I knew what kind of vehicle i wanted. First place i went was O'connors and they found and brought in the exact vehicle i was looking for. Bill Reid even drove out on a Saturday to Vernon to drive down my New Vehicle to meet my deadline. Bill Reid, Scott Rob & Satvir were fantastic to work with and i must say it was a great experience. Did not go into buy a truck, but came out with a new lovely Ram Bighorn Built to serve Truck. A big shout out to our great Sales Representative Kevan MacRae. Kevan listened to our needs and wants, and took us to this truck, it ticked most of the boxes. He was not pushy and did not rush us in anyway, took his time to go over everything and all with a smile of the eyes, as covid protocol taken very seriously, and we felt comfortable and safe. Went to get a new key and the guy they normally go to to cut keys was un available. They gave me the key to get it cut where I wanted which was a bit of a pain, but they gave me a good deal on the programing which made the super expensive key a bit more tolerable. They were also okay when I showed up a bit late for my appointment.

Not entirely happy with the options review. I specifically stated that I did not wish to pull a credit check twice - once on the phone ahead of the review, and once during the review at the dealership. Somehow I got duped into doing it, and felt quite exposed, somewhat violated as far as my credit score and personal information goes. I did not like the process. And it only confirmed my decision which I had already mentioned before the review, that I had changed my feelings on buying a new vehicle, (after about a month and a half of phone tag and communications) and would rather pay off the loan and buy with cash next time. I had to get a recall done on my CUV, so I used that time to meet with Brad the sales rep. I also felt condescended towards, that I was asked if I had a husband who could co-sign, and it was presumed I must have had a co-signer the first time to get a car loan on my own for the vehicle I now currently drive — which I didn’t. I would not buy a vehicle from Brad the car salesman because of this. Also, the test drive we went on hardly showed what the vehicle could do and was too short. Of course I was working when I bought my first vehicle, but have fair credit now, and that was labelled sub-prime. It would be considered prime credit possibly elsewhere, what score I did have, (629 Equifax) and irrelevant to some dealerships in terms of securing a loan. However, being a full time student right now is not qualified as being employed, so it was a waste of time for me to be there. I also had to argue with him and prove I knew how much my loan was left owing. I was very close to what it was owing, more or less, and felt he could have done a simple mock estimate as to what my payments could have been monthly to sastify my need and curiosity as a customer without pulling the credit report to find out that information, which was actually quite misleading and unnecessary. I also disliked the experience and follow-up with the service department. I never received the quote I was asking for, and have waited for over a week to hear back from the dealership on the service estimate. In fact, I contacted three Chrysler dealerships with regards to wanting a service estimate, and received the same lack of feedback lacking or non-existent from all three. The price for the parts and labour was also very high for what is needed (almost $870) to replace a uconnect module set with labour) and no recall offered on it. The car is only 5 years old, a Dodge Journey bought at the Langley Chrysler. All things considered, it has made me want to re-evaluate my business with this complaint and look elsewhere — maybe use them for buying parts perhaps, but not if I could get the same parts and service cheaper and better elsewhere. I will look here as a last resort I think. They charged me $58 bucks to tell me what I already know — my Uconnect is not working. An offer to reimburse the diagnostic testing if I returned for the labour to buy the new part and fix it would have been an incentive to create a new customer, but no offer for me was given, unfortunately.

I can honestly say that our car buying experience at O’Connor’s was pleasant relaxed and extraordinary. The one thing I can’t abide,is being badgered and pressured by sales staff, no matter if it’s a car dealer or majors box store. “Just let me look about, ask my questions an decide if at all, at my own pace”, and Kevan the good chap he was ticked every box, from the moment I strolled in to the lot, Kevan was attentive, extremely knowledgeable respectful and polite. An easy going kind of guy you could share a story and beer with. Once I had decided on a particular car and agreed a price, I was introduced to Richard who took care of the financing, again another great guy, Richard, infamous for his loud shirt and single use pens got me setup in minutes with a $50k loan solely on the strength of my credit Score, the whole process was super easy the only things I had to provide was a physical drivers licence a void check and to answer a couple of financial questions. Richard set me up with a decent interest rate over a workable period and an affordable extended warranty, again no pressure or hard sell just a range of options, that I might or might not find appealing. So within no time at all the car was viewed and chosen, washed and detailed the financing done and finished, they even had an insurance agent Kayla from Hub international on-site to setup and arrange the policy, again proficient, polite and pleasure to deal with. Although the most impressive thing of all, was when Kevan took the time to go and sit with the wife in her new car and helped her to set everything up, explained what and how all the buttons and functions worked and even made sure to help her connect her phone. The sale was made his job was done, he could of just walked away, yet he took the time to make her comfortable and happy. More than anything this act of kindness to my woman alone will ensure my loyalty. Thank you brother and God bless. I don’t do reviews! So that fact I’ve done this one, is a testament to our exceptional experience at O’Connors.

