Where do I start??? What a PLEASANT AND FANTASTIC experience I have EVERY TIME I walk into Boulevard Dodge!!! I purchased my JEEP from the most amazing team and I have only great things to so say. Mr. Laurent Blanchard TOP TOP TOP TOP salesman!!! He knows his cars and he was so much fun to do business with! He guided me and even made some recommendations in my options on my vehicle and I am so glad I listened to him!!! A fantastic , charming and all around smile kinda man!! He managed to reduce my stress levels on my car purchase. He loves what he does and it shows. He treated me like his daughter and guided me thru the whole process of my first JEEP purchase!! Next up is Mr. Paul Ladouceur - the General Director!! I met him twice..an elegant and and very sympathic man. Took the time to greet me twice with excellent vibes! I told him how happy I am about my purchase and the PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE his team gives me !!! And finally Mr. Charles Roy - the best technical advisor!!! Takes care of my JEEP. Worst after sale service ever! The sales man Doka just avoids calls. Left car to be cleaned and prepared to be picked up. Forgot to clean. So left car for whole day for nothing. Won’t recommend at all this place. My car is under warranty. Diagnosed the problems. Gilbert forgot to call insurance or even check that i have one and gave me 1000 $ bill. Which resulted in waisting alot time since he ordered new parts. Ended up warranty covers and i only payed 100$. Still was trying to convince me to pay without insurance. Regret doing business there.

My wife and I were warmly welcomed by the receptionists as soon as we stepped in the dealership. We were referred to Hassan Sahi who went above and beyond helping us select a new Jeep for the future. Although we had originally went in for a widebody Scatpack charger, and found out that it would potentially take up to a year to be delivered, we were not disappointed with Hassan's service. He was very knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend Hassan Sahi and this dealership to any one interested. I had a great experience and will definitely come back for that Scatpack in the future ;)

I did a full paid inspection in this place and later on a specific PAID check about a strange sound ... NOTHING According to them ... but discovered later that the car is F****d ... I don't like to complain usually but the service dep. needs a real SERVICE.

Great service, friendly Gilbert was very helpful and pleasant. They fixed the Sat. Nav for our Journey , did some recalls, and replaced a couple of missing items totally for free. They had to keep the car, but we were given a very decent substitute car. Totally recommended.

Terrible service... I was not greeted for at least 20 minutes (I was basically alone and the "receptionists" even made eye contact with me). I then sat down with him (the only person who spoke to me after 20 minutes) to learn about the Fiat 500 cause I was interested, he then pushed me to buy one asking me to bring in the money next week even though I told him I was not ready. I then asked if he had any used 500 in the dealership, and I specifically said IN the actual building, since all the cars are covered in snow outside. He told me that he had one in the building, then guided me outside to a 500 completely covered in snow and he told me to look at it. I asked to see it in the building so that I can go inside and look at a car that wasn't coated with a thick layer of snow. I came in a second time, you know maybe the first time wasn't good, I'll give the place another go. But no, it was still bad, the same guy spoke to me and this time I asked for a test drive, he then told me to test drive a specific 500, which was SOLD, he told me the week before that it was SOLD, then he was asking me to test drive it, I told him that I will not test drive a sold car. Anyways so I asked him to test drive one that wasn't sold and then I asked for a manual. I will admit my manual isn't good, so I told him and he said no problem and I told him that if he didn't want to waste time with a newish manual driver then I would completely understand. Either way I only stalled 2-3 times in the span of 8ish minutes. He also blamed me of "breaking the clutch", trust me I didn't come close to breaking it. Then at one point he was yelling at me the 4th time I stalled and yelled at me to get out of the car and he was speeding all the way back to the dealer. I could say so much more, but all in all, I would say that he didn't know his job very well, he was very pushy and wasn't respectful (he seemed to not listen to me at all, hence the snow covered car, for example). The sad thing is is that I wasn't even going to buy a car and still got very poor service. This is only half of what was bad, once again, so much more to say, but I don't want to write a novel here...
ask for receipt before they do anything, i went for a change of oil and summer Tyre change. plus require manufacturing verification (lubrication and basic verification such as the brake after the vehicle passed 30 000km) they told me it was less than 200Cad (i even asked to pay before but they told me the receipt will only be available at the end )and i ended up with a bill of around 700Cad. with no detail of what they did!!!!!!!

