So beyond happy with my recent purchase of our Ford Flex. They were so patient with us. Allowed us to take our time with no pressure to purchase which was HUGE for us. We made an appointment to go in an buy it and it took only 20 minutes total. So quick and friendly. Even had a bunch of toys and colouring books inside for our kids to play with. I would highly recommend them!

After a week of weighing pros and cons of a diesel trk..we purchased it to pull our 5th wheel..but was told after purchase that it was jacked up too high..called Mike to see if we could trade it back to our old trk or something else..he said he can work with us..but john said we were stupid and did not think of our purchase..we did..a whole week..and john said no to change..so run don't walk ...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..ripe offs

Girlfriend bought a vehicle and engine was gone after only 4000 k. After contacting them they Accused us of not looking after issues properly. We had the water pump replaced immediately and thermostat, and were needing to replace manifold and head gaskets. Engine went 2 days after pump and thermostat were replaced. Did everything possible as soon as pump failed. Yet owner's implied we did everything wrong with not even asking what had happened. Told us we were sol. Never buy or recommend this dealership in any way and will go on every social platform to discourage others from ever purchasing a vehicle from them. As to your response, this was after we called. He accused us of not taking care of our vehicle and pretty much said he would do nothing. Went to another used dealer (Westarmotors) and purchased another vehicle. Service there far beyond what Ugly Trucks could ever do. Out over $4000 because of Ugly Trucks.

Honestly the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or dumb sales pitch you had to sit through. All the staff were super helpful and very honest about my vehicle and tried everything they could to make sure it went smoothly without any surprises. I can't wait until I start looking for my next vehicle here!

Bought a wee truck for going fishing at the weekends and a bit of camping over the summer back in June. $6k for a 20 year old truck which has caused me nothing but problems due to the list of fixes their mechanic missed. Missed broken tie rods (they get 2 stars because they fixed that and gave me a courtesy car but refused to touch anything else after that), rotten ball joints, hyper extended shocks, cracked and rusted rear brake drums, broken distributor assembly. I'm now $3.5k down and the truck has been in the garage at least twice a month every month and I've had to have it towed twice and that's just getting the engine to run. I've still got another $2k to spend on replacing all the shocks and leafs. If you're going to buy from these guys take the vehicle for an inspection somewhere else first. John and Mike are good guys but they're let down by their mechanic.

I was referred to John and Mike from my mechanic here in town and I am so thankful I listened! I called in and talked to Mike (who also goes by Mikey, meet him and you'll understand why that's so funny) and he was so helpful over the phone. I got a ride from a friend over there and took a look on their lot to see what they had. I found about 8 that I liked! Mike really helped me narrow my search down to the best one for me and he was right! Being a single mom to 3 young boys and having a car sales lot be open, honest and friendly from beginning to end is something so rare! The whole team here is really amazing. They got an ICBC agent to come over and John even went to get my plates off my old junker for me while we waited. We love our new Van and we will certainly be back for our next one! I have bought 4 used vehicles here and they have all been great. The priced are fair, and every vehicle sold here has been repaired to the best possible condition. If it cannot be repaired to their standards they auction it off. I would highly recommend going her, especially if you are in need of reasonably priced reliable work trucks, as I am.

Very disappointed with the vehicle we purchased from here. We asked very specific questions regarding any work that would need to be done on the truck right away, and we were reassured that everything was really well maintained and the truck would be fine for a while. The truck was out of our price range and was bigger than we wanted but we went with what the expert said and took it home. We now have a $2000 bill from our (very reasonably priced) mechanic, because, among other things, the truck needs new ball joints and new brakes. Keep in mind that this mechanic did a repair on our old vehicle for one eighth of the price quoted by the dealership.... Anyways. If we had known we would have to pay two thousand more dollars in repairs we would have gotten something in that price range that would have been newer and hopefully in better shape. I've also spent a couple of hundred dollars trying to get the interior in shape, but can't get the smell of smoke out no matter how hard I try. I'm just not a fan of being outright lied to for a sale. I've read the responses from the company that have been posted under other negative reviews and I will say this- this review is completely true. Our mechanic does not inflate prices. And there's nothing that can be done to fix it since we are moving away in two weeks. I'm very saddened and disappointed but I guess that's what is expected from buying a used car.

Very patient and fare in there dealings. We bought a car for my wife from them and have been loving it since! A few minor unforeseen things have happened with the car but otherwise it was a great experience!