UPDATE: The Jeep Patriot was sold by the time I read the owner's reply. As a result, I just bought an $85,000.00 plus taxes 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Diesel at a Langley dealership. Update: My offer was just turned down on a used vehicle. They want full price!???? The real con is the "No document or finance fees" when they get you to pay more for the vehicle to make up for it.???? Little wonder why I have never bought a vehicle from this dealership and never will. That is about 10 vehicles that I have bought elsewhere since 2003. I will buy the same vehicle with half the mileage for almost the same price as their listed price. This vehicle had previous damage as well. The sales team is useless!!! So, you guys don't wash or vacuum cars out anymore, and now you are using Covid-19 as an excuse to save even more money by not bringing back the courtesy shuttle service! Pathetic greed.

Did my homework and knew what kind of truck we wanted, tried other places close to home, but no go. Found O'connors had the exact Ram 1500 Classic Express 4x4 Quad 3.6L. Put in an inquiry and shortly after was contacted by sales person Clayton. Went out that night to have a look and drop off info for financing. Got a call early next morning that everything was approved and to come out and take delivery when convenient. Went out that night and they had the truck washed, cleaned and all paperwork ready, including Insurance. All staff involved were excellent and very friendly and professional. All financing ( Richard and Liz ) and Insurance ( Kayla ) info was clearly explained and nothing hidden. Honestly the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had, no frills, no games and no pressure and only took a few hours in total. They could have easily billed me and I would have never know it wasn't part of the fix. Disgusting!!! Such Scammers!!! If I could rate this with 0 stars I would. After getting my windshield replaced at a glass shop I had to get my front camera that is built in to the rearview mirror re-calibrated. This had to be done at the dealership. The glass company scheduled it for a Saturday which was all I could do and I dropped it off with the dealership. What was supposed to be 45 minutes turned into all day. Nobody contacted me, I had to keep checking if it was done. Finally was told the programming "wouldn't update because it was the weekend and can't load". When I told the glass company this and that it had to go back they said this didn't sound right (of course). After calling them to enquire with the manager about what happened we were told "It was busy and we only have 1 tech on. It never actually got even pulled into the shop." That's right!!!! My Jeep sat in the parking lot all day and nobody did or said anything!! What a scam! Don't bother!! This is my second Jeep and even though I love driving them, this kind of dealership and service makes me never want another one again.

These guys are awesome. Had my locknut key for my wheels break and couldn’t get it off using master keys either so I came to the dealership to see if they could help me. They were super kind from the receptionist to the managers, all working to give me a hand. They managed to get the lock nuts off, put new regular nuts on, wiped down my vehicle high contact points after the were done (covid), and told me there was no charge! Will definitely be heading their way for future vehicle inquiries.

Chelsea is the best! I brought my wife's van in there for a inspection for a noise under the hood. The noise is intermittent but I really wanted it to be looked at to possibly avoid any future issues. Of course the noise was not there but Chelsea had the mechanic do a thorough check over at different times in the day to make sure that there were no issues with the noise if it comes back. Her communication thru-out the day and how she explained what he thought might be making the noise was incredible and IF the noise ever comes back Ill bring it straight to her along with any other issues with the van. I had a very simple problem when I went in, 5 minutes and it would have been solved, instead of pulling a tech for 5 minutes and sending me on my way a happy customer I was offered to book an appointment for a few days later, i drop it off... 3.5 hours later they call for me to pick it up, at least they didn't charge me for it, thus the 2 stars. Next they tell me I need to replace the shocks, kid at the front desk who was easily the best out of all the employees i dealt with hands me a quote for 1000$, then another lady comes over and tells him he is doing it wrong, they whisper talk a bit and she tells me that was the wrong quote and they would e-mail me a quote: aftermarket 1200$ mopar 1600$ got it done at northshore for 460$ roughly 28ish % of what they quoted. The staff wasnt overly friendly, and almost made me feel like I was burdening them with my presence, a real lack of caring displayed by the service manager, who was on lunch when i called to confirm my appointment and only she was able to tell me when that was so i had to wait for her to finish which left me little time and i had to rush to my appointment. You know what you are getting when you go to a dealership, you are gonna get screwed, the question is how much and is it at least with a smile... the answer 72% more screw, no smile.

