He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I had visited a few dealerships and by far received the best service here and the BEST price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Our service appointment was at 730am this morning and we were told that we'd get a call when our car was ready, OR, worst case scenario, they'd loan us a vehicle should the service take longer than expected. As of 5pm, we never got a phone call, so we decided to call to see if our car was ready. The girl at the reception desk was completely unapologetic, had no clue whether our vehicle was ready, and barely spoke English. When we asked how we were supposed to get back to the dealership without a car (20km away), and if a shuttle could come get us, she said: "We're located near Vendome metro" and offered no other solutions or apologies. After making it to the dealership, still uncertain as to the status of our vehicle, we were told that there was no Manager to speak to and were not offered an apology as to their error, simply that we could call tomorrow to explain our complaint. After paying a $1500+ bill, we find that was completely unprofessional service. We'll never be back.

I was refused service. Mechanic department - they even refused to check my tires for balancing. This is a huge hazard, as my tires have vibrations on mx5. The Sales Experience was cheesy as expected, but at least they were polite and not too pushy. My service rep Sylvain however, has no idea what it means to be in the service industry.. or perhaps he's jaded from being in it too long? He gets defensive very quickly when a problem is pointed out and blames you as a client. I had to bring my car that was under a year old (less than 10thousand km) 6 times due to a persistant squeaking in the back. upon receiving it back fixed at last, I was informed that while it was in their parking lot someone had crashed into the bumper which as a result needed replacement. Instead of offering to do the repairs, I was told to go through my insurance (which made me lose my no claims bonus and pushed up my premium the following year). When confronted about this, Sylvain told me "it's not his fault!" and it could happen anywhere.. completely overlooking the fact that it happened in their care. It turned out that during that same visit the car wouldn't start (even though I never had a problem with it before), so they changed the battery without advising me. It was only once I had finally got my car fixed through my insurance and they proceeded to chase me up for payment that I uncovered it was for a replacement battery. When confronted about this, Sylvain again resorted to a defensive mentality, shouting down the phone at me that "they would absorb the charge but they didn't have to!". This was all ok until last week, with the car just 2 yrs old and 20k km, when I took it in due to a weird sound coming out of the engine and the vehicle acting irregularly. The sound they say is from the engine mounts coming loose, and the other problem was that a group of 5 wires had been severed by... a squirrel!?!? 3 plastic clips had been snapped out of place, which I believe would take more force than a squirrel would possess, but regardless this expensive job would again have to go through my insurance. While I doubt this was in fact a squirrel, and probably more due to the engine mount being loose, when I commented that it must be poorly designed if a squirrel could destroy the engine, again I received a very defensive and aggressive Sylvain retort. This time my girlfriend was there and disgusted with how he was talking to us both. Finally, frustrated with a lack of communication about the fixing of the problem, a courtesy car, etc, I asked to have a different Service rep.. the response was an immediate call from Sylvain which consisted of him shouting down the phone at me saying this was my opinion and not his. Once this lease is complete, I look forward to never using Mazda Gabriel again, and would recommend others consider using another outlet.

My car is only three years old (bought a demo) and already both my keys don’t work and the audio system does not work. Brought it in to get fixed and was informed that it would cost me 150$ for them to make an attempt to fix it. There were no guarantees that they would be able to fix the problem and I would still pay $150 whether or not they fixed it. They were also unable to determine how much it would eventually cost to fix it. I understand that things work differently at a car dealership, compared to a normal retailer, but the idea of me paying 150$ with no guarantees that it will fix the issue does not work for me

Arnaud and Andrew are my A & A. They have been so helpful and patient. It wasn't easy finding a vehicle I liked or if I did I could barely get to test drive it during a pandemic. But let me tell you... THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. Where others dealers took weeks to get back to me with a car available to test drive they also couldn't match the deals I got at Mazda Gabriel. They walked me through, never pushy and even when I asked a million and one questions from the make, past issues, rumors etc.. THEY KNEW THEIR STUFF where other dealers misinformed. Ils ne sont même pas capable de vous livrer une voiture avec de l’essence ! J'étais sur la réserve . Et quand vous lui signaler qu’il peut faire le pleins il vous dit « allez faire le pleins il y a une station pas loin ! » Autant vous dire que j’étais à deux doigts de casser la vente et de repartir sans l’auto .. dans cette concession ils ont aucune considération pour le client ! Donc autant aller dans une autre agence Mazda ce n’est pas ce qui manque à Montréal. Voilà je sais c’est un peu long mais il ne mérite vraiment pas que l’on s’attarde chez eux à fuir .....

