM was giving an error. I brought the Pathfinder back to have it checked. Their service department removed all the wheels for the vehicle, and tires from the wheels and put on another complete new set. They did not presently have a vehicle available to lend me for the few hours for them to do the work because I came in with no appointment and reserve for a loaner car. The sales man who I deal with lent me his personal car so I can go about my business for the day. This is terrific service from them! I came back about three hours later and everything was perfect! I am still extremely satisfied with their service and way of dealing with me. I am very impressed with how I have been treated. -- Terrific dealer. Very honest service. Quality and reliability is very high. The only negative side is they have a huge parking issue for the number of cars and their popularity for service. The people working there are friendly and terrific.

Avoid having services from them. You can have same service 50%less in any garage around them. They also find new problems with your car when there is nothing wrong with the part. I gave them several chances, they repeated same manner. I also complained against them to Nissan USA. They just apologized and admitted their fault and gave me free oil change. They also increased the price of tire change and oil change.

My car had a problem after I had a service appointment in one of Ottawa Nissan companies a week ago. Once I called Nissan Jean Talon, they accept to repair my car out of schedule in next day although I was not in Montreal for more than two years. The service manager connected me with the assistant service manager, Heik (if I write the spelling correctly) and he took care of all repairs. I strongly recommend Nissan Jean Talon.

Great if you are buying or leasing, but the second your lease is up absolutely worst service ever! I had to beg them to return my car for two months as no one is available or returns phone calls. When it finally came time to bring it back, they then told me I was allowed to bring it back to another dealership.
For more than a week now I have been trying to get the documents to start a lease transfer process(I am moving to Europe and found a potential candidate). I have called, left messages, sent emails, gave my phone number to the receptionist (who is really trying her best, she is the only good thing about this business so far), but have not received any form of communication from them.

Nissan Gabriel is a terrible business. We bought a used car with them at Nissan Jean- Talon and the salesman was rude to us during the whole transaction. We thought we noticed a problem with the breaks on the car but the guy curtly replied that we were wrong and showed us the inspection report saying the car was just fine and that the breaks were okay. A few weeks later we still felt concerned with the breaks and we went to a garage to have someone check them. The break were used at 95%... very frustrating. Later, I had to place an order with them to change de windshield washer nozzles because they broke. It's been two days I'm trying to talk to someone and nobody returns my calls. I called Nissan St-Leonard and they told me the part is B.O in Canada and that they can't do anything to help me. Further than that, they've been able to call Nissan Jean Talon Parts department who told that they didn't have an order for that part from us and that they don't have the part anyway.

Just left from buying a car from Khessy. We walked in last week to check out a car they had on Kijiji. We did not have an appointment but was welcomed by a big smile. We have been to numerous dealers within Ontario and Quebec looking for this particular model and I can tell you the salespeople we have dealt with were nothing like her. The best customer service i ever had in my life , first of all i went to many dealerships, many of them they dont even allow me to have test drive before getting approval of finance, when i went to gabriel Jean-Talon, i met ms, khessy, she is really wonderful lady, she explained every things to me and gave me the key to have test drive , offer me coffee and i like her attitude so much , funny , and nice girl , then i met mr. Ali in finance department, who really amazing guy , he helped me alot , on delivery day khessy offered me many gifts such as license keepers cover and other things . The service department rep I delt with made me feel like they were doing me a favour. No smile, no good morning, not very helpful and not proactive. This was my 2nd visit after purchasing a vehicle here. Based on my experience with 5 dealers for my other vehicles, Nissan Gabriel offers the worst customer experience so far. I will try another service rep next time to see if it makes a difference. The sales rep was good though, and I have recommended him to others.

What I have experience today the customers service asked for payment even the car was not fixed for just a 15mins check up. And they charged me 132$ for 15mins. And that's too much for the price.

My son and I called 3 days in advance to give them enough time to prepare the second hand vehicle. When we arrived Saturday, it took 30 minutes of waiting at the entrance until the guy got the keys. Then, the car wouldn't start, battery was dead. Then, the discs and brakes were completely rusted through and we couldn't even drive far because I was worried the brakes were locked on and they would overheat. A horrible experience all in all. Never again. The guy even had the nerve to tell us we could but some disc cleaner and clean them up if we really wanted the car. I don't know how the owner tolerates such lazy, negligent employees that ultimately end up in him losing money.