Had horrible sounds coming from my vehicle under certain conditions only. Had it here multiple times trying to get it fixed and yet the problem persisted. They didnt give up and send me elsewhere, the manager Sheldon assured me they'd figure it out and take care of it. Well they did and all of it was no charge... a couple of free car wash vouchers and a bit of gas for all the test drives helped too! Thanks to Brianne and to the tech that didnt give up.

We had a major break down trying to drive home after a holiday in Chilliwack. We had our truck towed to O'Connors for repair. When we found out warranty wouldn't cover the repairs we opted to trade it in and buy a new Ram 3500. This should have been the quickest option to get us back on the road in a timely fashion (my husband had to get back to work) We applied at 3PM on July 24th. At 5:00PM we where told that the bank was closed and we would have an answer first thing the next morning. At 9AM the next morning the guy from finance called us and said it's a done deal and to come down and sign the paperwork. When we got there we found out it wasn't a done deal and that he needed prove of income. This should have been done the 1st day. At 3PM on July 25th we called for an update, only to be told the guy that was working on it went home for the day. We didn't receive a phone call or anything informing us of this. I could go on and on about the run around we had from the finance department. The about of balls dropped was far too many. From failing to comuncate with us, constantly making us come back to sign more things and complete disregard of the serious time restraints we had. We were finally helped by a woman in the finance department and she was fabulous at cleaning up the mess that had been handed to her. This is the 6th brand new vehicle we have purchased and I have never ever had this big of a run around. Now after a days missed of work we are finally driving home in our new truck, only to be told that for our inconvience they managed to get us 3/4 of a tank of fuel. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't all new vehicles come with a free full tank of fuel? Every other one we have bought did. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership.

I recently purchased all weather floor mats for my girlfriends dads truck through BRAD SMITH who I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Brad took the time to therowlly go though all the availabil options to ensure I was getting the ones specific to the truck. It sounds like a small task but let me tell you there was zero luck at any automotive stores, and the difference specffications at the dealership seemed endless. Each model and body type (crew cad etc.) has different tab locations in the flooring meaning not all mats will have a secure fit. All in all Brad got the exact mats I was looking for and was extremely informative and professional. Thanks Brad.

So I’ve had some serious issues with my jeep had my drive train replaced two weeks ago in Vernon. Well it fell out again (on my return trip home with my young son who I get very limited time with) near Chilliwack BC. I was able to limp it to the O’Conner Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership. When I arrived the service rep was incredibly helpful and brutally honest and she informed me that they are short on techs and booking two weeks out. She said she would try and get it in before end of day, which she managed to do ( thank you again). So they confirmed what I had suspected as I experienced a failed drive shaft two weeks earlier. While waiting I decided it might be time to look at a new vehicle then Ebony stepped in. Now I’ve bought new vehicles and know the routine well. However Ebony being green to auto sales brought a refreshing sense of honesty and integrity to the attempted sale and she was relentless as incredibly sweet. She set me up in a new Grand Cherokee Laredo and let me take it for a test drive and grab my son and I some lunch. When we returned to the dealership several others became involved with the potential sale. The sales Manager and Insurance salesperson all worked on a incredible deal that was very difficult to say no too. After our discussions were put on hold pending my decision I met Carolyn the warranty manager she informed me that she had the new drive shaft on its way and provided me with a loaner for the evening to find accommodations omg thank you for that as all other rental companies had nothing available. Now in all my years experiences with auto dealers , I have never experienced this overwhelming amount of care and attention from any other dealership ever. So the part took a couple days to arrive my son and I turned it into a extended vacation and it was great for the added time away from the Smokey interior. Again one last shout out to all the hardworking people behind this dealership I really hope this falls on the ears of Chrysler and good call on dealership of the year.

