My 2019 Toyota got a flat tire out side of hope and roadside assistance was not helpful in my particular scenerio, But Michelle in service from Valley was able to send out a technician Evan to help me with my flat tire. i want to thank both of them and the team at Valley for letting me enjoy my August Long weekend!!!!

I've been here before but my experience this time was even worse than previous. I only got told about papers that I had left there during a service call because I called asking about a used vehicle. Almost like they didn't care enough to call me and tell me I had left some documents there for MONTHS. Also went to look at a truck and was lead to believe that if I traded in my truck and a car that it would be a straight across trade. Instead they came back with 2000 dollars less for my truck then I had already told them a different dealership had offered me. A total waste of time!!

I give 5 on my last review but I feel wouldn’t give that. Last time when I came to service department with my vehicle I told many times about the issue and the services I need. My appointment was at 3:00pm and I was running 10 minutes late because of traffic. When I called you guys you told it’s completely okay. When I reached valley Toyota I spoke with a lady in service department. She was too rude and told we can’t check your car and take it back. I told her I already informed service department and she was shaking her head and no interest to check my vehicle. I called around 3 times about my issues in vehicle and she doesn’t know what’s happening. She argued with me that I booked for first appointment and I told her I didn’t booked for that and I had some other problems in my vehicle. Finally after a long argument she took my vehicle for service and when I got the bill I noticed they did some other work and charged for something else. What a funny things going on. I asked that lady and she argued me back that’s only we can do and take your car back. I tried to call service manager many times on next days and not answering and send many voicemails to call back. I want to address my issue that’s why I am posting down here. You won’t give a call back. I feel so sad guys.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. My husband and I both got vehicles around the same time from 2 different dealerships. I thought the service I received (from a different dealership) was really good until we went here... and these guys made them look mediocre in comparison! We dealt with 2 fantastic guys there - 1 isn't there anymore, but Keenan still is and we would highly recommend him. And we also love our truck... which wasn't even on our radar, when shortlisting models, but easily won us over after the test drive!

Very nice and friendly sales department, the problem is the incompetency of their service department. I bought 4 new Toyota's starting with a Yaris many years ago, had a noise in the manual transmission was still on warranty they did not want to fix it even if the service manager admitted that the transmission was noisy. My Prius C after service I check the oil and it was below the minimum. They replace the seat upholstery because the materiel was stretched, they scratched all the plastic trimmings around and they told me that if the issue happen again that they will not fix it on warranty. They never offered to replace the plastic trimmings that they scratched. They checked the cabin filter and they didn't put the cover back properly in its latches. The last car I bought there I bought an oil service package for the first 4 or 6 oil changes, they tried to charge me for it every time I went for service. I had to explain to them that I have some free oil changes, it is like if the service and the sales are from another planet, in a way it is almost true, when they called to checked if I was happy with their service, the call was from Calgary, not from their own service department. I will never recommend this place again due to their extremely poor service quality. In general Toyota's are good but they have issues like any other brands, they are not all perfect because the name is Toyota.

This Toyota has a standout service department compared to ALL the other Toyota service departments. They are able to book any service appointments within a week. Today I phoned for a service appointment time as I had mistakenly gone past the required kilometers. That's my bad, but that's a different subject. I needed immediate service. I was given dates that were nearly 3 weeks down. BRUTAL!!! I think that is too long. If i'm wrong, then i'm wrong I guess. I phoned Langley, Abbotsford, and Surrey and got nothing better than 3 weeks. Disappointed. I need to use my truck and it's high mileage use. I decided to try the Chilliwack dealership, and I found a new home for my Tacoma! So happy I called. Huge dealership. So much space. Easy to find. They took me in the same day!! I already have it serviced!! I was hoping for a week or so, but they took me in within 2 hours of my phone call. Super nice staff. The service advisor told me their shop can usually book within a week on average. I understand I may have been lucky with a same day appointment, but 1 week is more agreeable. They will have my trucks business for good.

