Brought car in for a full diagnosis (125 point inspection) on a 2013 Ford Escape that kept smelling like burnt rubber, after 2-3 hours at the dealer and 218.00$ later I'm told it's due to old engine filters and cabin filers that everything is alright..... NOW .... Of course I'm not stupid enough to believe that so I got a second opinion and was told by my own mechanic that I was missing coolant in my reservoir which was in no way normal, return the next day to Ford and had to speak with the management to get another inspection done on the vehicle. I have a paper from Ford initially saying full inspection Done client claims burnt rubber smell no such problem total verification done. So upon verification, We find out that not only in the reservoir tank leaking but that my 2013 Ford Escape which has less than 54k on it has a broken water pump that was days away from breaking. Had it not been for my due diligence, getting a second opinion I would have ended up stranded on a road somewhere with a broken waterpump and God know what else because all that seems to have been done was a check list. No loner car offered for the thanks giving holiday I was just told to drive less ???? Hey thanks ! No compensation for they're mistake only that the part is under warranty and I'll have to spend another day at Ford getting it fixed. My point is here, you want customer loyalty, you want to make the big bucks? Well you can't do it by doing a half a** job putting you paying (well paying clients may I add) at risk on the road. The main point of bringing a car to the dealership is because they are supposed to know it best, but yet... It was false and had I not done my research I could only imagine where I'd end up. All in all, the dealership is great and the staff is really friendly... But do you pay for friendly staff or a job well done? I'd rather my vehicle be safe on the road then be stuck in the middle of nowhere because Ford couldn't take the time to diagnose the problem properly but could take the time to process the payment.

I have bought 2 vehicles at Ford Gabriel and will still comeback here even though I no longer live in the city. Nyree tries to understand exactly what you want and give you just that. Never felt pressured and was well informed of all my options. Only once have I had a problem with servicing my car here but once I informed the manager they took care of it right away and with a smile. A lot better than the service I used to get in LaSalle.

I have a mixed experience with this dealership recently. I was here to buy +60k new car and was given a quote. After a few days when I was ready to make the transaction, they told me that “the manager canceled the offer and I have to pay the regular MSRP for the car”! This’s unprofessional to say the least! Fortunately, I went to a nearby dealership and got the exact same car with way better price. I give 2 stars only because the good service and communication I received from the sales person part, he was awesome!

I can't say enough nice things about this company. After driving a German car for many many (too many) years, I decided to go American! I fell for the Ford Explorer and looked at a few different ones until I saw an ad for a 2014 Ford Explorer at Ford Lincoln Gabriel. I made an appointment and there was no turning back. This dealership is one class act - the nicest people you will ever run into and if you want a car dealer with true 5 star service, look no further. Big thanks to a few of the people I have had the pleasure of meeting at Ford Lincoln Gabriel. Daniel Caron in Sales, Tomasz Luks & Randy Mardani in Service. Thanks also to your amazing shuttle drivers for providing a shuttle service that goes beyond expectations. There is no doubt that the Azouz family know how to run a business and customer service is #1 priority for everything this company touches. I absolutely love my new Ford Explorer and although I'm from the UK but currently live in Canada, I don't mind one bit saying 'Buy American' and make sure you stop in to Ford Lincoln Gabriel.

I'm surprised that this dealer has such a high rating. I purchased my new F150 from here in 2012 and have have nothing positive to say about anything here from the sales reps to the service counter. Every single time I walked into the the dealer, I always walked out totally disappointed with their lack of customer service. Not helpful, costly mistakes from wrong diagnosis which simply get brushed off. I recently purchased two new vehicles from a different dealer and it was like night and day. A much better experience. Honestly I think it just comes down to the staff, they could use a lesson in customer service at the St-Jacques location.

First time using this facility. Took my Ford Escape (used, newly purchased) to have winter tires installed (I purchased the new winter tires from this facility). I did not know that the tires already on the car were winter tires. It would have been in the interest of good customer service had Ford simply pointed out to me prior to installing new winter tires that the existing tires were winter tires. This was not mentioned - I presume Ford did not want to lose the new tire sale. Thanks Ford.

Unprofessional. I had an appointment to change a light control module. Its a 5 minute job. Not only did i wait over a week for my appointment i dropped it off the day before and come the next day it wasnt even ready. I was told to go back on Wednesday. I was told the needed a specialist thinking i dont know cars. Lol 2 screws and 2 wire harness clips. A monkey with a wrench couldve done it in 5 minutes.