Had the motor fail in my jeep while driving home from work. Towed into this dealership. My jeep was a little dirty from being used as a jeep should be. The dealership didnt even inspect my motor before voiding my warrenty due to being used offroad. Called chrysler canada and complained. 2 days later the dealership refused to work on my vehicle at all amd told me to come get it. $70k vehicle 2 years old extended gold warrenty package voided because jeep was used as a jeep. They tried to state my motor was "hydrolocked" i have copys of texts from one of their tecnitians stating they were going to put sand and water in my intake to void my warrenty so i have to pay. Rediculous and fraud. Worst dealership full of cases just like this. Scammers

Edit 2: Everytime I have had to deal with service here since I got my vehicle it has been awful. Had to bring it back 3 times for a leak over 2 months because it was weeks in-between. Stuck waiting weeks for warranty work. I was told 3 weeks to get something fixed, called the dealership in Abbotsford and have an appointment in 2 days. Can't speak for the sales department but the service department in Abbotsford seems way better. Edit: This did end up getting sorted and I did get a referral bonus. Review is still about the same, everyone I delt with was friendly, especially Christina in finance. Though I would not recommend Brad again. Was nice overall, we felt a little pushed but everyone worked with us and was not a bad experience at all. Everyone was very friendly and any questions we asked were answered no problem, Brad was great. The only really bad thing i have to say is i recommended them to a friend who ended up buying a Jeep only afew days after me and we were told we would get a little referral bonus. When we asked about it we were told it was an individual salesman thing. I guess it was my own fault just unfortunate and a little annoying.

O'Connor did a great job with a recall appointment. I live in Hope and was going to wait. They got the work done in 1.5 hours, even though I was told it would take 2 hours. The staff was very professional and efficient. Lady at desk promised to sanitize but car still dusty inside so I think she forgot. Also, they used to wash the car (and I think detail) but now they give you a coupon for a free wash at the drive thru carwash.

Brought my truck in for some preventative maintenance, and asked that the technician also listen to some lifter noise that had started recently. Turned out that it was a lifter problem and the cost of repairing along with the other maintenance i had scheduled would be close to the value of the truck. I decided it was time to look at new ones. We drove down from PG to lower mainland to get a used not very expensive truck( around 30k) and trade in our old vehicle. Sales person was very pleasant and friendly. They took us to used car side where they had the most expensive units and assured that they don't have anything else. (which was not accurate, they had units in our price range) As to the manager (Arnie), he was/is a old school sales person LETS MAKE THE MOST MONEY AND SCAM THE CUSTOMER out of there money. Totally LOW BALLED with the trade-inn value and made it seamed that that's how it is. So end of the day we lost 2 days, money, hard credit hit what sets us back a bit and had a VERY VERY bad experience. Pretty much goes the same to the RV sale side as well.(offering units under livable condition where you cant breath in the trailer because it stinks in side from dog urine ore cant even close the doors) WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE Thank you O'Connor group for such a pleasant experience (sarcasm)

A huge thank you to the crew at O'Connor Chrysler. My family was travelling home from our vacation in the Okanagan when we broke down. Our truck was towed to O'Connor Chrysler in Chilliwack. Jacob and Bill went out of their want to ensure our truck was parked safely inside the gates even though it meant going back in to work well after their work day was done. The following morning, Sara phoned and got all of the details. She then set to work to make sure our repairs were done quickly so we could get back on the road. During this time we were stranded in Hope so Sara arranged for a courtesy car so we could get around. This dealer is easily the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. We have had our vehicle there the last 3 times first thing in the morning for routine maintenance and each time we got a call at 3-3:30 pm advising our vehicle still did not get into the shop and it would not get done. The last instance we complained to the dealer manager who just denied and deflected. Highly recommend you just avoid anything O’Connor in Chilliwack. Many friends have warned is about their horrible service, attitude and high prices and can honestly say I should have listened to them. Save yourself the stress and just use another shop. I know I am definitely going to do the drive to another dealer going forward. Amazing! To add they even charge for service they never performed. The attached was the third line on my invoice. Technician put out of time. Dealer manager and customer service claim they did everything and charged for it. Most deceitful dealer I have ever dealt with. Will be having to validate with another mechanic what they did and did not do.

My experience with O'Connor has been good. The employees are respectful, kind, and energetic. However, the vehicle i purchased in full has had nothing but issues. It has been in and out of the service shop since I bought it. The issues still have not been resolved, I believe the truck is a lemon. Parts and service must be sick of me and yet they are still professionals in their job. I would buy from Dodge again, and although i love my truck, my Ram has now had over $20,000 in parts alone replaced. Very frustrating when you spend over $80,000 on a vehicle and its not running longer than a few months at a time to enjoy it.

