PLEASE BE CAREFUL, NOT HONEST DEALERSHIP!! I was looking for a reliable car for my cousin who lives in Ontario. I saw a used car ad on the Gravel Dealership official website indicated that the car had been inspected by a certified technician. After a short test drive, I purchased the car at full asking price and I paid it by a credit card. However, I told the salesperson that the car Link has a problem and the manager indicated in the contract to fix the issue. After two weeks, my cousin went to pick up the car and asked a sales manager that “is the car safe to drive” and the used car manager told him to take his money back and the car is not for sale!!!! My cousin did not have a choice and called the police. Then the general manager decides to sell the car but indicated in his contract the car sold AS IS for the Part!!! How is possible a big dealership like Gravel advertises the car on their website as a certified car then after-sale claim the car sold AS IS for the Part. Moreover, my cousin took the car for a safety check to Midas Auto Shop required by the Ontario Government. However, he was told that the front rotors do not pass the safety and need to replace ASAP. Moreover, the dealer delivered the car with very poor quality in rear tires, in which the tires were 3 out of 32. I tried to contact the general manager Mr. Louis-Philippe to inform him about all the issues, however, he surprisingly told me that the used car in our dealership sales AS-IS and we are not responsible for any repair. When I asked him, if you are selling the car AS-IS, why you don’t indicate in the advertisement on your website or KIJIJI, he told me that bring back the car!!!!! So please read my review before you make any decision to buy a car or make sure the car has been inspected by your mechanic.

I did not have a good experience here. I visited the dealership for a lease of a new Chevy Spark. I closed the deal, and to my surprise a week later, I received a car which was problably in the showroom for demonstration. It was full of scratch marks inside, near the gear and on the dashboard. Do not waste your time here if you are buying/leasing a new vehicule. Completely disapointed.
One of the most HORRIFYING experiences I have had visiting a dealership! AVOID IN ALL COST. Not only that the sales agent was irritating and un-corporative, I was also promised to be called more than 3 times. No one did and cared. If this was the last dealership with Cars in the entire planet, I would ride Horses. I furthermore requested to test drive a vehicle and was told, you “can do it only if you are almost certain to purchase it”. Me and my girlfriend were << S-H-O-C-K-E-D >>. Well, if I am here asking for this car, what does that mean? Moreover, I was almost forced to give my current car for inspection, after refusing 5 times, also the manager came to pursuing me to give my car? What? That is bizarre. I have refused to give it for inspection as I wanted to sell it privately and initially, they offered to law ball but all the story was crocked right away. I want to note that the Employee namely - Johnny was very helpful, respectful and amazing to deal with but the two other associates I got to deal with, well - it was horrible! I wouldn't buy a 99 cent chips bag from these guys. Their dealership is in the size of your backyard.

I purchased my Chevrolet Colorado Z71 2016 from Gravel Decarie and I'm glad I did. They were very helpful in all aspect if my purchase to delivery and servicing. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Servicing is excellent although prices are those of all dealerships. Most importantly, the work done is competent. Most people have their own opinion and this is mine. Mind you, people complain about prices for work done but if you want cheap prices, remember, expect cheap work.

Terrible service centre. Brought car in emergency and they charged me 40% more than quote, car was returned way past promise date, car was returned much dirtier than dropped off, and last - and worst of all - experienced many issues with the job as things were done poorly. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Marek for about a year now. We met when he worked at Volvo when I had an issue over 5000km away. Marek swept in and helped me with issues I was having with my Volvo XC90 and was by far the most courteous, professional and respectful interaction I’ve ever had with any auto dealer or customer service in my life. The second time I had and issue with Volvo, Marek was there again to save the day. When the time comes for my next purchase, I’ll be making the drive to Montreal to see him for a new Cadillac since he’s here now! Anyone who does business with Gravel Decarie Cadillac will for sure be treated the best way possible because his leadership!
TL;DR: Very unprofessional service. Manager tried to ease my deception with his courtesy, but to no avail. Booked an appointment to see an Used car. Received a confirmation of appointment and of car availability. I drove 20 minutes and my parents 30 mins so we can meet there and see the car together. SURPRISE! The car has been sold to someone who had an appointment 30 mins before for the same car ?!? All of that without informing other potential buyers and potentially saving them (and their retiree parents) time and energy. Thanks to the professionalism of their dealers, both my parents and I lost our evenings, gas, and trust in the dealership.