I took an early appointment at 7h30 hoping for my car to be finished within an hour or so because it was for a couple of lug nuts that were cracked on a one year old jeep. The gentleman I dealt with was kinda rude with me from the begining. In a way he was trying to see if I was the cause of them cracking and if I know what I was doing when changing the tires. I asked if I can just sit and wait since I booked it in the morning and I know just to change a few lug nuts shouldn't take more than an hour. Told me straight up "no", that he can offer me shuttle service, I said sure. I asked for a local destination within five 5km told me no again and he will drop me at a near by metro. Not only did I have the wait the entire day to get a call to pick up my car ( which I never received a call for until after I called them), I had to call myself to see wether or not it was done at 17h00 because I needed it for work. Not the first time I've had terrible service here. Don't ever plan on bringing my car back here ever again.
There are car dealer and this place in my opinion is the best place, I had transmission oil change done elsewhere who messed it up , These guys did it right and all the computer updating of all the calibration/whatever and the Dodge van works great, My 4th from this place. Really disappointed with the service department here. Rude and unhelpful staff and the shuttle service is terrible - the driver won't go to certain areas if he doesn't feel like it. Even though it is much further away from my house, from now on I will be going to the dealership on Boulevard des Sources as they are much more efficient and customer focused.
Very unorganized and super messed up. Do not store your tires there. I had a bad experience with their sales department as they were unorganized and gave me different quotes when I went to the financial adviser. On the other hand, their service department is also very unorganized and messy. I went in winter and stored my winter tires there. The next year when I wanted to pickup my tires, they just told me that your tires are not here and the sales person did not tag them when received them from me and they lost my tires. Finally after calling the other dealership and going through multiple phone calls, they could find my tires for me to pick up and now I am not sure whether they are mine or not!
These guys they need to work on their scheduling ,they had ne show up as early as 7:45 for a 1 hour job , that they end up doing after 6 hour wait / the attitude of the head of the maintenance dep and arrogance is unprecedented

It was a bit of a weird experience. The sales people for the new cars are kind of show offs and act as if they own this place (not really helpful) When checking out used cars, we found one with a sold tag on it but the rep told us it wasn t sold only to come back a few minutes later and tell us it was sold _ after I had shown interest in it. It happens i guess... All in all it felt like I wasn t really a valued customer.

I got my wrangler from here, they're good at what they do. I had to have repairs done that should have taken one hour but instead it only took 20 min. I love this place, the people are extremely nice so I don't understand the bad reviews!
Me and My brother walked in with my Grandmother who was looking to buy a new car, This older French Gentleman very rudely says who are you guys with, we then say our grandmother, Now he asks what we are looking for we explain that we're looking for a 7 seater but not the Grand Caravan as my grandmother finds it too long. We know their are other Cars like the Durango, Journey and Pacifica which are 7 seaters, Instead the man says well if you don't like the Grand Caravan we have Nothing. Now I dont like blaming people but I think the man was being rude since we were Anglophones. Thank you.

They have good car options, and the salesman was great, very patient and helpful. But after choosing the vehicle, at the time of financing it, the Finance Manager tried hard to increase the price, saying that the approved interest rate was higher and making me sign the contract quickly without properly reading it. He actually managed to fool me, but I realized that at home and fixed it the next day, and it was not easy at all to fix their "mistake", as I had to threaten to return the vehicle. Overall experience was good, but pay attention not to pay more than what you negotiated.

Overall review 3.5 Experience wasn't the best but it all ended well. Place : Clean and good opening hours. Reception: Welcoming and helpful to get things done. Sale staff: Poor social skills tbh. He did work non the less to negotiate the price and to meet our minimal expectations with a little help of my own. Financial staff: Professional and knew how to answer all our questions. Mechanics : The ones who did the initial inspection were clearly sleeping... They didn't even notice the 5 burned signal lights... I got the car inspected for 280$ by an independent certified garage and they found 3000$ of repairs to be done. Had to go back one more time after the sale was finalized to get my second fog light bulb changed because of miscommunication within the staff... *They can move on certain things. Negotiate, ask for minor repairs. You might get lucky. Personally, I would've preferred buying from a private seller like my previous car, but I ended up buying my Subaru there because I got a fair price even considering the repairs needed.