Called on a Saturday needing a new tire. Was told soonest they could get it in would be Monday by 2 PM after the fellow I was speaking to spoke with their warehouse. Booked the tire installation for 2:30 PM on Monday to be safe. Got there at 1:45, aware I'm early, tire was there and ready to go. Dropped my keys off and they told me they'd call me when it was done so I could come get my car. Asked me if I needed it that day, told them yes. Google says they're open 'til 7 PM, called at 6 wondering where my car was, the man I spoke with doesn't know and can't find out because the service center is closed and no one decided to call me. I've never seen a tire replacement take 3 hours, let alone the car needing to be held overnight. I've now been without my car for the better half of the day and I'll be without it until tomorrow with no loaner, for a simple tire replacement. Edit: After finally getting my car back the next day (tire replacement hadn't even been started it turns out, great appointment system), they also had the decency of marking the tire up to $200 plus labour and disposal fees/taxes when I was quoted $150 on the phone (the tire is available for $88 online, my own fault for not getting the phone quote in writing!) If you want to be ripped off and have your time wasted, this is the place to be. Otherwise, avoid them like the plague.

Just went for a quick oil change until one of the employees began shaking his head and yelling at me that "there's already a vehicle in line" which was parked back a bit with nobody in it and an empty service bay. Called and talked to service manager and his response was "I can't chew a guy out for something I didn't see." After buying our vehicle there and only using the dealership for service, they have lost me as a customer as they cannot handle a simple issue.

Terrible service from sales team and owner! Bought 3 trucks from them from February this year. All were used with no inspection reports. Too many issues to list as we were looking in our 1 ton Dodge diesel for a half ton. Last truck was a 1 ton dodge diesel with steering problems they refused to fixed which we took home today..they were offering to trade it in for a half ton which they're aware won't pull our trailer. The last trade in we did with them cost us 4000 depreciation in 2 weeks! Service guys treat u well. Can't say that about the owner or sales team.

Sheldon the service manager was awesome and helped in an emergency. All the staff in that dealership was helpful and kind. We arrived with an emergency with our truck. It was towed in shortly before closing, but you would never know that from how everyone jumped into action to help us. We were on our way to a tournament and even though we had not bought our truck there, everyone treated us as if we did. That is a rarity in the car world! In less than an hour we had an initial diagnoses...it was bad, keys to a loaner and then on our way again. I feel confident I'll get my truck back better than it was before. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and all the staff working there...thank you!

On phone they told me $300 which I already felt was too much but they already had my car so I didn't have much choice and I agreed. 2010 nitro and 2nd heater core. First time car came back with misaligned dash, 2 screws left on the console and no floor air. 3 years later 2nd heater core to be replaced. Told them about floor air twice to two different service reps and still no floor heat. Obviously service department did not check either time to see if it was working properly before giving it back. Now to fix distribution module that should have been replaced under warranty the first time is another 7 hour job. Plus being rude and arrogant to my wife when it was picked up. Will never buy from oconnor again and will tell everyone to avoid them.

Our sales person Kevan MacRae was extremely knowledgeable about the product and facilitated exactly what our needs were. Kevan kept us informed from the time the truck left the factory daily by email as to where the truck was on the journey to Chilliwack which was fun to watch the progress and kept us engaged all the way. We recently purchased a Ram Promaster and had a fantastic experience! I spent a few weeks shopping around, looking at used and new prices on the Internet. I contacted O'Connor via email and was quickly called back by Bill Reid. We chatted about my needs in the vehicle and the prices I was finding across the province. I honestly didn't think they would be able to match what I had found elsewhere. A short time later I had a clear, detailed, written proposal letter that matched the best price I had found anywhere in the province! My wife and I went down to the dealership to take a look at the van and go for a test ride. We liked what we saw and decided to go ahead with the purchase.A variety of options were brought to our attention, which we politely declined, but there was no pressure to sell us on anything extra. Furthermore, the price in the original offer letter was exceptional and there was no need to haggle on the price. We brought the van home and promptly had a sensor failure. Bill was super helpful and communicative as the issue was resolved. The service manager also called to explain what was going on and the issue was promptly fixed and the van delivered back to us. Overall we had an excellent experience at O'Connor and would highly recommend them!