This is 1 out of 3 connected poor experiences I had with them. I got a recall letter for the Airbags. Like any other dealerships, they wanted to cross sell me other Services. I agreed to take the Complete Diagnosis and Oil Change package since oil change was due. They charged a fortune and guess what, in the diagnoses they did not notice that: AC was mot working. Engine service light was on Moreover, the Airbag light came on few hours after the recall. I went back to them expecting appology AND fixing the problem, instead, they said they will do a new inspection and charge me again if they find out that the issue was not related to the call back. So I told them, if it is not related to the call back then Do Not fix it I don't want to pay anything anymore. They agreed. Later on they called saying the Airbag issue is linked to the Seat Belt and they had no choice but to fix it because it is not safe and charged me another fortune. 2 days later the light came back again, so I went back and they gave me a free Oil change service ( damage control) and will try to fix the issue.(You know, its an old car and need love Bla Bla....) Bottom line, very incompetent Service Account Manager who would take any opportunity to charge you. Next time you go there be careful as he might charge you for the "Bonjour". Try Mazda Saint Laurent dealership, they seemed to be less greedy.

Ils ont mal fait leur travail et même si au téléphone, le gars nous a confirmer que c'étais pas normal , que les pneu aurais du être équilibrer, il ne veule que l'on REPAIE ENCORE pour le même service! If you noticed, the reviews here are generally high for sales, and low for service. I agree. Our sales person was great. But once you buy your car, this is no longer the department that you will be dealing with. When you buy a new car, it is a little bit like marriage. You will be bound to a certain degree for warranty etc to your dealer ship. And this is the part you will not see until after you get your new car. So of course it's all smiles and you have a new car. But if something goes wrong... now you realize, you're in a relationship with something very nasty, dirty, and sneaky. That's how I'd describe upper management at Mazda Gabriel, or at least I'm assuming it's upper management. Mazda Canada recommended I switch to another dealer ship. Bottom line is my new car had problems out of the gate, and it's been almost three years now, with the problem persisting, and NOT BEING addressed, only giving me a run around. Beyond dis-appointed.

My RX-8 flooded (cold shut-off) & I was basically stranded in MTL (great city but I had to get back to work!). GM Mario took excellent care of me from start to finish. They understood my situation & still squeezed me even though already tightly booked. My girl gave them a tough time but their skilled mechanic got me on the road by midday. The charges were fair. I bought a car and two weeks after I noticed that my car overheated. So, I took the car to Mazda Gabriel for a full inspection to not only solve that problem but also have an overview of its condition. I took the car on 14 June and I went there to pick it up the next day. I paid but the report was not ready. They told me that they would let the mechanic know to send me the report. I am writing this review today on 25 July and I have not received the report yet. Meanwhile I dropped by two times but the report was not at front desk. Today after a long discussion on reimbursing me they rudely told me that they had the report from the beginning and I could took time and call and ask them to email the report which I did couple of times. (By the way they had both my email and my phone number to be reached)At the end they told me that they cannot refund me cause the job was done on my car but obviously the outcome for me was the report. They only care about the money and they don't care about customer satisfaction, time and money. I paid $114 and I have nothing in return.

Very upsetting experience with the service department. This is my first car and my first tire change. I was told it would take 2-3h to change my tires when I first booked my appointment back in October and re-confirmed it in person on the day of my appointment. I waited 3 hours at the dealership so they can tell me they actually need the car for the whole day. My boyfriend was with me when I asked them how long it would take and never did they mention they needed the car for the WHOLE day, not over the phone, not in person. Not even an apology offered. Cependant, la prise en charge s'est fait rapidement et sous garantie, bien sûr. When I say I'm unhappy with my vehicle, that's had many problems, I'm given excuses after excuses. Went in to repair horn twice now - both times told it's my fault (how can I break it twice on a car with less than 20k and I almost never use the horn!) Also, went in the get the remote starters checked, they repaired one and told me both were repaired but only one works. I'm counting the days when I can return my lease and get rid of Mazda.

