This place has a bad reputation for service and the way they treat their staff. I saw a manager screaming at a young woman for no reason other than she corrected him. ( Not appropriate to treat wen like that in Canada, even if he was an immigrant. Nonetheless this is typical for Honda dealerships.) I would recommend any other Honda dealer. If you don't believe me just walk around and meet the staff there before you buy a car. And if you still buy a car there, you have alot to learn about patience.

I got my Honda in Ottawa but always had it serviced in Cornwall, only it wasn't at Cornwall Honda. Something came up and i had to take it to Cornwall Honda and i have to say, in the wake of being so disappointed with so many companies on so many different levels, it's nice to finally find a company that honestly cares about its customers. The expertise, the attention to detail, all the little things that make a good company great is what everyone should come to expect by going to Cornwall Honday. By far and away the very best service i have ever experienced at any dealership and service department. I live in Limoges and will always bring my CRV to them. Wish i could give 10 stars!

I am very disappointed with my car purchase. I bought a 2016 Honda HRV. It was my first car purchase and I bought it from Ryan. I trusted him and did not even do a test drive. I paid the deposit and said after 3 weeks will pay full amount. Wanted an auto starter installed, but on delivery day Ryan said he will do it next week (he had 3 weeks and supposed to be installed on delivery day)! On website it was written, auto headlight, tire pressure monitor and floor mat. But on delivery day I was shocked with not having these features also found a crack on front bumper. I spoke with him and with the manger and they only gave me floor mat. After few months car was not starting. I had to tow it to Cornwall Honda and after 3 days they said remote starter was not installed properly that caused the issue. Ryan said I will get free tire storage for 2 years but after tire swap he said it’s 2 season! The funny thing is, my wife and I wanted to talk to manager on our first day. Ryan said he is the manger and above him is the owner. Later we found out he is a sales person, not a manger! We only had good experience with front staff and service person. Last month had to boost the car couple of times and finally ended up changing battery. This month engine light was flushing and had to take it for maintenance again. I bought it little more than a year ago. With Covid, I did not drive the car that much but facing lots of issues!

By far the worst place to buy a car. I wish i could say i love my honda since i spent close to 40 grand for it. I hate the thing. Soooo many problems with it in the first month that i had it. After them screwing me around for a month and still not fixing the problems. I brought it in and said i would like a new one or my money back considering they couldnt fix the problems it had. THE OWNER TOLD ME TO GO GET A LAWYER... i fought with honda canada for about 2 weeks until honda cornwall finally gave me 400$ in store credit to try and make up for all the troubles.. 2 years later my amp goes. I call to see if i can use that 400$ towards a new amp and they told me they never gave me any money or store credit or anything as far as a "good will gesture" BUYERS STAY AWAY!!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU TO GO GET A LAWYER IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL. my car locked me out for over 30 minutes. Not even the hard key would work inside the door. The key fob stopped working. Windsheild wipers dont work right. Screen has been switched out 3 times now. They scratched the hell out of my leather when attempting to fix it. The sub in the back dosnt work sounds like its blown. The wireless charger didnt work. Had to go to war with them just to fix that. The e brake gets stuck on and wont come off. Steering wheel controls didnt work. Back up camera sometimes glitches out...... just stay away from cornwall. go to ottawa. they ended up fixing some of the problems without a hassle.

I want to send a huge 'thank you' to the great folks at Cornwall Honda! I was staying at a nearby motel and lost my Honda car key with attached remote starter. The motel would not send the key back to me so I reached out to Cornwall Honda for help. Jeff went to the motel to retrieve my key and had it sent back to me. I received it in the mail shortly thereafter. I am so grateful since I would have had to travel 150 km in each direction to get it back if he had not been willing to help.

Was good service from the (sales man), but the Manager was very RUDE! Made me feel uncomfortable and had a belittling additude, i felt they tried to hard to convince me to settle for something I was not interested in. Way to pushy i dont like how I was being spoken too, it was a bit aggressive/overwhelming. Will never go back to this dealership again.!