Got the Prestine Detail for 399; 500 with tax and supplies. They didn't communicate properly what was included and I feel like I wasted money because I originally wanted my seats to be cleaned. I talked to Shaun the Service Manager and he helped me realized that I was wrong because they performed everything they promised in the prestine package. Which in their defence wasn't bad. The wax job is alright and my truck is indeed vacuumed and wiped. Granted I didn't know what exactly was offered but it's too late. So its my fault and I'm sorry O'conner for leaving the 1/5 review. I updated my review to 3/5 to reflect my mistake of not l knowing what you include in your packages. Lose one star for communication and one for not owning your mistake. On a different note you get the 3 stars for the parts department for going out if thier way by explaining to me why tow hooks don't work on my model of truck. I respect that even though it wasn't their fault for the compatibility, he still had empathy and courage to say he was sorry that nobody mentioned this when I bought my truck. Because after all, I spent all this money on something that I can't even reap the benefits of. ***Note that I didn't buy my truck from here so there's no conflict of interest.

Amazing service! I called on short notice as my battery died and caused the Transmission control module to malfunction which means I couldn’t drive it and only dealership could reprogram it. I was first told it was about 2 weeks for appointments but they realized I was stranded in Hope BC and was panicking. They agreed to accept my vehicle to be towed in. Had the unfortunate circumstance of having our vehicle towed here after it broke down. Took way too long to diagnose the problem, and then it was too late to order the part. When the part came in several days later, they had ordered the wrong one. Being that we were from out of town, the additional costs and inconvenience of hotels and travel meant the overall repair was even more costly. Staff had unbelievably poor customer service, and absolutely zero empathy. The service manager would not even come to the counter, and upper management failed to return phone calls. We were promised a deal on the shop charge due to the inconvenience, but that was not evident in the final bill we received. To top it all off, the repair wasn’t even done properly. Now the doors on our Jeep no longer lock automatically. When Shane O’Connor finally accepted our phone call, his response was that we were lucky they even worked on our vehicle being that we didn’t purchase it at his dealership. Unbelievable arrogance. We have owned five Jeeps and never have we had an experience like this. Hope nobody else has to endure this unacceptable level of service from a dealership representing the Jeep name.

Summery: No integrity and rude staff. Pros: - They had the Jeep I wanted. - Good financing department that got me a low rate. Cons: - They refused to negotiate on the price. Staff were very rude and disrespectful in this regard. - An extra $5 000 in hidden fees that they wouldn't reveal to me till I was in the financing department. - Missing passenger side visor. I was told at the time of the sale that they would order one in for me no extra charge. After the sale (and waiting for three weeks), they refused to order it unless I paid. - Was told it came with bluetooth. After the fact sale I found out that it was an extra feature I had to order. - Was told that it came with a years subscription with satiate radio. When it ran out after three days, they refused to renew it. - Tire pressure was low. - Vehicle was dirty. - Vehicle had low washer fluid (which ran out at a very bad time). Conclusion: Stereotypical shady car dealership. Avoid if you can. If not, brace yourself for a bad experience and get everything they promise in writing.

There is always a fantastic inventory with a very knowledgeable staff that practice low pressure sales methods. The service department is spot on with any diagnosis and gets it right after the first visit rather than 2 or 3 visits to other dealerships or shops. I happily purchased another vehicle from O’Connor even though there were many other comparable deals to be had. I stuck with the best and know my ride will be in good hands. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and quality of our dodge caravan! The amount of money we spent on it above and beyond the warranty is ludicrous! Every time I'm notified that it isn't covered by warranty....very frustrating to lose power to my vehicle but its my problem? That's a major safety issue!! Not the service I expect from a dealership. Will never be a dodge customer again.

Women watch out. Went to the service department asking for a piece on my side view mirror and the man went out to look at it and then brought me a quote of $868 before labour to replace the whole mirror saying I should probably go though a claim. I then asked if I couldn’t just replace the piece of plastic and he said no it doesn’t come like that. Off home I went and let my husband know of the cost and within 5 min he found a stock number for the piece I needed called the service department and got them to hold the $45 part at the counter for pick up! The parts man saw I had three kids in the back saw that I was a women and decided let’s take advantage of this poor soul I’m sure she’s too stupid otherwise. It’s a sad day when you can’t even trust the service department at O’Conner to not rip you off! Will never go back to these scumbags.