Most awful customer service I have ever received in my life, not to even begin with the unprofessionalism and disrespect from the manager when you're simply asking for basic customer service. Trust me it will be your biggest regret, its a giant scam. Read previous reviews of similar nature and thought it was just a bad experience only to receive it first-hand.

Went in due to a recall on air bags, when I recieved my car back the radio and a/c wasn't working. Went back, got the radio fixed but the sync/usb wasn't working. Brought the car back again got the sync fixed but my center console wasn't replaced fully and now wobbles with every touch. For 3 weeks now I have been trying to schedule a maintenance check for my car and with every call I keep getting transferred to someone that doesn't pocked up. Even tried leaving my name and now, still never recieved a call back .. not impressed

up to 2013 I have been driving european imports until I decided to get a hybrid. After extensive search and comparison I decided on a Lincoln MKZ hybrid and to my good luck I got it from Lincoln Gabriel which ever since then they have super exceeded my expectation from Hazem in the Sales department to David and Kevin in the service department to really all the staff that I have dealt with. I would like to thank each and everyone of them for making my car experience a wonderful hassle free thing. I highly recommend Lincoln Gabriel to anyone looking to buy or lease a new vehicle.

I brought my Lincoln mkt to you guys And to be honest i find it was a sloppy job one of the issues was the sub-woofer It was rattling and still does- not fixed 2nd is the suspension is jolting. Doesnt dampen properly 3rd the passenger front seat is falling apart. The leather is hanging off again Why? Because it was a tuck up job And was not properly repaired Another complaint is mainly on this vehicle is that the leather seems very stressed and cracked for a 3 year old vehicle . ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. If i could give less than 1 stars i would. I ordered a new Ford in September 2016, and was told I would have it 6-8 weeks later. Finally it arrives 17 weeks later (end of January)! I sold my car in November because the dealership told me that I would be without a car for at most 1 or 2 weeks. I was told i would be given a loaner car. I called for weeks to obtain it, and was ignored. When I finally got through, I was told there are no loaners but that I would be given a rental car. Shockingly I was again ignored and never given anything. Instead, the dealership ignores your calls and doesn't return messages. Even more insulting is that after calling them daily and not getting a callback, I called from a different phone number and was surprisingly able to get through! Once again I expressed my frustration and receiving no communication or follow up. I was told I would receive some form of compensation but in the end they made it clear that they didn't care about me as a client at all. AVOID THE DEALERSHIP AND AVOID THE HEADACHES.

I went in because my brakes were squeaking. I asked them to replace the brakes. After waiting five hours... they gave me back my truck and said the breaks were fine and didn't need replacing. I asked them why they didn't at least call me to tell me or discuss, no reply. I recovered my keys, started my truck and backed out of the parking spot... and my brakes immediately started squeaking. Poor customer communication skills and questionable observation skills. Update on breaks: after negotiating on end with a service rep. They agreed to look at the breaks again and subsequently agreed they needed to be changed. Return with my second vehicle for full scheduled maintenance: I was delivered my vehicle with a dead battery and had to push start the car myself. Once the prepaid service plan is concluded I will be looking for another dealer. Very questionable observation skills on the part of the repair staff. The service team help with diagnosing the dead battery. Though it was not found during their inspection originally. I had to bring it to their attention. I wished that over the years they would become more attentive but it's not so.

Took over a year to get an appointment for a recall. Called them every couple weeks for months. We almost forgot about it until we got another notice from Ford. We called this location again. Suddenly an appointment was available. A Woman on the phone told us our file had fallen through the cracks because of an employee who was not doing their job properly and had since been fired. When I arrived at the location with the car that story was apparently never the case, according to the guy at the service desk. It was as if I hadn’t just waited a year for an appointment. No apologies, no courtesy car , no taxi voucher. Just one passing of the buck after another .

Bought a used Mini Cooper from Ford Gabriel on St-Jacques. The salesman Kevork Jamgosian was extremely helpful, and took me for test drives on two separate occasions. He answered all my questions and the price we settled on was very fair for the car. Once I decided to purchase, the dealership inspected the car, and did all repairs discovered during the inspection, including cleaning the brakes which squeaked, replacing the alternator belt, replacing ball bearings in the back wheel, and oil and filter changes. A few days after the purchase the brakes started to squeak again. I brought it back in and the service department replaced all the rotors. A few days later the brakes started to squeak again. I brought it in and the service department changed the brake pads. No squeak now and the car runs beautifully. I'm very happy with my purchase and with the excellent after sales service I got from Kevork and the service team at Ford Gabriel. I have bought and leased several new vehicles from this dealership over the years and would absolutely recommend them.

