Staff was rushed and borderline rude. Was indifferent to our specific needs. Staff promised to call us when a couple particular vehicles were ready to view but failed to do so. The used vehicles were generally over priced and were not properly maintenanced, inspected or cleaned.

No shuttle, had to pay an arm and a leg for a taxi to get around the city while we waited for our car. Two appointments later and they were still unable to fix an issue with the speedometer, third times a charm? Stay clear.

I live in Calgary and did a cross-continent road trip with my 2013 Genesis Sedan in May~June 2016 (farthest destinations being Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and St. John's). As the car was expected to reach 72000km near Corner Brook, I booked a service appointment at Parkway Hyundai (my maintenance interval being every 12000km). I was taken care of by Kelly Burton, and satisfied with the experience. I still sometimes recall good/memorable stories during the road trip, and the experience at Parkway Hyundai was one of those stories. Plus: the total price I paid that day was a lot cheaper than the amount I usually pay at Calgary dealerships.

not happy with them. bought a used car there at wholesale . they said they would not inspect it because their standards are to high . a month later had an issue with rear wheel bearings so I brought the car to them to repair . they looked at the vehicle then called saying that the suspension was torn away from the chassis. so paid 70 dollars for that . then went to a second garage just to have both rear wheel bearings replaced . would have been nice if their high standards could recognize a roaring wheel bearing in a car . great mechanic work guys !!!

Brought my hyundia there to get the service 4 and a very u safe hesitation when pulling out from a stop. They had my vehicle for two days. First. The drive home with a banging in the front end. I checked vehicle and found out that they only put lug nuts on finger tight. Oil change I indicator not changed and the hesitation still there. I called to file a complaint talked to service manager and she has never gotten back to me again.only reason I will go back is there is no place else to go. Sad. I bought the hyundia because it is a good vehicle but with service like this may have to go to a different vehicle once this one gives out unless of course I die from the hesitation when pulling in front traffic.