We were travelling all the way from Toronto to Montreal and had to pull over in Cornwall because we heard something dragging under the car. We pulled over and confirmed something had come loose. We have a 2016 Honda Fit so I went to the Honda Cornwall dealership. They closed at 6pm. It was 6:03pm. I thought we were screwed but it was worth a shot: I ran up and frantically waved to the employee inside. The employee opened the door and I explained what happened and asked if he could take a look, even though they had just closed. I overheard the employee talking with the owner about how all the mechanics had gone home already. Nonetheless they told us to go around the back and they opened the garage door for us. The employee and owner told us the shield plate was loose. It took about 45 minutes of them fastening the shield plate on for us, that’s 6:45pm, well after they close on a Friday night. I am so so grateful to the owner (Bill?) and his employee for not only looking at our car but also fixing it after they closed. I asked him how much for fixing it. He said "it’s just 4 or 5 screws." I said to him “But what about your labour? And the fact that you stayed late on a Friday night.” “Don’t worry about it” he said. I am so so grateful that they helped us out, especially as we were on our way to our vacation in Montreal and we were *almost* there. And suddenly with the car trouble, we realized we might have to pay for an extra night at a hotel in the area, to deal with the car in the morning, which would have put a damper on our vacation. Instead we have this story, thanks to the Honda dealership in Cornwall. Man, I wish this were my Honda dealership. Alas, I’m back in Toronto now :)

Always asking me to do service, that is off schedule from the owners manual, waiting area is small and Uncomfortable, you think what they charge for the unnecessary service, they could spruce it up a little, had me wait over 10 days for a recall that has caused serious injuries and fatalities in other cars...not cool

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with Cornwall Honda. I had arranged my test drive via e-mail ahead of time, and was assured that there would be someone there to take care of me. I was dismayed when I arrived and no one was expecting me, and also disappointed to see no one was wearing a mask. I was asked if I was “Mike’s wife” by one salesperson (I am not), before another one chimed in that “Oh, I remember now, Ryan told me to expect a redhead.” 1. This is an incredibly unprofessional comment and I would place money on that salesperson not making a comment like that to me if I were a man. 2. I had never met any of the salespeople in person, so I don’t even know how any of them would know what I look like. After walking through the parking lot trying to find the model I wanted to test drive, I was given the keys and on my way. No one bothered to explain any features to me, open the trunk to show me cargo space, etc. The car itself looked like it had been driven through a dust bowl, and was also dirty on the inside with gravel on the mats. This hardly inspires excitement when wishing to purchase a new car. When I returned the vehicle, the salesperson again did not bother asking if I had any questions, or even seem to care that I was there. Cornwall Honda must be doing very well in their sales to be able to treat potential clients like this. I could have been over the moon impressed with the vehicle, but I would not purchase from them after the degrading and dismissive way I was treated by the employees.

I have bought three vehicles from Cornwall Honda. They have an excellent sales team who are extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Regardless of who you are dealing with, they are all helpful, friendly and willing to help. The service department (the department in my opinion that counts the most) is nothing short of fantastic. We left our previous vehicle brand because their service was poor. To the contrary, Cornwall Honda's service department have been great to deal with and I have no reason fault them at all. Love dealing with Cornwall Honda!

Bought a used Impala from them in December of 2018. I lived far from the dealership but i was very interested in the car they had, they treated me like family and made the process very easy and efficient . In a matter of only 2 or 3 days the car was ready for delivery and when i was to pick up the car Ryan (who was my salesperson) picked me up from the train station. very friendly people there. would definitely buy from them again if they had a car i was interested in. 5 star dealership

Worst place in the world… I had to get a reparation and they replace the wrong pieces. I had to go to another Honda to get the correct piece! I had 2 interruptions of driving on the highway because of their incapacities. I could have died! The worst is that they let me wait a full 24h in this city and laugh at me because they wasn’t able to get me the piece in time. The Honda’s employees inside didn’t wear their mask and a worker tried to sell me another car… such a disappointment. I wish everyone to never visit this place.

Pretty disappointed today when I went to see the car today. As I entered the dealership I see all salesmen not showing interested and didn't bother acknowledging me. Someone finally said hi to me and asked what I am looking for. I showed my interest in pre-owned vehicle and asked if there is flexibility in negotiating the price. The salesman gave me a nasty look and said if this doesn't fit in my budget then I shouldn't be visiting the dealership. I was like "wow"! I left pretty disappointed. I encourage Honda Company to perform "Mystery Shopping" at this dealership and take action based on the results.

Worst customer service i have ever witnessed, i called there to see what i can get for my mercedes that i bought 6 months ago, they have a nice truck that i lliked i was willing to trade my car for it they tryed to rip me off on the price that they where willing to give me on my car i payed 32 000$ for my mercedes cla 250 6 months ago they offered me between 13 and 15000$ seriously a honda civic cost more than that. And then he transfered me to his manager and his manager was rude and unprofessional. That place defenetly doesnt deserve my trust and my busness i im glad i didnt drive all the way there from ottawa. Worst worst dealer