While I got the vehicle I wanted - and it was delivered immaculate, but, it was brand new, so... - the service leaves a little to be desired. During the negotiating process, there were some details that were discussed that were completely ignored. Not to mention that I dealt with the credit guy, and didn't even once speak to my "salesman", whom I imagine got commission on a car his credit specialist sold me. Any way, I'm still trying to rectify some details but only get VM...or screened calls. I'll say when it comes to servicing my vehicle, it's as sure as the sun rising it won't be here. The two stars are solely because of the vehicle...the service is brutal. If I offered service like this to my clients, I'd be out of business in a heartbeat.

Le matin on me renvoit chez moi après une heure sans pneus. Finalement, après une semaine d’appel, on fini par me redonner un rendez-vous. Maintenant en septembre. Je me présente pour prendre un 2e rendez-vous avec mon plan d’entretien transférer à mon nom lors de l’achat. Le transfert n’a pas été effectué et ma garantie (payé 2500$) est au nom de l’ancien propriétaire. Bizarre.. Finalement, m’informe que tout est transféré et je peux prendre rendez-vous dans un autre concessionnaire près de chez moi si je préfère. Lors du rendez-vous dans l’autre concessionnaire, la garantie prolongée a été transférée, mais pas le plan d’entretien. Au final, ils ont honoré mon plan d’entretien et m’ont donné un rendez-vous dans leur concessionnaire. Le processus aurait simplement pu être plus simple.. D’où la note de 1/5

My brother and I bought 2 cars here, the two transactions where really different from one another, A Fusion (demo) and a F-150. Not too many complication for the Fusion, except that at delivery the windows where not tinted as we agreed and the interior was not washed properly, stain on the rooftop, I am still wondering from what can a demo car has a stain in his interior. (look like a footprint to me). They did tinted the windows no problem.(ok job ). Once the job was done they deliver my Fusion with the stain removed but the car was still not washed properly, interior and exterior unclean, I found a potato chip under the seat! Beside these points, overall the transaction was good, not as smooth as it could have been but good. NOW this is why they earn the 4 STARS. The F-150 was a complicated case involving a trade in car, financing issue, specific demand on a the truck and lot more. Brief we spend a lot of time and days in that dealership, at one point even Nathalie Leduc the General manager got involved to help ours case. With all the “hiccups” possible in a car transaction after many days and hours spend to find us the truck needed the journey came finally to an end. The truck was delivered. Clean spick and span! Spotless of any imperfection. (it kind of compensate for my unclean Fusion). Thank you for your all your work, effort and support you provided us in these two transactions. Getting my car serviced at this location was a nightmare, to say the LEAST. Brought my car to this dealership to get it serviced for a noise. Asked them to drive the car, and diagnose the issue. I was given back the car, after being charged 1800$, with the same exact noise still present. Mechanic confirmed to me it had not been test driven. Brought it back, and paid 700$. I now leave with my car making a new noise. Will certainly not return to be scammed even more. Spoke to manager, who was completely unprofessional. Tried to redirect blame to a "miscommunication" rather than take responsibility. That is aside from raising tone, and being condescending. For all of my trouble, I was given 100$ off and my winter tires put in. Note that my summer tires were thrown back into my car in a disgraceful manner, with no care at all. Disclaimer: I don't know about the sales department, but I wish I had read the reviews before getting my car serviced here.

What a disorganised mess! Went to Ford Gabriel originally to have a second key made for my 2002 Ford Escape. I called a day ahead and was assured they had one in stock and that it would be put on hold for me. Get to the Parts Dept the next day and they have no key or any record of one being set aside. They will have to order a key so I was sent to Service dept. Service Dept sent me back to Parts to order key ( who is supposed to take care of this?). Parts Dept finally finds key that was set aside. At this point I am ready to leave in frustration but decide to make an appt to have the key programmed for the car. At the same time I had an electrical issue with the car that I wanted to be checked. It is impossible to reach the Service Dept by phone. Finally a representative called me back and added the electrical issue (it turned out to be the alternator - an over $800 repair). Rather than telling me about the added alternator repair cost over the phone I had to go back to the Service Dept in person to approve the repair. This is difficult to do because your lot is a sheet of ice with no apparent parking spots. My car is still there and I am more than a little worried that this negative review will rise the price on what is already a large repair bill. However I feel I have no choice but to express my great displeasure with your service.

