My wife purchased a 2012 Chrysler from Seaway Hyundai in May of 2020 , the safety was somewhat , a bogus , as after picking up the car from the safety , it only had heat on one side , the drivers side only , a well known problem with a Chrysler 200 , she returned it to them and I explained heater core was a common problem , the car spent an entire month in the garage , till the 30 days warranty were up , and was returned to her saying the problem was fixed and gave her a work order saying a new heater core was installed , only to realize at the first day of winter there was no heat again, after an inspection at another local garage it was discovered that the heater core was never changed and another over 1000 dollars to replace , I called Seaway and was told because she took it to another garage they didn't want to talk about it , I have the paper work showing the install of the heater core from there and the second garage less then six months apart, Buyer beware if you purchase a used car from a dealership, spend the money on a second garage safety , lesson well learned would never recommend Seaway Hyundi to anyone when i picked up her summer tires in June the sales man will not say his name , but his comment was sorry it didn,t pan out for you , lol.

Pretty Disappointed... my daughter brought her car that she bought at this dealership for an oil change... they convinced her to get a "promo Maintenance Package" basically check to make sure everything is still fine.. car was working fine when she brought it in... (we understand it's an older used car 2011) she got it back with SEVERAL issues... we fixed some on our own... and I got a competent mechanic friend to take as second look... took their $3000 estimate repairs costs to less then $200... I even called the owner which i know and spoke to the service manager as well... oh bring it in we'll check it for another hundred and some bucks... thanks but no thanks and last time I do business there!

I wanted to edit my review and just state that I was disappointed that when I called for a help getting a part number - the Parts Department refused to give me the part number. I’m finding that this might be common practice at most dealers. I thought being an owner/part of the Hyundai family/potential new car buyer, they would of given out the part number. Overall, however, I really like this dealership. In negotiating the price of a car we did not end up purchasing, they were flexible and respectful. I have also gone in to the Service Center and have gotten good help and customer service.

Every single time I bring my car here service/recall my car seems to leave in worse condition in some way than when it went in. I have the second star in spite of this due to friendly staff at the counter. Edit for reply: The first time I was quoted a price of $800 for something that may not fix the problem and if it didn't fix it there was no offer of refund. I then attempted a few fixes myself and solved the problem for $60. The second was a recall. After this recall my vehicle is running worse than when my car arrived at your garage. I can honestly say I would not even bring my car back to your for a recall again.

Update: November 24, 2020 Thank you for replying Marc however if you'd have contacted me directly I could have told you exactly why I was upset with my service and it had nothing to do with being forced into buying a vehicle (definitely not, they were not at all pushy) nor waiting for it but not quite as long as it was taking and not any one person's fault. But, regardless, it was sorted out nicely afterwards and we ended up with a beautiful Kona Ultimate ???? we are very happy with our purchase and I'm quite sure that my experience was not the norm considering the special circumstances surrounding our purchase. I'm sure we will come back for our next purchase as well. Also I want to say how much I appreciate Tim following up with me multiple times to ensure everything is well and a big thanks to Jay because I'm sure I gave them both grey hair lol. Thank you Hyundai! We love our Purchase! Previously: I've changed my review based on the time and effort it's taking to get the vehicle I've asked for. It's already been 2 weeks to secure financing based on request after request after request for income verification by the bank with days between communications AFTER being told it was all approved 2 days in. Initially I was told a week to two weeks for the vehicle I ordered but, nowI'm getting a new older model in that time frame or wait 3 to 4 weeks for the car I was promised. I'm sure I will still love the car but the experience is one I wouldn't want again. I feel misled and as if I'm a bother for expecting and asking for what I was promised. Realistic expectations for the customer are a must in customer care. I'd not have expected anything more had I not been told so and wouldn't feel disappointed instead of excited over what was a very happy event in the beginning.

Waited 2 hours for a tire swap (already on rims), an oil change and then last minute they checked to see if the tires were aligned which added on an extra 20 minutes. Was in at 2:30, left after 4:30. Staff are super nice and very attentive, just the service in the garage is extremely slow which is a little disappointing. An average oil change here takes well over 1 hour which is a very long time. But overall still a great place and friendly staff.

If you want decent service, may I suggest Hawksbury Hyundai, where I was informed that the work I need done is actually covered by a warranty. Cornwall Hyundai would not inform me on that.