Spoke with sales Rep Caroline twice for a few simple questions about a car I wanted to pontentially buy. When I get there, she mentions that she forgot to tell me that a test drive is impossible due to a stolen airbag. That it should be replaced within two weeks. Plus that there is already a serious buyer involved and that she could put me as number 2. I mean, I understand all that but had she mentionned it on the phone I wouldn't have wasted 1h to drive there back and forth, she clearly only wanted to put me on the spot which was totally unprofessional and a rookie trick. She even pretended that she did not have my contact to call me back, which I gave her on the first call plus pretty much any phone comes with a history call nowadays...She now lost a serious buyer and hopefully this review will encourage you to go buy somewhere else.
Compared to some other times when I was here, now the personal is more professional. Keep it like this.

Really bad service, I will not recommend this dealership. I leased a car from this dealership 5 years ago. For the past 3 years, I have not received any communication from the dealership so I tried to get a hold of someone for the past 7 weeks (Since first week of March) to help me with the end of my lease. However, after leaving multiple voicemails and calling every week, no one was able to return a call. I even went to the dealership to talk to someone and none was able to help me out because the person in charge of the end of lease was not at the office. All this to find out that the lease expired first week of April and now I need to pay late fees. When finally someone called me, they told me that I can go to any Nissan dealership to proceed with the end of lease

Not even 6 months after buying the car here.. Are breaks were done.. Nissan Canada said it was covered by warranty but Nissan Jean Talon said no.. After multiple calls with them they called back saying that yes it was covered by warranty... They changed the breaks and the car is still screaming. Its been 2 months that nothing is going on. Called Nissan Canada again today who they say that Jean talon never called them to tell them about the problem. Warranty is about to end in a couples of days. Stay out of the service.

Went to this dealership after an accident I had since it was the closest to my place. After i got my car back, i noticed that it was not going in a straight line. I had my 6 month maintenance at Metro Nissan (where I originally got my car) where i told them about the issue and they told me that it might need an alignement. However, I got a phone call from Metro Nissan saying that there is significant damage preventing them from aligning the wheels properly. The guy at Metro nissan thankfully sent me some pics of the damage and the measurements of the alignement. I went back to Nissan Gabriel with all this and after an hour of discussing the problem, they agreed that the car should not have been declared as fixed. If I were you, I would go to another Nissan branch
I went before 2 weeks to this company (Nissan Gabriel) to buy a used car , santa fe 2011 and the sales man Danny ...told me it's within the contract I have a guarantee 1 month,after 1 week I had a small problem in the engine.I taxt the sales man and told him the problem Then hi told me I shoud be to pay $ 380 +tax to fix the problem and I have a one month warranty from the company, (They are very liars and very fraudsters )...

I have called this Nissan dealer on Jean Talon 4 times in the last 2 days, trying to get an appointment for my father so that he can purchase his car at the end of its lease. Same thing again today and no call back , I also made the same request through the chat feature, once again a promise to take care of my request but no call back. Completely unprofessional behavior, how difficult can it be to simply call someone back ??? After all my father simply wants to purchase the car !!!
Customs service is horrible. The receptionist should be replaced or fired. They always push services that you do not need. It was suggested that I replace my breaks even though they were still at 45%. every time I brought my car for maintenance there was something that needed to be replaced, fixed or adjusted. Alignment even if the car didn't need it. complete replacement of the shocks only because the bushings were loose. and it seems the bushings do not come separately only with the complete shock system.
I purchased a used BMW 3 series from this dealership. I was served by Khessy who was really nice and gave me a tour of the car followed by a test drive. I decided to purchase the car after an pre-purchase inspection at BMW. Few things needed to be fixed before the purchase but wasn't repaired correctly by the dealership. I've asked them to repair the car as it was agreed upon before the purchase. I had the Sales manager Madame Kiraz taking care of my situation and everything ended up working GREAT! I would definitely recommend Nissan Gabriel at Jean-Talon for New or Used cars, they take care of you from A to Z ;)

Had (and am still having!) a great experience leasing a car from here with the help of Sam Tannous. Sam took the time to listen to my life situation, understand my car needs (including budget) and worked to find a car that would match my (admittedly quite low!) budget. My husband and I weren't 100% matching on our favourite car, but he slowly worked on getting us on the same page, and now we are happily driving a new Nissan Versa. This was my first time leasing a car and the entire process was very transparent and simple. There were no extra fees that weren't described up front and no pressure tactics. He did not try to upsell any features or types of cars to us, and specifically told us when something would be above our set budget limit. When it came time for the credit application, working with Lise Doyon was pleasant and easy. All in all, I consider myself a customer focused on customer service and price and I have to give Nissan Gabriel and Sam 5 stars.