Worst dealer, I am the owner for an electrical contracting business in lasalle. I wanted to service our Ford trucks and the dealer so we tested out Ford Gabriel. We called for some repairs and an oil change they said they would get all of it done Friday But we would need to drop the truck off Thursday evening. So that’s what we did dropped off the truck Thursday evening, and blocked off our day for that truck Friday. Then about 2 o’clock on Friday they called to say we won’t be able to do the work until Monday and Possibly Tuesday. I asked why and they said we only work until two on Friday and that that should’ve never been booked… When I went to go pick up the vehicle Monday after cancelling half of the work to be done. I talked with the service guys and they seemed pretty nice saying sorry for the misunderstanding. I was happy with that response and was ready to leave and give them another shot. But the woman working at the desk behind all the service desk began to act super unprofessionally telling me all that was my receptionist fault and it’s not their fault and that I ordered too much work on one day. (How are we supposed to know how long things take that is the dealers responsibility to inform how long the work will take) We won’t be going back to Gabriel unless things change. If you want to cancel tons of days bring your fleet there but if you want seamless servicing try another Ford dealer not this one!

I went to Ford Gabriel, because it was a Ford dealer/outlet, it should be a trust-worthy place. But I was wrong. First it was a lot more expensive then regular garages, almost twice the price. And the service was completely unsatisfactory. I went to change my all seasons to winter tires. They didn't even inflate my tires after putting them on. And I found that they had stripped some of the nuts. First time, I forgave. I went back for another tire change in spring, the hour-long appointment turned out to be TWO and a half hours long. I was late for work. My tires were on rims, they could have finished in a half hour. The lady in the front, was even foolish enough to tell me they had too many cars to do. Delays are really not okay, particularly having made an appointment. And they didn't even warn me when I got there that they were delayed. And over-booking is also not okay. And guess what? The tires were once again deflated! Service was already unreliable, but there is more bad news. I asked about some Ford parts there and they simply refused, I repeat, refused to quote me a price, or even a price range. When I called to make the appointment, the person refused to give me a later date, and insisted on her earlier date. And she was blaming all the customers for booking appointments ahead of time. Sounds crazy? I thought so too. When I was there, the staff were arguing aggressively amongst themselves, in front of the customers. And they were also rude when talking to the customers. My review is of their garage, but other reviewers said that their cars are crappy too. Ford may make good cars, but this Ford garage is total junk. Save yourself, do not visit.

Very dishonest dealership. Would never go back, unless you want to be hosed. Got the vibe that the staff in the service department are Salesmen versus customer service . Overheard them taking on what is the maximum is they can charge for labour, for a job on another vehicle . The first time we went to this dealership , we called as our command start was not working . They told us to come in anytime to have it looked at. When we arrived , the Service Manager went outside looked at at the car, and told us what the problem was . We then decided at a later date to get it fixed. Well different story this time around. Our trunk stopped opening , we called and same story , come in anytime and we will look at at. I came in with my 4 month baby at 11:50. This is when I overheard these Sales Men discussing what is the max labour they can charge. When they finally acknowledged me, they said that the mechanics went to lunch , and they were not mechanic and knew nothing about cars, so I would have to come back? How unprofessional . I came back after lunch and waited 90 minutes for someone to look at my car. They Salesman came back with a 450$ estimate to fix trunk latch on my truck. The part was 200$ and the labour 1.75h. This seemed really high, so I went home and found the part online for 80$. We called our general mechanic, and was told it would take 15-30 min to install. So basically we would pay total 130$ versus 450$. Why would Ford try to change me for 1.75h in labour to replace a latch ? Must be that max labour I overheard these salesmen taking about , so they can get the most commission . Anyways it gets better , they call my husband the next day saying if he does not do the work with them , he has to pay 120$ for them looking at the truck ?? We were never told we would have to pay for them to look at the truck ? This was never started in advance? If they told us we would have to pay for them to look at it , we would have gone to another dealership from the start. Before you do anything to a vehicle , if their is a change you must state it in advance, if you are a so called reputable dealership. What a scam beware of this, and overcharging you for labour times!!!