Just bought my new Jeep Cherokee 2021 Limited X from Boulevard Dodge Chrysler, and I could not be happier! The service is excellent, very friendly and accommodating! I had a small issue with my new truck, the team fixed me up like i was family and quickly! I was in and out within the hour! Thomas El-Zawahery was my sales guy, highly recommend him and his senior team John Scott, they were so helpful and gave me an amazing price! And i checked other dealerships, they offer the best packages and price guaranteed! Christian Rouleau was also very helpful and the cute secretary in front remembered my name and offered me a nice cup of coffee as soon as i walked in! And Pierre from the service area helped with my issues quickly and swiftly, top notch team! They fixed my car after a manufacturer recall in 1hour with a shuttle service. Excellent service but very automatic, only the shuttle driver talked with me and explained to me some stuffs with a human consideration. They should work on human relationship.
I was more knowledgeable about the options/packages being offered on a car than the salesman. I was promised a call-back but never heard from salesman again. I guess they sell $55k Dodge Chargers every day and didn't need my business.. therefore I went elsewhere.

Don't get the warranty. It's a complete was of money and to be honest this place has a poor reputation.
The following is for their repair department, "CarrXpert", not the sales people: THEY SCAM CLIENTS. Terrible, amateurish repair service and they're complete lying scumbags. They told me they replaced my bumper, when I never asked for that. I went to them to get an estimate for some engine noise! Instead, they Glued Back My Old Bumper and claimed they replaced it! (Originally, one corner of it was loose) They also did it very poorly; it's not aligned with any of the other parts, there is half an inch of space on one side between the headlights and the bumper so water drips onto the wiring for the lights and these scumbags refused to give me my car back or repair it. Terrible customer service, they even lied about who they were! The guy in charge said he's just in sales and doesn't know about repairs and their appraiser claimed he's not the appraiser to avoid taking responsibility for not informing me of anything before repairing something on my car that I never asked for! He blamed the insurance company but they proved he's the appraiser who took the decisions. They literally stole my money because I couldn't get home unless I paid them to pick up my car. The Better Business Bureau is dealing with these scumbags now. Do NOT agree to do any repairs here and if they ask you to leave them your car in order to get an estimate DO NOT DO IT. They will charge you for repairs without telling you and then not reimburse you or fix it even though the insurance company said the job would be guaranteed.
It was my first time going to this dealer for service and I would never go back again. Customer service was horrible and in the end my vehicle was not fix.
What a joke this dealership. Probably the worse service I've ever gotten from a car dealership. We walked in at 20:15 PM, no one greeted us. All the sales reps were sitting down in front of the reception desk and just looked at us walk around looking for a vehicle. After 10 minutes, we had to ASK for help. Finally someone decides that they are going to help us. My husband was asking basic questions and the guy couldn't answer any of them. We knew more about the Jeep than he did (trims and features). He couldn't even tell us what his inventory was and if the Jeep we were looking for was in stock. He asked other people who work there and no one could answer what the inventory was. Said he would look for the answer and call us back. Never followed up with us. Waste of time . As if though THEY are doing YOU a favor by selling you a vehicle. We ended up buying our jeep Rubicon from Longue Pointe.

Most terrible place I've ever been. They lied about the replacement and labour fees. They wanted to charge me over 4000$ for alignment for my car almost new with very low kilometer. I refused, they still charge me part of that amount which they probably did nothing on my car. I went to another Jeep Crysler Dealer the next day and they told me there aren't big issues ,and to fix, it would only cost 280$

Dealt with Michel in the parts department over all seasons mats for a 21 Gladiator Mojave. I appreciate him taking the time and explaining the expectations surrounding them being back ordered. While most dealers would have been dismissive he was great.

Bought a new car here. Shiv was the best salesman I ever dealt with. It took me weeks and several appointments to make up my mind about what I wanted but he was always patient and I never felt rushed. So far I'm very happy with my car and with this place, although I haven't dealt with the service department yet. When that time comes I hope to have a five start experience with them as well. I will update this review only if that is not the case.
Best team ever. Hassine, our salesman, went above and beyond for us. Right from the start, it was obvious our satisfaction was the most important thing. He did everything in his power to get us our dream Jeep. Thanks again; we still cannot believe it. Mr. Rouleau, the financial director, was great also. He made absolutely sure that the terms of our purchase were just as we wanted them and gave us precious advice for the future. Our car was delivered by a young lady who was just starting off. She made sure to get the answers to all of our questions and wasn't afraid to say she wasn't sure when it was the case. She was also assisted by another young lady who was very nice and great to work with. Together, they took care of everything for us (trade in, paperwork, etc.). Overall, we loved our experience at this dealership and will not hesitate to recommend this great team to people we know.