Although I was happy with the process leading up to the sale at the time, the after sale process has been awful. I asked about the $500 GPS option if it took construction and traffic into consideration since I live downtown and go through Turcot every day and got the answer: "They all do these days". The first day driving to work, I was directed to enter Ville Marie on de la Montagne, an entrance that had been closed months prior. I immediately contacted the Sales person as well as the person in charge of the contracts. I got a response from the latter that they would follow up but never heard back. A few months later I left a voice mail with the Manager who never called me back. A few months after that, I went into the dealership in person to talk to the manager. He took zero responsibility of his Sales person selling me a useless product but reluctantly agreed to check with the service Center to see if I could at least get a rebate on a proper navigation product. That was now a few months ago and I never heard back.... I have bought my last 3 cars from Mazda Gabriel but unless some serious service recovery happens soon, I won't be back for my next car ????

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Where to start? Like many other reviewers, I wish there was a 0 rating. Even better, I wish there were a negative-star rating scale. Everything about this dealership is bad, once you look past the polite people at the front desk. They use dishonest, pushy sales tactics to construct a seemingly attractive car price. Once you dig deeper, it is all smoke and mirrors, just playing with numbers. The sales manager is a patronizing bully who will try and intimidate you and convince you that you, the customer, is wrong and that he is right. He will use a condescending tone and aggressive speech to try and force you to pay for fees that he is in no legal right allowed to. He will come up with every reason possible to make you feel like you are at fault, when in fact the law is on your side, not his. The worse part is that he knows he has no right to charge you these fees but tries to intimidate you to pay so that he can make a quick buck off honest people. Avoid this place. Go somewhere else.

I have to agree with many of the posters here. Very mediocre service and a clear lack of interest in the customer. I purchased a CX-5 from them last year and, up until they handed me the keys, the service was good. Since then, I have been deeply taken aback by how poor the after-market service is. The people on the phone are impatient and cut you off. They are completely uninterested in helping their clients. I, for example, have tried several times to book a mandatory service appointment and they keep cancelling my apointment or moving it around at the last minute. They claim you can get an oil change while you wait, and then come to you 40 minutes later telling you that it will take another hour... They don't respond to complaints. I made the mistake of thinking that they had a strong interest in keeping customers. I have had Mazda's all my life and Mazda Gabriel has successfully made me never want to get a Mazda again. I resent having to go there and now actually go out of my way to the South Shore, even though I live 2 mintues away, just to avoid their service. Be careful.

Service department is disorganized at best. They don't follow their own checklists or keep their files up to date. They don't warn you before doing work even if you ask in writing to be informed. As for the sales department, they are very responsive before the sale but not so much afterward. In my case they also provided inaccurate info about the lease before signing that cost me hundreds of dollars down the road. I don't trust either department and try to avoid dealing with them as much as possible.

Don't take his word for it. Check the labour time too. I can guarantee you that he’s gouging you and you can get the work done at another location for a fair honest transaction. Also a few weeks ago when I was there spending my money i saw him running around in black gloves irate and yelling at a colleague. Lepire is a loose cannon and he’s toxic. Its time for management to do something about it. It’s gone on for long enough.

Service Department 1 - First time I brought my car here the service was OK. They were not willing to give me a car while mine was getting repaired and I had to wait for the shuttle service. Like most dealerships they try to up-sell you and put a big margin on the parts and labour but fairly reasonable if you negotiate. Overall the experience was satisfactory. 2 - I tried to arrange another appointment with the service department - they gave me an appointment quickly (same day to get it checked out) - however they cancelled an hour before the appointment. This was an annoying inconvenience since I rearranged my afternoon schedule to attend the appointment. Overall not too bad - expensive labour rates and fees - just make sure you ask them to show you the repairs beforehand + ask for the old parts back + make and model of the new parts to be installed. Also no cars available to use while yours is in for repairs.