An amazing experience! We have purchased several times from Amanda. That experience has always been first class. Our parts and service experiences have also been positive. Our regular service appointment today turned out to be over and above! We arrived and checked in. We were going to wait because we are from out of town. While there, I asked about the cost of a wheel which I had scraped on a curb. The parts manager overheard my question and asked where our vehicle was. He went and had a look and found an issue that is being dealt with by warranty. The wheels would be replaced free! Yippie! All we had to do was make another appointment when they came in. Sitting in their very comfortable waiting area (complete with Wi-Fi), the manager came over and asked if we had some time. Turns out he had two wheels in stock, and was prepared to install while we were there. I have to say that we were already impressed with our three sales experiences. Valley Toyota has great products and a very liberal trade-in process. The business office is efficient and ensures you have everything you want and need before you leave. And service has always been attentive, polite and efficient. Today was our first parts experience. I have to say that it was exactly in keeping with the other experiences. Excellent! New or pre-owned, you really do owe it to yourself to give these people a try. I’m sure you’ll find the same thing that we did. We won’t ever go anywhere else.

I am a loyal Toyota and Lexus vehicle owner for more than 20 +years now and i have experienced several dealerahip services here and in the US but never experienced such rudeness dealing with a service agent in a toyota dealership. Im not sure why the lady agent was rude, maybe I don't know their service protocol for bringing a vehicle for appointment or she's having a bad morning or she's just a plain racist. Else, whether I am a new costumer or an old one I think everyone deserves to be treated with respect! For sure the Dealership is great but I think these employee needs re-training for customer service.

Months ago i was planning on getting a 2017 corolla but i had to back out of our deal , Now i was able to move forward with getting a car and my salmon Rob Brett was still happy to help me ( he put my previous deal together) . As a frustrated consumer I feel obligated to warn others about a recent experience I had at Valley Toyota. At first I wanted to post about our painful experience when we first went in to purchase a new vehicle back in August but I chose to let it go. Now, after taking our 2016 4Runner in for its first service I feel obligated to say something. First of all, going in to look at a new vehicle at Valley Toyota was not pleasant. The salesperson that approached us was overly aggressive and was more interested in getting our credit card deposit to "secure a deal" than finding out what our needs and price range was. When we finally acquiesced just to even get a quote it was full sticker price, no negotiation! We were not treated well as customers even when we called them on a few pricing issues. In the end we bought a vehicle out of necessity and the experience left my wife and I utterly disappointed in the lack of customer service and client relations. Now today I just took our vehicle in for its first service and discovered that the work they said they were going to perform actually wasn't carried out. Although they apologized once it was pointed out, it shows an overall lack of integrity and goes back to lousy customer service and sketchy business practices. I hope someone senior from Valley reads this as I seriously question their accountability and ethics. I realize this is not the most adequate forum for business complaints but I feel it appropriate to warn people to be careful in the marketplace. I have since complained to the Lower Mainland BBB in the hope that some accountability is raised. Although our friends had recommended we steer clear of Valley we tried to "shop local"... in the end we should have gone elsewhere... live and learn.

Great sales and service department. I moved to Chilliwack in 2013 and have taken my vehicle to Valley for service almost all the time, and times I went elsewhere I regretted. My old 96 4Runner is well, an old truck and when they quote me a price for service to stick to it although the time required to do even a simple service is never as fast as my 2018 Highlander. They also will order aftermarket parts or you can bring your own and they will install them. We all know how much a simple Toyota clutch costs from Toyota versus an aftermarket clutch and this make the pricing very competitive,

I am happy with my Avalon purchase, staff very friendly and helpful. Service Department different story. I took my Truck in for an oil change and specified synthetic oil but after I saw the price on my invoice I phoned them and found they had used regular oil. While they redid the change at no extra cost still the hassle of going back and waiting again. With my Avalon first service I asked for the tires to be rotated but this was not done, probably could go back and have it done but not worth the time loss. Not sure what to do going forward with mandatory warrtanty service on my Avalon.

Terrible service from this dealership. Service quoted was accepted and then was $400.00 over price quoted. Charged 200% markup and more on parts. Vehicle was dirty and parked at the back of the lot. Service personnel was rude. Service manager said that a "master technician" worked on our vehicle, as if somehow that was such a privilege that we should be grateful. So unhappy and will not go back and tell everyone. If possible I would give no stars.

