We brought our 2012 Ford truck in for an oil change and splash guards in preparation for a long trip. Two hours into our trip we smelled oil. We thought it may have been from the recent oil change. As we continued the smell worsened. We pulled over and checked for leaks only to find that the tech never put the oil cap on. Our like new truck now dripping with oil from this. We looked around and luckily found the oil cap on the battery. After topping off the oil and cleaning up the mess the best we could, continued on our venture. The sad part of this is, we brought it to a Ford dealer so trained techs would do the work. We could have taken it to any fast lube business or local mechanic and we would have gotten better service. This type of work is not acceptable by any Ford dealership and their techs. Be careful before visiting Frenchie's Ford.

Not sure about the sales side, but service is awful. They charged me an hour for a 5 minute troubleshoot and tried to sell me $550 worth of parts for something that cost me $20 to fix.

Would strongly suggest another Ford dealership I bought my 2011 f-150 from them with an extended warranty. The truck broke down and I brought it to them myself ,on a Tuesday they told me it would be looked at before end of day Friday at 4:50 pm Friday still not looked at . Monday at noon I call they calmed it would need $9999.82 in work not covered by warranty. I repaired it myself at a cost of $1582.24 and what they calmed the issue was, wasn’t at all the problem . I returned to them showing what was done and they stated “that they where going to make it right” but after eight day and four phone calls never returned ,I went to there shop and was told that there ase certified mechanic with four colleges was right and I was wrong and that they weren’t going to pay me a dime. I made a phone call to the asc warranty company and received a check for my parts four days later . In a nutshell I fix my truck with my mechanical knowledge and YouTube and the ase certified four college mechanic with every tool and diagnostic tool in there shop failed. And to date there is just shy of 10000 mile on my repair. Do yourself a favor just Drive to someone who believes in customer service and won’t try to take advantage of you or family

I used Frenchie's Ford as the dealership to handle ordering the 2021 Bronco. Ted was informative and professional through the entire process, from my reservation to delivery day. There were a few delays from Ford which Ted was very timely in sharing with me. He promised to sell at MSRP in a time in which dealerships are taking advantage of the Bronco and adding ridiculous markups. My bronco was sold at MSRP. They fit me into a busy Friday afternoon and in less than 90 minutes I was driving home in my new bronco. I would recommend Frenchie's Ford for anyone looking for a vehicle, especially someone looking to order a new bronco.

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and didn’t get it back until the next Tuesday. No loaner cars available so they said. Cost over $1,000, you would think a loaner was something they could do for such a large bill. I will never go back to Frenchies. Too bad I love Fords and my husband is in the market for a new truck but wouldn’t go there to purchase.

Took my F-150 there to be serviced. High beams wouldn't turn off. I told them what the problem was. They wanted to charge me $500 to fix it. I declined, and took the truck home and fixed it myself for $80 and only took me 10 minutes. I get a bill over a month later for $99 because they looked at it for an hour, even though I told them the problem, which only took me a 5 minute Google search. I will not go back for anymore services and I would not recommend for anybody else to go there either. Also took my truck in last year for a weird noise it was making, they claimed it to be the turbo, so charged me $500 for that service and that was never the problem.