I was in to get a good deal on a used 2012 Nissan Versa. I found one in fairly good condition and low mileage. Despite the rush of customers, the sales rep Aziz K. was very helpful and patient. He helped me negotiate a good deal for winter tires and for trading in my old car. My only concern was a bit of paint missing from the hood of the car. I asked for it to be fixed. They buffed it out and did a poor patch job that wasn't truly to my satisfaction. Overall, this was a 4 out of 5 star experience.

I went to this service once for oil and filter change, and for other scheduled maintenance. When they brought my Pathfinder out, I've noticed a piece hanging under the car. They've retaken the car in and when they drove it out I thought they fixed it. I recently had a chance to see under my SUV at a different garage and realized that Nissan Gabriel on Jean Talon didn't fix the cover that was hanging but rather removed it and never mentioned anything! Don't go there unless you take your car to a real garage after and check the damage done!

I bought my Versa from a used car lot then I found out about the front springs recall. I drove far out of my way to bring my car to Nissan Gabriel to get the recall done. They couldn't give me a loaner car, but at least the mechanic did a good job. A few years later I totalled the car. Ever since my contact with them I've been bombarded with phone calls, emails and letter mail from them, usually only in French. I keep telling them to stop contacting me because I no longer own (or want to own) a Nissan and their location is NOT convenient for me. So many times I've asked to be removed from the list but these guys don't stop. They are spammers. What's more, I think they gave my personal address to marketers, since I am suddenly getting much more junk mail addressed with my name on it. Do not deal with them or give them your personal info.

While my car was bought out of province, I've been going to this dealer for a number of years for service. Their staff is friendly and helpful (two reasons I've driven Nissans for over 10 years), and they have a comfortable waiting area should you wish to wait for your car. They also offer a shuttle service, but I find it's faster to either take an Uber or public transit if you can. Overall, highly recommend.

After Six months of total isolation filled with fear and anxiety of unknown I visited Nissan Gabriel Jean-Talon...I was not well neither emotionally nor in any other shape or feeling...to say the least... only to find out that I also have to pay a small fortune that I did not have for the repair of my car!!! But that is not the end of the story...the amazing staff Nesrine called me at home to tell me how much the cost was and what was needed to be done... I really could not afford any of the items that she was listing but they were essential... I told her of the hardship I was going through due to COVID-19 she asked to speak with me after having a chat with her supervisor... she called me back after 15 minutes to tell me that Her supervisor had agreed to repair the parts under warranty!!! I could not believe it... it does not end here... Next day when I went in to collect the car I was ready to pay a 4 figures bill that I could not afford... but Nesrine amazingly together with her supervisor only charged me for the Service!!!! I was shocked... i take care of my elderly mother and this was short of a miracle to me... i was in tears ... their humanity and understanding and kindness and generosity was beyond any words... Terrible service! I have been in many dealerships, this one was the worst so far. The sales rep (George Hanna) could not care less about us. We were thinking about Altima and Rogue and he was insisting on Rogue for the reason that it was cheaper however in reality there was not a big difference. He reluctantly gave us the prices for Altima. Up to this point it was a so so experience. When we asked for test drive he said that they were closing soon (it was 3 pm and they were closing at 4) and did not let us have the test drive. I do not recommend this place to anyone, waste of time. I have to go to another dealership all over again.

This garage is completely dysfunctional... They sold me a second-hand car. They put a new rear bumper at that moment but they forgot or intentionally didn't put a primer paint on it ! As a result all the paint from that bumper is peeling. They didn't recognize this mistake (actually the technician recognized it but not the managers), I had to call a lot of times to be able to address my issue as well. The customer service is incredibly inefficient and frustrating... The responsible of used car Fabio Pambianchi is a dishonest person and it looks like the overall garage is as well... I will never give a $ to such corrupted people anymore.... It was a terrible experience...

This company and their service is appalling. Every time i get any work done there, they tell me it’s fixed for me to come and look at it and tell them it’s not. Most recently I’ve had to bring my car back 3 times for the same issue, still with no resolution. These people delay on purpose hoping that you will lose out on your warranty and lie to your face if it saves them a dollar. The worst bunch of people I’ve had to deal with. I called to check for a used car one day. Called the day before to tell them which car I wanted to check. The sales man called me to ask if I was ready to leave with the car that day,which was weird, because I told him I have to see and check it first. When I got there the car was still at the outside parking lot with a pile of snow on top and everywhere the car. I couldn't even get in the driver seat or pot the hood to check the engine, but he assured me its in good condition...right because I should take his word for it. Wast of time.