Il fallait donc que je revienne plutôt le lendemain vers 15h. Quel service professionnel!!! Je n'ai donc pas perdu mon temps en me rendant sur place... cela m'a permis de faire autre chose... JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT DE FAIRE UN TOUR CHEZ FORD LINCOLN GABRIEL.

I am called a few days later to make an appointment to take possession of the vehicle, although I know that I will have to report it for the repairs of bodywork, I introduce myself and to my surprise, the vehicle was cleaned , but only partially. that is, it is cleaner, but I still have the dog's hair from the previous owner on the third row benches and in the suitcase. So, once the vehicle cleaner, I noticed a lot of things: the bottom of the 4 doors inside rusted, shine in the front windshield, start of rust on the roof at the front of the vehicle etc. . So when I returned for my appointment, I explained everything to the service people. I returned on Friday, so 5 days later. The mechanical problems had been resolved, but not the bodywork, namely the 4 rusted interior sills and the front of the roof. I took another appointment on Monday, I go back to pick up my vehicle on Friday, the 4 doors were painted, but not the roof. I return to my vehicle the next Tuesday, because the technical adviser told me that just for the roof, 3 days were enough, and Friday, the vehicle was still not ready. He was ready on Monday. So my main questioning is especially with the fact that an inspection had been done and despite that, there was so much repaired. The door sills were under warranty, so the customer experience would have been far better if it had been done before selling the vehicle. As for the famous hair of the previous owner's dog, I had a shampoo that cost me $ 100 loan to get the vehicle clean. Le vendeur m'a aussi confirmé qu'une inspection en plusieurs points avait été conduite sur le véhicule. Nous sommes donc entrée dans la phase de négociation car je donnais un véhicule en échange. Nous nous sommes donc entendu sur un prix et sur les modalités d'achat. Parmis celle-ci, il y avait quelques réparation a effectué sur la carroserie du véhicule qui ne pouvait être faites avant au moins 2 semaines a cause des vacances, ce qui est très comprenable, et aussi un bon nettoyage intérieur et extérieur car cela n'avait pas été fait avant de mettre le véhicule en vente. On m'appelle quelques jours plus tard pour prendre un rendez-vous pour prendre possession du véhicule, même si je sais que je vais devoir le rapporter pour les réparations de carroserie, je me présente et a ma grande surprise, le véhicule a été nettoyer, mais seulement que partiellement. c'est a dire qu'il est plus propre, mais j'ai encore les poils du chien de l'ancien propriétaire sur les bancs de la troisième rangée et dans la valise. Alors la, une fois le véhicule plus propre, j'ai remarqué beaucoup de chose: le bas des 4 portes a l'intérieur rouillée, eclat dans le pare-brise avant, début de rouille sur le toit a l'avant du véhicule etc. Toutes des chose qui ne parraissait pas vraiment tellement le véhicule était sale lors de l'essaie. Alors je note tout cela, prends des photos. Apres quelques discussions dans les jours qui ont suivi, le concessionnaire accepte de faire les réparations. Ce que j'ai apprécié grandement. Alors j'ai pris un rendez-vous un Lundi pour qu'ils aient toutes la semaine pour faire les réparations. Par contre, les quelques jours ou j'ai eu le véhicule m'ont permis de remarqué plusieurs autres choses: plusieurs boutons sur le volant étaient non fonctionnel, bruit anormal dans une roue, bruit au idle, au niveau moteur, vibration important dans le volant lors du freinage. Alors lorsque je suis retourné pour mon rendez-vous, j'ai tout expliqué aux gens du service. Je suis retourné le vendredi, donc 5 jours plus tard. Les problemes mécaniques avait été réglés, mais pas la carroserie, soit les 4 bas de portes intérieurs rouillé et le devant du toit. J'ai repris un autre rendez-vous un Lundi, je retourne chercher mon véhicule le Vendredi, les 4 portes ont été peinturées, mais pas le toit. Je retourne porter mon véhicule le Mardi suivant, car l'aviseur technique m'a dit que juste pour le toit, 3 jours étaient suffisant, et le vendredi, le véhicule n'était toujours pas prêt. Il a été prêt le Lundi. Alors mon questionnement principal est surtout avec le fait qu'une inspection avait été fait et malgré cela, il y avait autant de chose a réparé. Les bas de portes était sous la garantie, alors l'expérience client aurait été de loin meilleur si cela avait été fait avant de vendre le véhicule. Pour ce qui est des fameux poils du chien de propriétaire précédent, j'ai fait faire un shampooing qui m'a couté prêt de 100$ pour remettre le véhicule propre. Alors oui au final ils ont réparé le véhicule, mais la communication entre les différents services et moi, le client a été déficiente a plusieurs niveaux et l'expérience global de l'achat d'un véhicule, avec les 3 aller-retours pour aller porter le véhicule alors que je demeure sur la rive-nord a été très désagréable.