I purchased a used truck from here a few years ago. It was exactly what they said it was, I've come across no surprises. I've brought the truck in for maintenance on occasion, and the XM antenna failed. They have always done great work. Also, they have very reasonable, if not better prices compared to big box stores for parts and materials to do regular service and maintenance yourself.

My husband and I have a 4Runner and Tacoma and will only service it here. I came in late on a FRIDAY NIGHT due to traffic and the last person there was waiting for me to pick up my vehicle knowing that my car would be stuck there for the night and I was leaving the next morning to take the early ferry. I recently bought a truck from these guys, and while I was impressed with the sales department, the service department and support staff is terrible. Once you’ve signed the papers, the service stops. Just getting them to put on the tonneau cover I bought was a struggle. And I had to pay for a paint pen that was supposed to be included in the deal. Ok Valley Toyota, don’t follow through with your part of the bargain and charge me for the paint pen after I just spent 50g’s there. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here.

Valley Toyota is simply the best dealership in Great Vancouver area, there is no second best! I bought my car at the dealership in 2014 and serviced my car since, there was never any issue with them. Especially, I want to mention the service manager Curtis, he is such nice and decent guy, who gave me tremendous help when my car run over a construction area and damaged the oil pan underneath last year, even when my car was not parking at their dealership that time. After I moved out of valley last year, I just could not find another dealership which provides trustworthy and reliable service. They show no care or smile, and always try to upsell. However, customers are not fools. They find out sooner or later and go somewhere else. For me, I don't demand to be treated as a KING, but demand to be treated fairly as a customer! Therefore, I have decided to come back to service my two cars whenever I have time, even drive back from White Rock. It is a right thing to build up long term loyal customer relationship in this competitive business world. Good job!

Bought my used truck here. The tires on it were too big and ended up rubbing so I had to replace them myself. Soon after I had abs and traction control lights on. Turns out the wiring harnesses were stretched too far with the lift they sold it with. Called and emailed my sales rep. She never answered so I messaged the manager directly. He said not their problem and told me to basically pound sand. I've dealt with openroad port moody since then. They're phenomenal.

When I first bought my used Toyota I used to go here but I felt overcharged at one point and never went back. Recently I needed to go because of a recall. They gave me a ride back home and picked me up again. Washed my car and did a small repair for free. I enjoyed the service and will go back for services again. I will monitor the cost of repairs next time, and go elsewhere if it's not good value.

I always get my oil change done at Valley Toyota. I love the previous service crew but the new one they have hired has been awfully rude. She booked my appointment on a wrong day and I ask if they can accommodate somehow as I drove out from another town. She rudely said no as she continued to do her own work and not engage properly nor she asked the guys in the shop. I been reading other reviews on here and apparently it's the same service lady being rude to other customers. I'm taking my business to another dealership as I tried to rebook the oil change appointment that she screwed up but again she was awfully rude over the phone. This is not the old Valley Toyota that I knew couple years back.

Went to service dept to see if they could assist me with putting the part on my car but fellow did not know what he was talking about and told me to make an appointment and would be at least a half hour to install. I went into this dealership the last 2 years now as a result of receiving a letter from them telling me they are interested in my particular Toyota for a trade in. They promised up to $5750 in cash incentives and vouchers only to discover the actual offer is $500. So the letter they send is a complete lie just to get your butt in the door and hope you have deep pockets. Neither of our Toyotas will be returning to their establishment for service ever again.

Valley earns one star for it's friendly, kind, and helpful sales staff, but loses four stars for the crooks in the service department. Our vehicle had the oil burning problem that a bunch of the Toyota 2AZ-FE engines had. Car was purchased from Valley and they refused to replace the engine under an extended warranty program despite it needing more oil top-ups than fuel. They stated that, "the oil burning is typical at this mileage," despite performing poorly on their own oil consumption tests. The story ended at OpenRoad in Abbotsford a while later, where they honoured the results of the oil consumption tests performed at Valley months earlier, and replaced the engine even though the warranty was expired. We take all our business there now and would recommend you do the same.

What used to be a place to gather information for an informed purchase is now an old-timey dealership with phoney fees, lies and outright bullshitting. Pity. I told the sales man i was looking to buy a used toyota with cash and thats exactly what he showed me - didn't try to swindle me into financing a car 3x higher than my budget.
