Very fast and proper fix of my car. Was there during Christmas time. Was offered a courtesy véhicule with no mileage cap. Car was done before due date. There was a little mis-ajustement which got fixed in 30 mins a couple days later.

I had 1 very small chips in my front window. I made with Ronnie Tyo to get them repaired I showed up 5 minutes before appointment and he took me right in. When he seen my chip he insisted that he wouldn't charge me because of how small it was. While I was there I see another one maybe a little smaller and he fixed that one as well on the spot. With minimal fee. Recommend 100% for window repairs

Absolutely clueless crew. I have a carpool for work so when my rental was a ford expedition, I was fine with that cause its bigger than my dodge journey. They ended up calling me and saying that my vehicle was ready way before it was, so i brought the rental back. When i get to carstar, turns out my vehicle isn't ready so they end up giving me a chevy cruze which i cant use for my carpool. Then they try to put old rusty rims on my car when i had just bought brand new rims. And I've brought it back 3 times and my entire front end sounds like its going to fall apart. They CAN'T fix cars, so dont bring your vehicle there. All it is is problems and wasted time.

I was in a panic, brand new car and a really big scratch under the rear driver side window. The rep from Carstar looked at it and said no problem. We don’t need to repaint. 15 minutes later the scratch was gone. He didn’t even charge me for the time. Awesome guys.

Five stars for CARSTAR Cornwall. I went there August 20 to get a quote from Vincent and Ronnie on the back corner of my Edge. Ronnie came out and worked at the damage with his magic and the damage disappeared! Wow!! Highly recommend CARSTAR!!

I took my car in to have them look at some scuffs and scratches on the fender and door. Ronnie looked at my vehicle and told me to come back next week as they were busy at the time. When I returned the next week...Ronnie personally took the time to buff out the scuffs on my car and it looked amazing!...scuffs gone..scratches gone...then...I asked him what do I owe you?...he said...NO CHARGE...WOW. He spent 25 mins working on my car. Amazing...Many thanks to Ronnie and Carstar Cornwall. I wont forget.

Poor organization of my rental vehicle. Upon pick up there was tape hanging out a number of places on the vehicle. Very poor assembly of front bumper. Loose pieces. Very poor alignment of one headlight. 3/8" Off compared to the one on the other side. My brand new black vehicle now has a brown hue to the paint job on the entire front end. Poor paint matching. After they had my vehicle for 2 weeks I now have to try and make time to take it back and tell them the areas they went wrong. They will push you out the door once your vehicle is done like your number 273 that month.

Got into a fender bender and took my car here for evaluation. They were really attentive and I left feeling confident that they would have me back in my car in no time. Followed up the next week to see how the evaluation went and was told the evaluation was complete, given a rough idea of the cost, and promised that I would receive the estimate via email that afternoon. As part of the conversation, Vince was even kind enough to suggest I get the repairs done at a body shop closer to where I live so I wouldn't have a long travel if adjustments were required after receiving the car. I thanked him for his honesty and had my insurance company tow the car to the body shop the dealer recommended. Once the car arrived, we learned that Carstar Cornwall never bothered to complete the evaluation because the car wasn't being repaired at their location (even though they suggested I get it fixed elsewhere). I never received the estimate as promised and the rough cost quoted to me over the phone was likely made up. Now I have to wait longer to have my vehicle repaired because a new appraiser has to go out and re-evaluate the vehicle. What started as an amazing experience ended up being a complete bust. Shame on you guys...

Went in for advice about the scratches on my windshield and hood. One of the service guys came out with his magic bag and erased the hood scratches. He tried on the windshield to no avail and gave me his honest opinion. All at no cost. Amazing service. Thank you again.

I stopped by to ask if the keying scratches on my Jaguar could be buffed out. Ronnie looked at the problem and asked if I could wait for 10 or 15 minutes. He took the car in the shop and returned it a short while later with all scratches removed! He even refused payment and only asked to keep him in mind for any other work that may have to be done in future. This is the second time that I dealt with this Carstar location and can only recommend them for their professional and expert service.

I had my car repaired here on two different occasions and both times they charged exactly the quoted amount, the car was repaired within the time they said it would take and they did an excellent job. A rental car was also provided at no additional cost. Although I hope there won't be any more accidents, I would definitely go back if I need to have my car repaired. I highly recommend this business.

Awful, awful, awful. Don’t bring your vehicle to this shop (it’s preferred by my insurance company with work GUARANTEED). Had issues with them before and still have. Had an accident with my vehicle in December 2017. Had to bring back in March 2018 because of the rear driveshaft visibly damaged and not replaced. They said they were too busy to look everything through. Issues I’ve had with my vehicle kept getting brushed off or was said that it wasn’t the cause of the accident. I re-opened my claim again to bring it back for nothing, same excuses. Not due to accident. Or it’s wear and tear. Apparently the exhaust falls off your vehicle for normal wear and tear on a 2008 Jeep. They even said in December 2017 that the wheel alignment wasn’t a success but that’s the best they could do. (WTF) And, it’s still been a problem since then but apparently that’s not their issue. Going to get another opinion from a better shop ( probably any other shop will do). Don’t waste your valuable time going there. You would think everything that NEEDED to be fixed from an accident WOULD get fixed but not at Cornwall Carstar. Best of luck to the ones who do go there.

I would Recommend Carstar cornwall to friends and family . The service i received from the staff was exceptional. They were great and friendly. The only downfall was the wait time to get my car repaired but i must say that i was told about this when i first had my estimate done. There appraiser went step by step through the whole process and did tell me that they were backed up, so they were honest from the start and that made me comfortable.All i can say is when i picked my car up i was glad i waited . The work on my car was perfect. I am very happy with the whole process . Thank you Cornwall Carstar
