Most definitely the best service I ever had from a car dealership! My car broke down while traveling to Montebello and they have gone above and beyond expectations to research the problem and fix the situation. Throughout the repairs I got frequent feedback, they pucked me up at my hotel 25 min. Away and provided a car so i could travel Back to Montreal while continuing to test the car. Wow! Spent 1100 and problem not fixed.Truck only worth 2000 does not make a lot of sense.By law dealer must make contact when bill gets to 500.NIssan rendezvous believes leaving messages on a cell that does not take messages is contact or calling and if they do not get a reply that means they have the go ahead to continue repairs.Only message I received I called back but spoke to another person at service but he told me they were not working on it all the time but made no mention of the bill so I assumed it was less than 500 and I believe at the time it was.The next time rendezvous called the bill is 2000 but reduced it to 1100 but problem not repaired.By law a dealership must get approval when the bill exceeds 500 and leaving messages is not approval.Will never buy another Nissan and will tell others to do the same.They can not repair their own vehicles. maybe I will open a garage charge 1000 and not fix anything good business.I Will be taking them to court. Rendezvous Nissan gets -10 go elsewhere to behaviour vehicles.

Worst car buying experience yet. Purchased a used car from the dealership only to have to replace a blown strut 3 weeks later. The car was dirty and not well kept. Ran a carproof on the car 3 weeks later after noticing the body panels didn't line up properly and found it had over $14000 worth or repairs due to 3 seperated accidents. This was never disclosed by the salesman. I've tried to work with the manager to no avail. I would hope that the general public does not get treated in the same manner as i did. Very disappointed with this dealership and the service. I will not be returning for any car purchases. Steer clear.

Been going to RDVZ Nissan for a few years now without any complaints, that is until recently. I made a service appointment to have my breaks checked and while I was there they informed me that I had both tyrod-ends(sp?) to change on my vehicle. They told me that one of them wasn't in as bad of shape as the other, so I asked them to fix the worst one and that I would come back in the weeks to come to fix the other one. They just so happened to be booked solid though through the month of November so I decided to schedule an appointment at another garage to have the other tyrod-end changed, only for the mechanic to tell me that my tyrod-ends are both in fine shape... Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

I'm really angry. I have to express my opinion. im from Montreal. two weeks ago I saw a Nissan car here. I am very interested. Two weeks later, they asked me to discuss the price. But now the province is closed. Before I go to the rendezvous Nissan, I confirmed with them whether it was possible to travel from Quebec to Ontario because the bord is close. They clearly said yes,!! Not worry but when I drove across the provincial border, the police stopped me and told me that I could not enter Ontario if u pass u will get a thousand dollars ticket !!!!! Rendez-vous Nissan. U are excellent dealership! Wasting my three hours in my life for nothing. Thank u so much for you Excellent service!!!

Shady place. I live a few hours away so I took to asking questions and negotiating via phone/email prior to driving out there. First off, I couldn't really get a clear picture of the history of the used vehicle that I was inquiring about. I spoke to 2 different agents and each said something different - one said it was purchased from another garage and the other that it was purchased at an auction. I also asked about whether the vehicle was safetied and both agents said no, only for 1 of them to turn around in the next email and say it was safetied. When I asked about CarProof they would just tell me it hasn't been in any accidents etc. It was like pulling teeth to get them to actually send me a CarProof. Even now that I have a copy I'm not sure it's even for the same vehicle because of how shady they acted. Second, I wanted to trade in a vehicle as part of the deal so that I'd only pay tax on the difference between the two vehicles. I had already had my car appraised at 3 different dealers and all were within +/- $50 (fifty) of eachother. Rendezvous Nissan appraised it at $4k (four THOUSAND) less. When I told them how much lower their appraisal was than the others, they "called some wholesalers" and found that they could now get me $2k higher, which is still $2k less than the others dealers. Anyway, the used vehicle prices seem quite good here, but you really don't know what you're getting. I don't know about you but I'm not looking for a can of worms when I buy a used car. This place seems far too shady for me to trust and so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Oh, and before I forget they're also quite pushy. Many emails or phone conversations ended with "what can I do to earn your business?" or "when can you come take a test drive?". Nope, nope, NOPE.

