Brought my car for tire change and the service was excellent and very fast. When I booked my appointment I was told $69.95 for tire change and balance they told me that the price was $89.95 but afterward it was brought back to $69.95 and storage was $49.95. I purchased a vehicle from the Ottawa location approximately three years ago. When I purchased the vehicle they told me I needed to buy the extended warranty or else the bank would not be able to give a low interest rate, and that it would technically pay for itself. The day after purchasing the vehicle I called the financial institution who informed me that the extended warranty would have no effect on my interest rate. I cancelled the warranty. I traded the vehicle in this week at another location to be presently surprised that the vehicle I had bought from Car Canada had been involved in an accident with over $3000 worth of damage, after I had been assured by the salesperson that it had not been in an accident or used as a rental. I remember thinking after I bought the vehicle that they never showed me the carfax report, now I know why. Make sure you ask for the report, don't take their word for it.

This location is now a Myers Manotick dealership, not overly well advertised. From when we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly welcoming staff, a salesman named Kevin helped us in looking for a car and was always prompt with following up on questions to the best of his abilities. Told my back brakes were done and was a safety concern, guy wasn't very pleasant when I said I would do it myself. Came home and bought all new parts took my wheels off and noticed my pads were at 80 percent still. I will never be back here again, for the rest of you be careful if you dont know because they are looking for make work projects. I was even considering buying the jeep on showroom floor but I think I will stick with Tim at Myers chev in kanata.