I wanna thank the salesman Thomas for his service. I went to the store couple weeks ago, with my mom and we were looking for a Promaster, Thomas immediately reserved a used car for us, everything went very smooth, fast and in a efficient pace. Thomas is very enthusiastic, smart and conversable, he did answer everything we need to know. Although eventually we didn't make it, because it took too long waiting for the car and we already got a van somewhere else, but that was such a wonderful experience!

Service centre: They messed up my order and I had to wait an extra day to get my car fixed (it was supposed to be same day service, I booked weeks ahead). Despite me calling them all day to make sure it was getting fixed. They lied to me and told me it was up on the jack when in fact it was just sitting in the lot where I’d left it. Not awesome. BUT they were so damn apologetic and nice and they did eventually fix my car. Could have been a better experience but not a nightmare compared to what can happen at these service centres!!
Thieves, Bought my car for a recall service at first they had told me that would be for free of charge. Next day later received a called from the service department saying that there is something wrong it the car would cost you $550.00 fix it. Then i have decide not to get it repaired i called them and said i don't want my car fixed. 20 Minutes received an email from ALLAN VALENTE saying that there would be a charge for $85.00 inspection your car. I have to really argument with them and they had still charge me $50.00 for just nothing. Long story short i would never go back to this place and also i don't recommend. I should check the reviews before giving them my car. Don't waste your money . Stay Away from this place they will rob you. Total crooks . I'm pretty sure the positive review on here are from friends. There is no way that real customers are actually happy with this place.
The dealer did a great job. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler and the salesman Bahjat is attentive to the details and in 2 days I received the car. If you want to buy a car, look for the Bahjat.
Worst place i have been to, they just know how to snatch money from people, I was coming here from months for same problem. They gave thousands of dollars bill, and issued was not resolved until I met Van Raimondo(service manager). He is finest person amongst all there. Great person with problem solving skills, understood problem and resolved for me. Thanks very much .

Best garage if you have time to waist! I had a recall call to change something called EGR. Appointment for Monday morning. I call them on Tuesday to see if it is done, they said they have to order the piece and that they will have it Thursday. They knew what is this recall about, and what piece they will need, why they didn’t schedule me for Thursday, I don’t know. I lost 2 days for nothing.
I'd give it 5 stars if salesmen weren't holding a cigarette in their mouth in the showroom as I walk in and looking at the cars and avoided me as I made eye contact. Overall good service afterwards.

I bought a brand new 2017 Dodge caravan at this dealership without inspecting the car properly by myself, because I trusted the business from the years of history that it has been operating. The van's tire light lid up within a week and we barely used the car yet, and took it to the dealership to figure out the issue and the mechanic said nothing was wrong with it and as soon as I drove out of there the light was back on and I turned back. The mechanic continued saying that nothing is wrong with it and clearly is trying to get rid of me. Overall the purchase experience was not very pleasant, the business does not seem to care about their customer after the purchase or to even think about the opportunity of making future sales by keeping a good relationship with their clients.
Great all around service from the moment i walked in Dokk took care of me and made sure i got the best deal possible for my new 2019 Wrangler JL. I had shopped around at other Jeep dealerships but never felt taken care of like i did dealing with Dokk. If anyone needs a Jeep used or new he's the guy to see!

The prices they charge for an oil change or filter change are ridiculous. Also they can take an entire day to do simple car maintenance. Only positive thing I can say is Gilbert provides really great customer service! He knows how to do his job and treats customers very well, definitely miles ahead of other staff there who I've had very rude interactions with.
Dodge dealers is my favourite place for two ✌ reason :place is very neat and clean, parts available almost every time, sometimes prices are even better than some other places. People are nice at the parts center. They are experienced and friendly.