Excellent service; even if I didn’t bought my car from them, when I leave my keys to Mr.Georgiev at the service department, I know my car is in good hands. In fact, if you own a GM product that needs repairs (or simply scheduled maintenance), definitely go and ask for Mr.Georgiev.
The car I was scheduled to test drive (Camaro)was not onsite, and the demo they would not take out of the showroom onto the road because there was a bit of sleet/slush and the car didn't have winter tires. Went to the salesman's office a little upset but he promised a reschedule and instead he tried to pitch me to buy a car I never got to drive. I asked him jokingly if he'd marry a woman without sleeping with her, but the joke was lost on him - the same way my time was lost at this dealership.
Nice and clean place. Salesman are nice. Of course they use typical sales pitch like the salesman or his boss has the same car you are looking for or they go to talk to their boss to give you "the best price" and you somehow "accidentally" here the conversation. But this is all normal. 5 stars because I believe I got a good deal on my lease. The guy who leased me the car is no longer there though. :(
You call to make an appointment and they tell you to come in. They don't have the vehicles and it's too much for them to service a client. Yves was the person and then a kid that was there was not too encouraged to make a sale! You can go talk to Eric at Infiniti and see how long it took to close the deal! These dealerships work independently and have no recourse on what their dealers do! Also, all dealerships operate the same way. You think they have an headoffice but when you call GMC CHEVY TOYOTA... or any company. I would go in and see how they act with disappointment and to get a reaction because you will be tied in with them for many years and if it starts bad go find a dealership that will actually care. I'm usually a bit wary when buying a car based on past negative experiences. This has been by far the best dealer I've dealt with to date. Jacob was more than accommodating with any issues I had during the purchase. Since then, Alexandre at the service center was polite, quick and efficient (not to mention that my car came back from service looking cleaner than when I bought it). I was also offered free shuttle service right to my door and back by the friendly Leo (I think!). I would recommend

I called to ask if they still had their jetta and the dealer told me they did and to come and see it (this is monday). So I told him I'd come in a few hours. We get there and he forgot the car was out on 48h drive. He said he can contact the person and to switch cars (I'm assuming she (the client) got rid of their car and the jetta was to be used until she received the new car). The dealer says he will call me the next day so I can come visit it the Thursday. So i left a 100$ deposit on the car as I was really interested in buying that car. On Thursday i hadn't gotten any news from the dealer therefore I call and now that dealer didn't work there anymore. Now that new dealer told me the car would be there monday. I said ok i'll come monday... i received an email from someone there asking how my visit was, i asked if they received the car, she says no it'll be there tuesday... All this time someone is driving the car and using more km! I got played from this company, I'm really disappointed by them! I was ready to buy the car. Well they lost a sale, I definitely will never recommend this company to anyone!

Unreputable. This dealership is a hot mess. Nobody answers the phones. Nobody answers the emails. Nobody answers the texts. They sent me a coupon. Nobody knows what to do with the coupon. Why do I want a coupon I can't use at a dealership where nobody works and nobody knows what's going on. For 4 weeks I tried to buy a car listed on their web site. Still no answer. Forget it. Complete waste of time. Stay far away -- unreputable.