NEVER GO mazda Gabriel. I had cover problem since December 2016 and they charged me 50$ to fix. After 2 weeks(in January 2017), it came back. This time, they charged me 116$. When my lease is over will run away from mazda gabriel as far as i can... Update: i have lost one of the mirrors while driving on highway and the dealer did not cover it. That car is a plastic-dangerous box. I have returned the car 3 months earlier, cause i could't take anymore and they charged me 1000$ for the remaining 3 months(non negotiable) and 500$ for the bumper cause it was not holding properly the bottom smaller light. During the lease term the service will try to charge as much as possible(filters, brake pads, etc) even if those parts are not half way through. To buy or lease from this dealer is not hard, however when I need to return the vehicle at the end of lease and use the insurance I've purchased at the beginning of the lease (I can return the vehicle without fixing it for damages below 2000$), they've been putting me off and transferring me constantly as if they do not want me to use this option. This review is about their body shop department and not Mazda Gabriel itself. I needed to do some body work on my car and since they only do mechanic repairs they sent me to Carrosserie Gabriel on 6475 st-jacques. Since Carrosserie st-jacques is their devision i consider the experience and customer service feedback to be shared for both departments. I never had to deal with Gabriel St-Jacques but i dealt with Carrosserie St-Jacques so this review is for them. I was sent there by Mazda Gabriel on st-jacques, since, as you know, Mazda Gabriel does only mechanic, they deal with Carrosserie Gabriel to repair all the body work. - The girl Stephanie doesn't bother to call you back when she promises. - They said my car was ready so I took it back, I started hearing a squeaking noise every time I opened a passenger door, the place where they did repairs. The director gave me a whole attitude before fixing it. - They didn't even bother reconnecting my windshied washer fluid back. I only notice after the winter hit and none of my washer liquid was coming out. I brought it to my garage, and the plug was disconnected from the fluid tank, the place where Carrosserie Gabriel made the repairs. I thought that by bringing it to my dealership for repairs instead of my garage I'll have a more professional job with original parts. NEVER again. People just don't care about service anymore. Don't double check if everything works ok. They do the job as fast as possible and then give you attitude if you come back and tell them it doesn't work. Hope you find a better place.

Bought a used car (3 years old, still under limited warranty), they claimed it was fully checked, within first week the keys didn’t work and within one month the battery died, and this happened two more times. Turns out the battery needed to be replaced -at OUR expense - despite the fact that these special iLoop batteries are supposed to last “minimum 5-6 years”. Suspect that the roadside assistance people damaged the battery while boosting the car (was rescued three times and they claimed we had left lights on) but I don’t believe that for a minute. Not impressed and will never buy Mazda again - definitely not from this dealership.

Thank you Mazda Gabriel St-Jacques for motivating me each time to drive the distance to Mascouche from Brossard :) after having the worst experience with your sales people. In September 2017, I met with Mr. X ( name omitted out of respect) Director of pre-used cars ( I don't remember his title). And my experience with him prompted this post. In terms of my own credibility....I am a Mazda owner since 2008- Have had three Mazda 3's ( 2008, 2012, and 2016) never bought a Mazda Gabriel St-Jacques because quite frankly they are rude. Firstly, the atmosphere when you walk in at 7:00 pm is that of a funeral parlor. Dead! Secondly, they have the most inflexible salesperson. This time I went with a friend who said he wanted to go to Mazda Gabriel St-Jacques to meet with Mr. X, with whom he had an appointment. Mr. X showed us second hand cars, one in particular which was dirty and severely dented. My friend wanted to go for a test drive. But Mr. X insisted we go to his office and talk prices first. On occasion I saw him glancing at his watch ( non-verbal indicating he had better things to do with his time) We complied and went to his office to talk about the price even though the car looked like a mess and that we didn't test drive it. Mr X showed no initiative, was not flexible ( didn't budge with the price even though the car looked in poor condition), and was complete lack lustered by our presence. Typical to all my experience there. true story! :)