For my first time taking my car to Lincoln Gabrial for servicing I had a good experience. Once you pull up there were 2 people waiting for you outside, both welling you explaining what your next steps are, the other person takes your car to bring it to the garage When inside you are directed to the service rep that sits with you and takes down all information of your visit. I was provided a free loaner ( clean and new). The service rep was in constant communication with me to keep me up with the service and if they found something else to know if they should go ahead and fix (no pressure). They clean the car inside and out for free. They missed a spot outside but that's minor; They had fixed the problem that I did take it in for and that was important.

Awful first experience! Searched their inventory on their site and filled up a request on a white 2020 Explorer XLT in their inventory with specific package for more information. Received a call from sales representative asking what car am I looking for, what model and what color. Then he asked what information I’m looking for and wanted to search their inventory to find me a 2020 white explorer! I said I was expecting someone introduces himself at the beginning of a call instead of asking “were you searching for a ford?!” and setting an appointment for meeting in person and then for a test drive following with paperwork. Asked the guy if he is from Gabriel before the end of our call. Then checked the number to make sure it was from dealership. Called them back to provide feedback, the lady who heard of my experience directed me to a manager... and an automated message said there is no answer and call was ended! There are 11 more Ford dealerships in Montréal. I will cross off Gabriel from my list forever.

Service has been an absolute nightmare with this dealership. Parts broken when bringing car in for service. Technician gloves left in vents. Parts forgotten to be ordered. Follow-up emails gone unanswered. Written commitments refused to be honored. Avoid at all costs! ***EDIT*** Writing this edit below as I cannot reply to the response back from Ford Lincoln Gabriel. These issues have forced me to pay $1,300 out of pocket at another garage. I had written consent from Ford Lincoln Gabriel that there would be no charge for these and covered under warranty. This was not honoured by Ford Lincoln Gabriel. I urge everyone to overlook the poor attempt at customer service through replies of bad reviews. The service provided by Sabina Alka was negative as she did not reply to a single email for over a month. The service provided by Joe Ghafari (Assistant Manager, copied on the email exchanges between Sabina and myself) was also negative, as he refused to address the issues and needed to be followed up with on multiple occasions on site to get any kind of answer. The service from Mario Santangelo was also negative, as he was very rude over the phone and refused to honour the written agreement provided from Ford Lincoln Gabriel. For your own sake, I would urge you to visit any other dealer not associated with Ford Lincoln Gabriel.

Went to look at the new 2017 ford edge titanium. Started negociating with the manager. Took the vehicle on a test drive.When we got back the salesman said that the manager was across the street at McDonalds. Waiting for him to return and still negociating with the salesman who was calling the manager on the phone, who was supposed to be across the street at McDonalds. My son was just walking around the vehicles and noticed that the manager was hiding in the back talking on the phone with the salesman. All this time we thought the manager was at McDonalds. Very unprofessional service. Walked away. If the sales department has this kind of service, do not want to find out what type of service | will recieve when I bring in my vehicle in the service department. My suggestion, STAY AWAY.

I have taken my Ford Fiesta, which i have 2. For warranty work and because my car was in an accident, the mechanic deems he has the right to refuse working on my car. They have held my car hostage for two months saying I have to tow the car get something else repaired. I am going to return all the four ford vehicles I own. I recently had my winter tires installed at Ford Gabriel and was serviced by Mr. RICHARD BREAULT. Although I have been a regular customer for the past 10 years, I have never encountered such a gentleman. This is the second time (the first time was years ago) that I had to deal with him and I wished he had always been my service representative. Mr. BREAULT is so polite, knowledgeable, and a real professional. He really cared about the customer; even though I was only having a winter tires installation, he checked if I had a Recall in his computer, enrolled me in the Proprio Program, asked me if I knew that they have free coffee, and directed me to the Lobby while I wait for my car. And to be honest, it is very contrary to the other representatives that I had to deal with over the years, either they will lie or give you any creative answers that they could imagine just to respond to your questions.
