Truck is in and out in no time and we always get in and seen to quickly when we have an issue. Building is clean everyone on the desks are friendly and kind. They even name their plants. ???? Brought truck up for what I thought would be warranty work. It sat in their parking lot for 3.5 weeks with no update. Over three weeks to even look at my truck. Left a message and no returned call. No communication regarding my truck. Atrocious communication and customer service. Definitely do not suggest this garage.

The staff at Corner Brook Nissan are amazing. They really put your needs first and unlike most vehicle dealerships, CB Nissan takes excellent care of you even after you purchase a vehicle. I can not think of a single negative thing to say about the staff here. Go talk to Warrick about a new vehicle. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Reiterating some of the reviews here when I say sales staff and service staff are wonderful. One of the ladies at the front desk could use some basic lessons in customer courtesy. She refuses to call the customer when a vehicle is ready after servicing, insisting it is notification via text only. Please hire decent staff at the front desk.