(Translated) Complaint Sent to Mazda Canada: On this occasion I would like to create a complaint regarding Mazda dealership Gabriel St-Jacques (Address: 5333 St Jacques St, Montreal, QC H4A 2C9), more specifically, with agent Pierre-Olivier Voyer. Here is the detail of what happened. I rented my CX5 in August 2014 with a 5 year term. This contract clearly states that the option to buy at the end of the lease is CAD 12,270.20. So I went ahead to speak in person with an agent at the dealership where I rented my vehicle. This is the moment that Mr. Pierre-Olivier presented me with the different options I had. Buy the auto finance or return it or just rent a new one. After a few days, I contacted Mr. Pierre-Olivier by email to tell him that I was interested in buying the car without having it financed. So at that point he emailed me saying a very high amount to pay (16407.16 CAD) without having any details of the purchase. So, I asked him for more information regarding the amount, because my lease + tax calculation did not go up to the amount given. In summary, Mr. Pierre-Olivier replied that he had a fee associated with the purchase with CDLS (Canadian Dealer Lease Services) and afterwards with a second sale of the car that I already had. This is where I found out that he had something wrong. With the response obtained from Mr. Pierre-Olivier, I proceeded to send him a detailed email with the amount of my contract + taxes. Which gave me a grand total of 14107.66 CAD, so a difference of 2299.CAD that the agent wanted to make a profit with me. After this email, Agent Pierre-Olivier disappeared and I did not hear or follow up from him. At the same time, I called the CDLS to inquire about the process of buying my lease. The agent who took my call explained to me the details of the process and that there was no charge for the lease buyout. Plus, he told me I could do the transaction at any Mazda in Canada. So, it was thanks to this agent that I called “Solution Mazda Chateauguay” and I found a completely transparent agent (Mr. Ali Boumaiza) who gave me the real amount without having a lease buyout profit. So, I was able to complete my transaction with them with the correct amount. So my complaint goes against the Mazda dealer Gabriel St-Jacques who tried to take my money without having a justified explanation, because they have unqualified personnel that instead of providing transparent and quality service, seek to take more money on customers who don't read the details. Hope this complaint does not reach another customer of this dealership or other dealership. Donc, je suis allé en avance pour parler en personne avec un agent du concessionnaire où j’ai loué mon véhicule. C’est le moment que monsieur Pierre-Olivier m’a présenté les différentes options que j’avais. L’achat avec financement de l’auto ou le retourner ou simplement louer un nouveau. Après quelques jours, j’ai contacté monsieur Pierre-Olivier par courriel pour lui dire que je suis intéressé à acheter l’auto sans le faire financer. Donc, à ce moment-là, il m’a envoyé un courriel en disant un montant très élevé à payer (16407.16 CAD) sans avoir aucun détail de l’achat. Donc, je lui ai demandé plus d’information concernant le montant, car le calcul de mon bail + taxes ne grimpait pas au montant donné. En résumé, Monsieur Pierre-Olivier m’a répondu qu’il avait un frais associé à l’achat avec CDLS (Canadian Dealer Lease Services) et après avec une deuxième vente de l’auto que j’avais déjà. C’est là que j’ai trouvé qu’il avait quelque chose qui n’est pas correcte. Avec la réponse obtenue du monsieur Pierre-Olivier, j’ai procédé à lui envoyer un courriel détaillé avec le montant de mon contrat + taxes. Ce qui m’a donné un grand total de 14107.66 CAD, donc une différence de 2299.CAD que l’agent voulait faire de profit avec moi. Après ce courriel, l’agent Pierre-Olivier est disparu et je n’ai pas eu de réponse ou suivi de lui. En même temps, j’ai appelé la CDLS pour m’informer concernant le processus de rachat mon bail. L’agent qui a pris mon appel m’a expliqué le détail du processus et qu’il n’avait pas de frais concernant le rachat de bail. De plus, il m’a dit que je pouvais faire la transaction dans n’importe quel Mazda au Canada. Donc, c’est grâce à cet agent que j’ai appelé “Solution Mazda Chateauguay” et j’ai trouvé un agent complètement transparent (Monsieur Ali Boumaiza) qui m’a donné le vrai montant sans avoir un profit de rachat de bail. Donc, j’ai pu finir ma transaction avec eux avec le montant correcte. Donc, ma plainte va contre le concessionnaire Mazda Gabriel St-Jacques qui a essayé de prendre mon argent sans avoir une explication justifiée, car ils disposent de personnel non qualifié qu’au lieu de fournir un service transparent et de qualité, cherchent à prendre plus d’argent sur des clients qui ni lisent pas les détails. En espérant que cette plainte n’arrive pas à un autre client de ce concessionnaire ou autre concessionnaire.

My car was leased from another dealership and normally serviced at the dealership closer to my house. Therefore, this was my first time using this dealership, based on a recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed and had a great experience with Elia Baranov who is the sales manager, and who assisted with my appearance package claim. He clearly explained the process, kept me updated on the status of the work being done, the car was returned looking brand new (its a 2016) and explained the buyout process for the car. I am usually skeptical of car sales reps, and have had mediocre buying experience, however this was not one of those times. Recently, I bought my car in order to fix A/C. When I got back my car, in the Mazda garage, I noticed that the Radio has been reset and the ambient temperature had been disappeared. I contacted Mazda Gabriel, and they told me that it is not possible and your model does not have this feature at all. Until, I showed them a photo that I had taken in one of trips to US which displayed the temperature. However, I brought my car several times for this problem, and my car was at garage for three-four days, and they were not able to find the problem. And at the end, they charged me 200$ for a problem that they had caused it after fixing the A/C. When I tried to convince them that this problem caused by them, the service manager (Sylvain I guess) told me: "your are an unhappy client, so either way, we charge your or not, you will stay unhappy about this problem, so we charge you." I had another bad experience also for a brake disc problem that they charged me twice, once to clean the discs and second time to change them completely. In general, I recommend to go another Mazda Dealer.

