Went there for first for alignment, job was not done properly, after paying , when i realize while driving that nothing has changed , steering wheel still crooked and car goes to left , i went back and ask for proper paperwork they suppose to give me that shows that alignment is fixed , they refused to provide and got angry for asking twice. The owner was so disrespectful refused totally to look into the matter , very unprofessional, 0 star for owner and mechanic who did job ????????????????they cheaper than their price

While I had absolutely no issues with the service department, the receptionist at this location was a complete disaster. She was beyond rude and completely disrespectful to the staff and customers. Her behavior was enough for me to never return here.

This is a scam shop...I work on my car myself so I know right up when someone is screwing me! I don't know how I landed up there! There were 3-4 customers sitting there and everyone was advised about 5 different issues with their cars and to get them fixed asap. One of my friend saw me standing there and his cabbie friend told me; both guys also used words like thugs, looters and bandits.

Went to Autochecker for the second time in about 2 years. The first time I went I had a fuel leak on my truck, they fixed it in an hour and a half and charged me an incredibly reasonable 90$, especially considering the area of the leak. They were prompt, professional, and a joy to deal with. Second experience was this Saturday. I got in my truck only to see my tire pressure monitor was showing a very low tire, I hopped out and saw a big roofing screw in my front passenger wheel. First went to Canadian Tire out of convenience, as I was already shopping there. The moron at the desk told me I would have to wait 3 hours. Not come back in 3 hours, wait there, give him the keys and wait in the waiting room for 3 hours or there was no way he would give me an appointment. Laughed and left. Drove up the street to Auto-checker, and asked them if they had time. They said “Sure, pull to the side door”. 30 seconds later a licensed mechanic comes out, repairs my tire in no time flat, with a good personality and a smile, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Excellent service, excellent time for repair, overall a wonderful experience. I would and have recommended them to anyone looking for work. If I could give more stars than 5, I would.

Six years ago my husband talked to the owner about selling him our used car. Someone else bought the car before the owner could look at it; the owner then sent my husband an offensive email, and threatened to smear his name in the community, even though my husband was nothing but polite to him. It was a Mazda 3 that ended up going to a very deserving university student. I still have that email and it pisses me off every time I read it. If ownership hasn't changed in the past six years, I suggest you watch your back here.
