This is a long overdue thank-you to the staff and mechanics at Notman Chrysler in Cornwall, ON. At the beginning of a driving trip from Toronto to Newfoundland we ran into truck trouble near Cornwall at noon on New Year's Eve. After waiting 3 nights for businesses to re-open after the holiday, Notman got us in first thing on Jan 3rd and had us back on the road by lunch. We really appreciated the quick and accommodating service and want to acknowledge all the exceptionally friendly people we encountered during our time in Cornwall.

I found myself in urgent need of replacing an existing vehicle. After browsing Riverside's inventory, after hours, I noticed a Ram Truck that had the features I was interested in. After speaking with the salesman, Mike, I received honest, upfront information in both regards to the details of the truck and all of the costs associated with the deal, there where no surprises. The finance person, Kim, was also straight up and helpful, both where a pleasure to deal with. I have owned a business involving sales, service and advocating for the consumer for many years. He is by far the most patient, understanding and; dare I say it, honest car salesman I have ever met! We will never buy anywhere else! But it doesn’t end there! Purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200, contacted Riverside in 2017 because it was still under warranty at the time and there was the starting of rust only on 1 side where you could tell it was a seal issue, but because Riverside could not get us in PRIOR to the warranty being up (though we called over a week in advance) when we took it in they said because it was now over the warranty they would not honour it. Have spoke with multiple dealerships (including another Chrysler dealership) and they all said it should have been honoured because we contacted them about it. I will NEVER buy from Riverside and always tell people about the poor service we received, and I will NEVER buy another Chrysler.

From the time I walked in, the whole staff was fantastic. Worked out an excellent deal with Clifton on my new vehicle. Had rust proofing done, I was brought in back where the staff was great. Every detail of the rust proofing process was explained. I left with an excellent car deal and the best car buying experience I've ever had!

Last Friday while travelling to Newfoundland we lost a wheel from our truck on the 401 outside Cornwall, just 6 hours into our trip. We had the truck towed to Riverside Chrysler. My wife and I just want to give a huge thank you to Service Advisor, Mike, all the maintenance staff and the rest of the employees at Riverside. Mike got the crew working on our truck right away and got us back on the road less than 3 hours after arriving there. He reassured us without over-promising that they would do everything they could to get us back on the road in a safe vehicle in time to stay on schedule. Everyone from reception to sales personnel helped to put us at ease and make a very stressful situation a little better. They were the ultimate professionals. They did a great job making the necessary repairs for a fair price and we give them our highest recommendation if you are looking to purchase a vehicle or require maintenance on your existing vehicle.