*Unfair or Deceptive Business Practices* - Please note that when this particular dealership (located on 5333 St.Jacques) tells you that there's a "mandatory maintenance check" on your vehicle, that they are conducting Unfair or Deceptive Business Practices and can be reported for this. The reason this particular Mazda dealership uses words like "Mandatory" when trying to convince you to use them for your routine vehicle check is because you leave with a $1000 - $2000 unexpected, and unwarranted bill. I have a leased, brand new 2018 vehicle which I hardly drive and was billed $1400. They told me the air filters needed to be changed (which regular garages clean for free), that my break pads needed to be changed, that I had a broken plastic piece inside the hood of the car that needed immediate replacement. Do not fall for their Unfair or Deceptive Business Practices. Please go see your local garage who will charge you far less than these crooks. I went to my local garage and showed them the bill and they even said that 80% of what was charged was unnecessary up-sells to generate more revenue for the location and that no dealership can tell you something is mandatory as that's Unfair or Deceptive Business Practice (using their words) and that they can be reported for this. I believe it's even illegal to force you to use them and be taken advantage of. I will never lease or even consider walking into this dealership again until I need to give back my car. Horrible experience that I don't wish upon anyone else.

I should have read the reviews BEFORE going to this dealer. I was unlucky to be "processed" by the service manager Sylvain Lemire. He makes a very good job of keeping the stereotype of the untrustworthy, patronizing and rude dealership after you bought the car. Not keeping the appointments, acting impolite when they postpone or get late in their scheduled work and acting like doing a big favor in accepting you as a customer are things Sylvain Lemire is masterfully good at. I was postponed a couple of times, very unusual in the time of electronic customer management software. When I showed up, my wait was prolonged with 5 hours for a very clear and precise procedure (vehicle inspections). I got parts changed without my approval (battery), oil changed after 2400 km after just saying that the oil was "bad " (not sure what metric in oil quality is that), and funny enough the car scratched while at the dealer and they denied that. Without not being able to prove that there was no previous scratch before I had to include Mr Sylvain Lemire angry defensive rants of driving more carefully in Montreal with veiled suggestions on my driving abilities. Also he was annoyed of my French ( I did study in France, so I speak with a "France" french accent. Language bias is becoming unfortunately more common these days in Quebec. After 1 year of abuse by this dealership I finally moved to another dealer on the south shore, that is 10 km further away, where things go smooth and car is service faster with less drama. After reading that many more customers are very unhappy with the service manager Sylvain Lemire attitude, I asked one salesman if he is one of the owners. Apparently he is not. The performance criteria for a manager must be different from the customer perspective. A bon entendeur, salut

When getting the specs for a used vehicle, I asked the salesman if there were any accidents on it. He said there was once an insurance claim on the rear for 1000$. Price was pretty good so I was still interested. When I got home I ran the VIN through CarProof and saw that not only was there a claim on the rear but there was also a 2nd claim for a collision on the front-left for 1600$ that the salesman conveniently didn't mention. When you bring in your car for whatever reason, expect to pay for parts, filters, service fee, inspection fee etc... the sleazy counter salesmen try to explain “the roads in Montreal are rough”. When you buy Mazda, you buy a poor mans car, and expect that dealerships don’t make much money off the sale or lease, they do it on servicing parts or issues that don’t exist. La dernière fois que j'y était j'ai vu toutes sorte de monde pendant que j'attendais, de la petite madame avec un vieux 626 au gars perdu qui comprend pas que sa RX-8 c'est pas une mazda 6 et que les recall d'une mazda 6 ne s'applique pas au RX-8, c'est pas compliqué il me semble, c'est comme arriver chez ford et dire de faire le recall d'un F-150 sur sa honda civic. En tout cas, je suis mécanicien sur la rive-sud et je préfère les laisser s'occuper de mon auto tant qu'elle est garantie, après ça je vais aller les voir seulement lorsque mes collègues et moi seront incapable de régler le problème, mais d'ici là ils ont ma complète confiance.