Mr. Laurent Blanchette took care of me like a king as always he is patient always smiling and makes you feel at ease no pressure ,you take your time and ask as many questions that you want. Simply a pleasure to deal with him. Moving from him to the Director of finance Christian Rouleau another fine gentleman does not push to sell anything if you don't need it again showing honesty in every department .Where else can I walk in to the office of the Director General Mr. Paul Ladouceur and feel that I am talking to a friend it's truly amazing he his always available to speak to his customers and always with respect and a big smile. Could you even believe I met this time two new members that I did not have a chance to meet before and again no surprise how gentle and nice they were. The first is Vincent Ladouceur soft spoken ,young ,brilliant and dynamic pleasure to work with. The second is Mr. Ryan Goudjil Director of sales fine gentleman again exceptionally nice patient lots of experience with many good solid tips and all around good person. A department that I get to see throughout the year a few times is the service department the team also there are great. For years I dealt with Mr. Van and today with Mr. Gilbert always very courteous and accommodating. In conclusion it is rear these days to find such fine 5 star red carpet service . I replaced my summer tires here and after 2 months on my vacation in Toronto, I realized a terrible sound from front left wheel, so I stopped the car and found out there is space between wheel and bearing. I called the road assistance and my car got towed to the closest Jeep dealership. They unlocked the cap on the rim, and they realized 2 lug bolts fell out and 3 of them were very loose. I talked with the service department in Toronto and he told me the tire didn’t tighten correctly and this issue could have happened in 50 km or 5000 km or in one week or in one year. That cost me one day of my vacation and 1200$ to change bearing and fixing the issue. I called the Boulevard dealership and the service manager told me that it has been 2 months passed from the date that I changed the tire and someone has tried to steal my wheel and I told him there is a cap on the rim which is locked and it is meaningless that someone unlocked the cap and then opened two lug blots and then put the cap back and locked it but in response he told me again that 2 months has been passed from changing the tire. The last sentence that service manager told me was he is in the business and makes money. Three days ago, I went to replace my winter tire in oher Chrysler Jeep dealership in Montreal, and I talked with service department. When they saw my wheel and rim, they told me it is impossible that someone wanted to steal the tire with the cap locked on the rim like this. I attached the photo of my wheel which shows the locked cap on it and opened cap in Toronto Chrysler Jeep dealership. The only thing that matters is if the tire came off while driving that could be life danger for myself and other cars in the road. I don’t recommend them at all as they don’t care about safety of their customers.
DON'T BUY A CAR HERE... The sales person will tell you anything you want to hear. Then you are stuck with Mr. Van. The worst rudest human being on the planet. They will try to cheat you every step of the way. The service team could care less about you and your car. They sold me a car with one key. It's normal they said. Then later, complaining, I was told my salesman was a drunk and had probably lost the other two Sets of keys. I still didn't get any extra keys. What a joke of a dealership.
I have a lease with this dealership on my brand new Jeep Wrangler. I have asked them via email 2 times and 2 times via the phone to provide me a copy of the lease as I cant find the original due to a new email system. I have literally received zero responses either from the sales rep I had or the front office staff. They want your money and dont give a flying fig once they get it. I believe my only option is to literally go and drive 30-45 min to the dealership in person and demand a copy. BUT ITS 2019!!! THAT SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE!
This is hands down the worst place I have ever taken my vehicle. I spent one thousand dollars to fix whatever was causing my check engine light and my traction control light to go on, both lights turned back on immediately after I left the lot. Assuming this would be covered I returned to have them do the job properly. They preceded to gouge me for another 2 thousand dollars, and did not even succeed in fixing the traction control. Every aspect of the experience was terrible.
I never write reviews but this dealership really deserves one. I went with my girlfriend to look for a new car and everything was so fast and straightforward. It was literally the best service we ever had. The chemistry was also top noch. The dealer who ended up helping us was Carson so if any of you get a chance to have him as your dealer, not only you'll have a great time but he will surely find the best car for you.

I bought a New 2017 Grand Caravan 2 years ago and i started having issue with the paint on my hood. Luckily i a am told that its covered by warranty. The problem is i am told that my hood was already repainted before, since i am not aware of this repair i am assuming that when i bought the van the hood was repainted. Basically i feel cheated!!!

Fast lane oil change service counter was not staffed. Once I asked staff who told me the counter was not used, I queued at the regular (and crowded) service counter. The oil changed itself was done in no time. BUT, you then have to get in line again at the counter to get your bill, before being tranafered again to the billing counter... where the attendant is busy on the phone. all very inefficient at best! Of course I could not pay while waiting either. Certainly does not live up to the claim of a speedy service. Wasn't always like that though at that dealer...

Worst dealership I have ever known... When I was looking for a business car to buy supplies for our restaurant, they weren't willing to sacrifice anything to make the deal worth signing the contract. Now that we have a 2014 fiat 500L in the family and want to update the GPS at a dealership because it hasn't been updated for a while, they don't offer the service anymore... Never going to recommend this place even if it means we have to go out of Montreal. Disgusting service...
