Painful experience trying to buy a new vehicle.

I had the best experience at this dealership when I was buying my 2021 RAM limited. This dealership is extraordinary and very customer oriented. They are there to assist the customers period. Despite the COVID-19 Pandemic, this dealership was able to get me a RAM 2021 limited model within 4--6 weeks of working with them. Prior to this, I had visited 4 other dealerships in search for the same truck and made several deposits. But this dealership came through for me. Julien, Alex and Carl Parent are amazing human beings, let alone, great people to work with. I trust this dealership very much and thank you for being a great dealership. I will do business again and again and I have referred other people to this dealership given my excellent experience.

Hawkesbury Chrysler....where do I begin...3 weeks ago, I bought a 43,000$ car there...Upon delivery of the vehicle,the car was poorly cleaned, the windshield washer fluid was not filled and I had NO owner's manual in the car. Now the car that I gave in exchange had a loan on it. No problem you think ??? I believe they gave my bank a check that bounce NSF. Because you see the payment for my old vehicle went thru and the payment for the new vehicle is coming in 1 week. Whatever you do,don't ever buy a car there,they will find a way to screw you like they did to me. I will file another review if they don't deal with that problem very fast and to my satisfaction.

Not impressed with service department... Jeep Wrangler went in for maintenance only to find out that more work was need but never told. if this was done from the get go the extra work would have cost less than it would have after the fact... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!

I went today and would never hesitate to go back.They did what was required..and did something else that needed done,that I had asked for..if they could.. And they could.And they did. It was a Friday afternoon around 4 pm, and we dropped into Hawkesbury Chrysler with the intent of just checking out the 2019 Dodge Ram Laramie. We are from Toronto but wanted to buy locally since we have purchased our home in Hawkesbury. The staff were open to our comments, and quickly realized we knew what we were looking for. Although they did not have the exact model in stock, they promised they would find “our RAM” in no time. Sure enough they delivered! Not only did we get the RAM of our dreams, we got an excellent deal from Hawkesbury Chrysler. There’s something to be said about small town service! It was outstanding and yes, it felt like home! Thank you Hawkesbury Chrysler!

Nothing but dishonesty. Standard computer reset that takes 30min. Told me it takes 3 hrs (300$ plus tax) and is probably something else wrong (not true) Brought it to jiffy $80 tax in. Heard lots of other horror stories from this garage. Beware stay away!

Bill of sale shows I was charged for a colour vehicle. Upon explaining they offered a credit in the service department, but when I tried to redeem my credit they wouldn’t. Never thought in a small town you couldn’t take a person to their word. Not the end by far, I’ll provide Dodge Canada with my error filled bill of sale, glad to see the salesperson was promoted to sales manager!

I originally went to trade my car in the fall, I didn't like the service or the pushiness to purchase new. I went back in March giving them a second shot wanting to buy a new vehicle at this point. I was told the car was mine and after constantly needing to follow up was told it was sold by the other dealer. Then I inquired about ordering new and asked to be called and nothing....obviously they don't want nor need my business. I dislike having to chase a salesman for information and for a car. Taking my business elsewhere. And having to run after them to get my registration and deposit back.

Honestly worst dealer experience of my life. Went in to see what we could get as a trade in value. Never truly managed to get a price out of them. All they said was you’re going to have to work with us for your monthly rate if you want a truck. After going over options with the sales rep and repeating many times that we wanted to think about it and didn’t feel it was right for us, he went to go get the sales manager. Folks, if you look young don’t try dealing with them. I have never been spoken to with such condescension in my life. Needless to say I cut that conversation very short and will absolutely never return to this dealer.

Long story short. We were in the middle of a trip where we hit mechanical problems that had us practically stranded. Limped our way to their shop to see that they weren’t open yet, but they were there and invited us in anyways. Explained our problem and situation. Even with them having already an absolutely full schedule in what was a short day for them, they squeezed us in and managed to get us back up and on our way very fast. Commendable service and went above and beyond to help us. I wish my shop were that helpful and caring. If I’d live in that part of the province they’d be my shop from now on.
