I had the pleasure talking to Vahid, He is very nice and considerate person. He tried to finance the car and he noticed bank is approving me for higher than usual rate and he told me "I don't recommend you to buy the car with this rate" what a nice salesman and he pointed out something about my credit report thanks to him I am filing a dispute and investigating the issue with Equifax. I hope to get my credit score fixed and go back to them to purchase my next car. thumbs up :)

came to test drive a 2016 subaru forester and they made a big fuss about letting me drive it for 20-30 min, then wouldn’t let me test drive any other cars on the lot though i informed them days ahead of my interest in specific vehicles, and after the forester literally died on the road halfway through my test drive, they tried to blame me for the battery dying. (“you must have left it on!!” “no sir, no i did not, and you should check the alternator on this car.”) then they wanted to charge me a $300 non-refundable cash deposit in order to simply move another of the Foresters off the lot so i could take that one to my mechanic instead. big nope from me, dawg. my money is going elsewhere.

Drove 35 mins to check out a car and moment I entered I saw people sitting in there office which was upstairs and instead of coming down to talk to me they called me upstairs with their hand motion and then I named the specific car which was in the basement and I was accompanied by a gentleman only to learn that they do not allow test drives and only thing I could is start the engine. I also learned that they only check engine and transmission before before putting the car on sale and it would cost 695$ for a full inspection and they may change the wear and tear if it is 50 percent or lower. I just find it odd as a buyer buying a car without test driving it and I also find the staff a bit too direct. Had I known their policy I wouldn’t have gone there.

Took the time to call and have a chat with the salesman to make sure that the exterior of the vehicle was flawless, explained to him that I had little time considering the opening hours and my work schedule. Salesman took the time to video chat and show me the vehicle but the feed kept cutting so not much could be seen. Since I had the carproof that stated the car had 1 minor accident on the front bumper I took the 45minute drive to go see the vehicle. Lo and behold, the vehicle was completely repainted on one side and the paintjob was a disaster, horrible to even look at. At the price asked, they could have at least make sure the paint was redone correctly. When I tried to talk to the salesman, he was gone and I was standing alone in the basement....took my things and went back on my way. Another "honest man" selling cars....! EDIT: Added an extra star as the salesman contacted me after my review to point out his service was excellent, it was just my expectations that were too high. Give credit for boldness at least!

Dealer was nice and overall a pleasent experience, but....car had moldy ac system, cabin air filter was clogged because it wasnt changed in years, same for engine filter, it was tabacco yellow and full of debris, gas tank was almost empty( a detail but not 5star) front wiper broken, had a visible screw holding it, no mats, back up mirror is broken,not very clean interior, now I dont mind doing it, but don't tell me you did an 'inspection' and billed me heavily for it.....

He says nothing wrong because he would prefer i fix the car with the extended warranty. Doesnt he realised there is a limit to an extended warranty?