Just wanting to sell a car. Promises made to fix the car and change parts and clean car before delivery was never done. Keeps saying it was done when you can actually see it wasn't, so I guess it's my eyes with the problems. Told him to call when everything was ready never did. You could see they were some problems with the car, been driving for almost 30years treating me like I don't know anything about a car. The internet tells you alot about the cars problems but still he denies its not that problem. If the person I went with was not in a rush to buy a car I would have told him to keep the car. Was planning to buy car in a couple of months but never at this place.

This review is going to be a potentially odd one but I can say I left this specific gravel dealership with the kind of service I would expect from a dealer. These guys did everything in their power to ensure I was happy, communicate continually with me and clarify any questions or concerns. The caveat here is that I was originally dealing with gravel nuns island and has the worst experience I've ever had at any place of business. From a sloppy unprofessional salesman who turned out to have actually lied to get my deposit, string me on to the next month and try to bait and switch me on the price. Jean-marc was a complete nightmare. After that disturbing experience I got in touch with Shawn Armorer who you will see is responding personally to any of the bad reviews on gravel dealerships. I can say Shawn is in the process of transforming the gravel dealers and sales people into the group they should be, so do trust that his response and concern is legitimate. I dealt with him and his top notch team of Marek and Ralph, all three of these guys are top notch and were surprisingly able to turn around the worst buying experience I've ever had. They care and they're working hard to transform the team they've inherited. From my experience I can guarantee if you're unhappy with what's happening they will move mountains to make you happy. Highly recommend the team I dealt with and will remain a loyal customer to these guys.
They are all nice and polite when they sold me me a Cadillac but the moment I went for Service.... they messed up my car from the inside and had the mechanic hand prints all over my roof dashboard and doors so I naturally was unhappy and complained about it to the Service manager But he kept insisting that it was me who did that before I brought it in and told me to bring my car elsewhere and if I don’t leave he would call the police on me so I refused to leave so and called the police but the sales department weren’t happy about that so they turned the police away and promise me that Mr. Gravel is going to call me and apologize to me personally,But that was a lie he never did and I never went back. Went in to look into two vehicles. I had the rudest sales person ever, he was doing me a favor by selling me this very expensive car. He called me “stupid” for not wanting to put down a deposit to reserve a car that I couldn’t sit in or test drive due to lack of availability, and after enduring 15 uncomfortable minutes of being spoken to in a condescending fashion and being insulted, I got up and walked out. I will never step foot in this dealership again.

Incredible Service when ordering my new terrain 2022
Buying a car should be an enjoyable experience, mine was not. I made an offer on a pre-owned car on Autotrader and was told it was accepted. When showing up at the dealership I had to negotiate all over again to get to the same price that was formerly “accepted”. At the time of placing my deposit I told the sales rep I sold my car and would need to take delivery within the next 3-5 days which he confirmed would be no problem. In the interim I rented a car at my expense (not a problem). Fast forward 5 days later and I received no update. I called the rep and was told the car was not ready and he would provide an update by end of day. I received no call then and had to continuously follow-up and “chase” in order to get an update. I did this every day and eventually had to get the Sales Manager involved. To their credit, they offered a loaner car until mine was ready. A week later, after several more calls and little communication from their end, I was offered a delivery date the next day (without the car being washed) or 3 days later (washed). At this point I just wanted my car so I said I would be there the next day. Showed up to pick up my car and the promised oil change wasn’t done. The sales rep also promised to have a quote ready for required body work, which he didn’t. He then promised to provide a quote the following day. Got in my car and the gas tank was empty. Luckily there is a gas station across the street. The sales rep never contacted me with the promised quote for the body work. Overall I love my car, but the experience was poor. All of this could have been avoided with better communication and following through on your word. This is a classic example of over promising and under delivering. I can’t speak for buying a new car at this dealership but if it is the same staff as pre-owned (which I believe it is), I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I’ve been several times for same issues. But will not be returning. I had them fix something and they failed to fix the entire problem because I didn’t tell them. The 3 issues were all related and the mechanics definitely would have seen the problem. They preferred to put the onus on the client.
