Dennis gm I am not impressed with the service I received on my 2020 GMC Sierra. I’ve owned gm vehicles all my life. I traded my 2015 Sierra a year ago and got a 2020 that was a demo unit because I was told there were not a lot of pick ups on the lots because of covid. The vehicle had 5000 km on it when I purchased it and now at 26000 km have to replace the brakes on the vehicle and am expected to replace it at my cost. I am not impressed with this company and the way I have been treated since I purchased this vehicle. Buyer beware when buying from this company.

I recently purchase a 2017 Silverado 1500 with Black Out kit. What a beautiful truck!! What a beautiful ride!! The sales and service at Dennis GM was beyond any other car dealership i have ever experience. My sales representative, Norma, was fully informative on my trucks features and was such a pleasure to work with to find the truck i wanted. As well as giving me great value on my trade in, i recieved a superb accessories package at a extremely good value. With the discounts, rebates, and 0% financing, i am confident that i got the best value for my purchase price. I would highly recommend Dennis GM to search for your next vechicle. This occurred in October 2020 The service department lacks professionalism and does not provide adequate details surrounding the repairs they recommend. I called for a service appointment in early September as I had my check engine light come on and I had a service all wheel drive message in my driver's console that needed to be addressed. I was required to book an appointment 3.5 weeks out, when the date comes all they performed was a diagnostic and said they needed to order parts and would not be able to complete the repairs for another 4.5 weeks. In addition to an entirely unacceptable timeframe, when the lady called to advise what work was required all she provided was a number, no detail as to what $1500 actually entailed. I had to prompt several times for details regarding what parts needed to be replaced and the breakdown of labour needed to perform the repair. This is not a small amount of money and needs to be appropriately and adequately discussed with any customer prior to having them accept or proceed with the recommended work. When it came time to collect the vehicle I had no issue with paying for the oil change I had also requested, however I did take issue with the diagnostic fee of $250 that I was also billed for despite agreeing to proceed with having their shop order the parts and booking in to have the repair completed by them. With the development of this I did not feel comfortable having them proceed in ordering the parts or completing the repair as they cannot be trusted to convey to their customers what is to be expected and I truly feel they are just looking to gouge customers at any interval they can.

This has to be the worst gm dealership that I've ever been to. The service is absolutely terrible!! They are fast to sell once out the door the customer service goes out with the customer. Don't buy a vehicle here and expect any respect or good customer service because its not going to happen. I don't recommend this place!!

Absolute joke when it comes to customer service, trying to buy a vehicle as never been this difficult and the lack of knowledge by the sales rep was laughable. waiting 3-5 days for a response from a sales rep is unacceptable, if the sales team is that bad then I could only imagine the service department. thanks sales rep for showing me what you guys are all about before I buy.
