Stopped to buy a chain for my 10 year old son's dirt bike....$100! For a standard size 420 dirt bike chain, for a little 90cc dirt bike! Really? $100! Ripped off. Needed another chain a few days later for another bike, so went to Bob's Cycle and paid $21! BIG DIFFERENCE! Won't go here again.

Had a terrible experience with service department. Brand new bike broke less then a month of owning it they wouldn't cover it under warranty and charged me for looking at it. They also wouldn't even help on the price of replacement part. I ordered online from another dealer and after shipping fees I still saved about 100$

i learned to ride a motorcycle at the ripe young age of 53! It was part of my bucket list. Not knowing the inner workings of motorcycles, i had to rely on mechanics. i quickly learned the value between a mechanic of integrity and a money grabbing shop. Being in Cornwall, i needed the servics of a good motorcycle mechanic. Some whom i asked told me not to use Irwin's because they alwys overcharged and didn't use top class mechanics. i could name nams here but! Instead, i stuck with my original feeling of using Irwin's. My gut was, as usual, right s rain. Not only were they efficient but open to discussing a clien't fears and concerns and as for pricing....... motorcycles are not cheap to repair and a loaf of bread no longer costs $0.25! When you are travelling or live in Cornwall, Ontario and need work done on an of your Honda tools (or toys :) ), i highly recomment Irwin Supply. Jim S. Honda VTX1300.

If I Could Give ZERO Stars, I Would. This was one of the worst Customer Service experiences I have ever had. The younger guy behind the counter asked my husband if he wants to put a price tag & bike lock on me because “you can never trust women”. I chalked it up to a smart ass trying to be funny. The mechanic explained it’ll cost about $250 for repairs on my husband’s street bike. We were impressed and excited for the price and to have the bike back. When it came time to pick up the bike, their “repairs” were Zip Ties and we were blindsided by a $400+ bill. Who knew Zip Ties cost $400+!?!?! This place is NOT worth the time OR money.

Staff Mark was great! Was looking at a Yamaha MT09. I didn't feel pressured like other dealerships, ie "sign here to reserve it." Mark was wonderful and professional in answering all my questions about the bike and the buying process. In the end, I didn't buy the bike and even when I told Mark that Mark was kind and accepting and said I could come by anytime with any questions. I would recomend Irwin Supply and speaking with Mark if you are looking for a non-pressued buying experience.

Happy with the product I bought, was poorly assembled, pins that should have been installed holding body panels together weren't installed causing a wire to pull apart and break. Not sure why you get charged for PDI when they abviously don't do it. I emailed the salesman who sold me the sled figured it was a good place to start, 2 weeks later no response. Don't expect alot of help I guess after you spend just under 20,000.

The customer service is awful... they don't stand behind their word, dishonest, not helpful and even rude. We have tried to buy things several times and have had to go elswhere on each occasion. Update : They have done what they could to rectify the issue. Appreciated.
