I purchased a car awhile back from cars r toys and I noticed a knocking noise while driving , so I contacted my warranty and they told me to visit atlas garage , when I arrived at atlas they inspected my car told me they couldn’t find a problem , I contacted Neil the warranty service manager and he asked me who seen my car at the garage so I described the guy ... .. he then said no he will rebook me an appointment to visit the specialist at atlas garage and within 20-30 mins my problem was found and solved , he also contacted me after my car was fixed a few days after to ask how everything was good and if I ever notice anymore problems don’t hesitate to contact him ! I bought a BMW X5 from them. They crew me over from all sides. They said the car was in kilometers, but after I bought it and did a car registration I fugue out that is in miles!!! Than the car start just brake into parts. I was lucky to sell this car, but I lost a lot of money$$$ to puting into reparation, Not recommending to deal with them. For financing they send me to Laval (very far), and the percentage was very high (around 10%) Recommending you to inspect car before you buy from them, to avoid any problems.

Went to see one of their cars only to find out that they charge over $2000 for a 1 year powertrain extra waranty + $800 preparation fee. The lady told me that was mandatory. So the price went from $12,900 to $17000. You really have to be stupid to purshase a car there. Do not waste your time so many great dealerships in town you will find what you arr looking for elsewhere. Also I would suggest to report them to the "Office de la protection du consommateur" because they do not advertise their cars with all the hiden fees. So you end up wasting your time paying them a visit.

Worst car dealership, avoid at all costs. Super unprofessional and not serious. I saw an ad on craigslist AND kijiji for an automatic car. I called on saturday she said she would call me back this week. She never did so I called yesturday and she told me her boss will call me back at 5pm when he comes in because the car is "in transit" (whatever the heck that mean). As you can imagine, no one ever called back. I call one last time this morning explaining my situation and the person told me that someone already put a deposit on it two days ago, when I have called about a week ago for it but was told it was not in store yet!!! As if that wasn't enough, the person tells me that their car is not automatic but manual and that there was a mistake in the advertisement. Not only was there a 1000$ difference in price on craigslist than on kijiji, the car was marked as automatic on BOTH websites, so how do you make such a mistake twice? All that to get hung up on at the end. Like mentioned, as much as the car looks good in the advertisement, trust me, AVOID cars r toys at all costs.

Wow what a bunch of lazy crooks. We took an appointments to have one of their cars inspected and when we arrived, no one knew about the appointment. We waited half an hour. Next they told us to go ahead and wait at the garage (we were already half an hour late) and they brought the wrong car!!! The inspection was just catastrophic! The engine head gasket was blown, many hoses where all loose, the guy there told us to stay away from this car. He told us that the engine was at least 200 000 + km and that the odometer (showing 105 000 km) was definitely tempered with. Don't trust these guys....

The WORST car dealership in Montreal. Total scammers! Financed a car with them. Signed all the forms. Was told if I changed my mind to come back within 30 days and I can give the car back. Took the car home, didn’t even make the down the street, the tank was COMPLETELY empty, it was running in hopes and dreams for all I know. Then started driving it 3 days later and the wheels were having issues. Obviously I call and I’m playing telephone tag with every rep until I bring it in. They send me across the street to their mechanic. My brakes in the back are old and needed to be changed! Mind you I had a 6 year old at the time that I was driving everywhere! God forbid we had an accident. Every other day there was an issue with the car. I told them I was putting more money into repairs than payments and I wanted to give the car back. They refused and told me if I didn’t leave they would call the police one me. Yeah good riddance! I filed complaint after And had them repossess the car. CAR R TOYS IS A JOKE! It’s all unicorns and rainbows until you buy the car and are stuck dealing with a lemon. I’m surprised you’re still up and running. You need to be shut down.

I am honestly disappointed with the service. I had an appointment to see a car. The representative I spoke to confirmed my appointment earlier that day. After driving for an hour to get to the dealer, I was told that the vehicle was reserved and that it is being stored somewhere. I understand that as a dealer, your job is to sell cars, however at least have the courtesy of calling me and letting me know that the vehicle is no longer available.This place seriously lacks customer service. If you ever have an appointment with a representative, make sure you arrive 24h before the given time, just to make sure they don't give the car away to someone else!

BUYER BEWARE! It's all a scam at cars r toys. They will drag you through paperwork and if you are not cautious, in the end you will be paying double. We tried to buy a Subaru for a listing price of 9000 dollars, at the end of the financing it would have cost us over 17000! Items that seemed to be included initially (tires, guarantees etc) were at an additional cost, which was calculated at the end, without our knowledge. None of their numbers make sense and you will be told different things by different people. It doesn't seem like a real dealership, it's more like one of those places that takes advantage of people with lower credit scores, and they aren't very good at that either. Avoid them at all costs!

These guys are cheaters. They show fake ads with low prices on their website and other online forums. When you actually visit either the advertised car does not exist or theprice is very high. On top of that they ask for 899 cad admin fees.they try to trap you in their financial plan. The lady who talked to us was very rude and threatning when we complained about fake listing and high admin fee. We we're ready to pay total car price in cash but they told we don't sell in cash. They add optional services and do not even mention about it, they use different manipulation methods to make you signe without realizing what you signing. They basically steal your money. Went to this “dealership” one day and was interested in 2 cars. Spent about 40-45min waiting for sales manager to speak about details and questions related to car. After 5mins discussion was told that I will be called back tomorrow to answer my questions. And of course, no-one ever called me back. So, reasonable 1 for the service. If you are looking to waste your time please go visit this dealership. I called 3 times in the same day about a car and the dealer " Pierre " confirmed its availability. Last time I called was at 4 pm and I got there at 4h30. When I asked about the car, the dealer insisted that they still have it but they " don't know where it is ". Then suddenly another guy comes in to say that he just sold her 20 mins ago and that the new owner took the car home. So he means to tell me that he paid for the car, filled the paperwork, registered the car and took it home, just under 20 mins. SEEEMS LEGIT. Then the owner comes in trying to scam by showing me the same car in a different color (Same Year) but costs, 33% more. This happened last week, and I said to myself that maybe what they said it true. I just double checked on kijiji, and these scammers posted the same car "that they sold" last week trying to get people to their dealership so they can scam them with other cars. Typical Bait and Switch. Bottom line, don't waste your time .. find another car somewhere else.
