I'm not one to bash a business, but unfortunately I have to let you all know to not go to Speedy Glass for any kind of aftermarket parts. I decided to go get a back rack and side steps for my truck in November and after 7 attempts at trying to get the proper hardware, the order was still incorrect and so I decided to just cut my losses and make do with the hardware they had given me (which was for the wrong year and model). Three months after having installed the steps, the parts started to chip and rust. So I brought them in to get replaced in March and low and behold they got the wrong ones...again. After having given them more than enough chances, I tried to return them only to be told that they "couldn't" refund me because I paid cash. Long story short, DON'T BUY ANY PARTS AT SPEEDY!!!!

Extremely friendly & knowledgeable service. They were able to take me as soon as I called to inquire. Woman at front desk (Rebecca I believe) was very sweet. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Every staff member we saw was friendly and happy. I had a windshield chip and I was in and out of there in 15-20 minutes. Very pleasant experience!

I cannot believe the wonderful service I received from this business. I had a good size cracking my windshield and they were kind enough to come pick up my vehicle from work the same day to fix it. It really means a lot from someone who works odd hours or cant get off of work in time to do these appointments. The staff were very kind too. I think a lot of businesses could learn a thing or two from Speedy Glass Cornwall and how they treat their clients.

Had to get a windshield repaired, It's like new again after a full replacement. Went in as a "blind customer" wasn't aware of everything just wanted it fixed. Needless to say their service was quick, professional and the price was right. They let us know of all the warranties on the work they did and provided a bunch of needed info. I recommend Speedy Glass.

Finally 5 stars ! After much adoo and countless calls to their service line the owner took care of the mix up with the tint job on our suv for free and timely. Well done Jim,thanks. But their parent company needs to make their customer service call center actually work and be fully BILINGUAL meaning English too , it is the law after all.

This place is pathetic. We made an appointment just this past Wednesday but apparently these geniuses decided they would instead be closed 3 days later on Saturday. No one called to cancel our appointment. There was even a sign on the door saying open until 12pm on Saturday (Our appt was at 10:45am). No one called to cancel and no one answered when we tried to call on Saturday. Very unprofessional. We will be going with Uniglass instead. They have better reviews and were our first choice anyways but we decided to use Speedy because we thought we could get it done sooner. Speedy's have always kind of been like the McDonald's of auto repair anyways. This local shop can't be trusted.
