Our son's Rav4 broke down in Montreal after getting mostly water at a Shell station on his way home from Fredericton. CAA towed them to Cornwall Toyota at 3 am, where he dropped the keys and found a hotel. The next morning we called the service department and they were VERY accommodating. Picked him up from the hotel, then drove him to get a rental car so he could get home to Whitby for Family Day while they drained, flushed and fixed the problem. They even took it to get its Drive Clean test, since the vehicle wasn't going to make the Whitby appointment I had booked. They were very good about explaining the problem to me, saving a sample of the bad fuel, and sending the paperwork through to me for our insurance claim. (Too bad they are too far from Whitby for my Highlander service......)

I don't like spending time in any garage waiting for oil changes or anything else pertaining to a car, but I must say Cornwall Toyota is a great place to wait. A lovely showroom, nice salesmen, a nice lounge, in general an okay place to wait. Also Cornwall is a lot easier to get around than Ottawa.

From the no pressure purchase of my used 4runner to the phenomenal work from the service department, both exceeded my expectations. My last visit was to install an aftermarket suspension lift which I provided the parts, something that not all dealerships are ok doing since they didn't get a sale of parts. Not only was this fact a non issue, they followed my specific needs and instructions to the letter and took extreme care to install and verify safety and function. For these reasons, I will not only highly recommend this location, I will be a returning customer for all my Toyota needs.