I drove to Hawkesbury to see a used SUV they had for sale. The car was in good shape, so we made an offer, but it was quickly refused. At the end, we knew they weren't going to budge from the set price, so we agreed to pay the full amount in cash. The salesman replied that the owner wouldn't like that. So I asked him why and he replied that the owner wants us to finance the vehicle so he can collect interest on the car loan because, we were explained, that's how he makes his money. We insisted in paying cash, so the salesman added 6 months of interest (an additional $756) to the price it was listed for. Then he came back with another deal which was to get a 60 months loan that we could pay back the balance after 6 months. We would save $200 this way, he elaborated. We didn't agree and told him we would think about it... and left totally disgusted. I've never been punished for paying the full price of a car in cash. This is the first time, it's ever happened to me and, believe me, it's the last time. People who do these kinds of deals are greedy and they'll try to screw any customers for extra dollars. I don't think that it's legal to charge extra for people who have the cash to pay in full for anything. I will report this tothe Better Business Bureau. In some provinces, like Alberta, the price of a car is what the customer pays for... and no extra charges can be added, except for taxes. The price must include everything. I really don't recommend this place to anyone. BTW, we found a similar vehicle about 5 km from our place for $4.000 less.

Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought my 2017 honda civic touring with an extended warranty that the previous owner purchased. 3 MONTHS and 5 DAYS after i purchased it, i had to bring it in to a honda dealership (thinking it would be covered under my warranty) because a light on my dashboard showed up indicating to release my emergency brake and it wasn’t on...? According to honda there was work done somewhere else other than a honda dealership and that person damaged my emergency brake harness when installing it. I then called Rendez Vous Nissan and they informed me that they do a very minimal inspection of the vehicle before selling it, so that wasn’t a part that they even check or look at.... so when they tell you that they do a “thorough inspection” of your car before selling it to you, that’s an outright LIE!!!!!! Honda and another dealership both told me that it should have been part of Rendez Vous Nissan’s inspection of the vehicle and they should have realized and then fixed it before selling it to me because it’s a safety issue... so basically the bill just came out of my pocket and I’m left to feel like i bought a sketchy vehicle from a sketchy dealership.... SOOOOOOOOOO frustrating!!!!! ????

Had a mixed experience with this dealership. I narrowed down my search to a few cars and one was here. Did most of my trade in evaluations online using a mix of apps or emailing information however this was the only dealership that would not even offer a rough range remotely. I headed to Hawkesbury from Ottawa and test drove the car which was well priced. Get back and get by far the lowest trade offer on the car (and it has also been seen twice by dealerships in person to avoid any doubt that my car was in bad shape and the online quotes were skewed) - this appears to be a trend here having seen other reviews. Spent a lot of time driving and negotiating and got nowhere, however Mike was a pleasant enough guy. I feel if you were buying outright there are good deals to be had but do your research for trade in value because you could get your pants pulled down on that end of the deal and end up paying a lot more compared to vehicles of the same price. I would go back again to buy outright but not to trade.

Our experience with the place was pretty infuriating. I'll try to remain factual here. We went to this dealer because there was a great deal on their website for a car we've been planning on purchasing. We took an appointment two days prior to our visit and when we arrived we were made to wait for 45 minutes. After that wait, the dealer told us that, visibly, that price was a mistake and that he didn't have any margin to negotiate the price. He then asked us if we would be interested in exchanging the car we drove in with and we asked him to check how much he could give us. He gave us a price, which was lower then what we were willing to sell for, telling us that "he was doing us a service and that the dealer didn't make any money on taking in our car", and so we refused the car exchange and asked him the total price for the car. He gave us a total price, informing us that we'd have to pay 280$ for embossing, 30$ for gas and 10$ that goes to consumer protection (which, by the way, is stated on their website as already being calculated in the price). We told him his price was good to us and that if he lowered it a couple hundreds, we'd sign here and there. He came back, said it was fine, we shook on it and came back with a contract...that had our car in exchange (with, I will add, a price higher than the one he offered us to purchase it, I find it very generous that they are willing to actually pay me on top of their already benevolent act of free car exchange [sarcastic opinion intended]). He ended up giving us the "real price" which was, of course, higher and we objected. The surprise charges, the mistake in car exchange and the wait had shortened our fuse by a lot and we ended up mentioning that it simply wasn't right to add the charges we talked about previously to the car and that mentioning over and over again that the pricing was a mistake was not a good excuse and that we could be calling consumer protection for something like that. The dealer went to get his boss, who we could hear from our seats being quite aggressive and saying [I'm translating here to keep everything in English] that we didn't know what we were talking about and that we should be calling consumer protection if we had an issue. He ended up coming to talk to us, with a condescending tone and making no compromise. We left, frustrated. There are a lot of deals out there, no one should have to deal with that kind of service.
