Great experience. I am a first time car buyer, shopped around at many dealerships and was instantly tried to be pushed into a sale and felt very uncomfortable, Mazda was the complete opposite, was super relaxed, I didn’t feel any pressure, my salesman Trevor took good care of me and made it a painless purchase even with some bumps in the road. I love my Mazda and would without a doubt recommend buying a Mazda through Trevor! I recently replaced my 2001 !!! SUV, and decided to start my search at Murray Mazda. Jackson and I discussed my needs and then I test drove a couple of new and used vehicles before making my choice of a 2021 CX-30. Throughout the process, I found Jackson to be friendly, professional and helpful. He not only has good knowledge of the vehicles and their features, he was concerned about helping me find the right vehicle for me, with no pressure to purchase from him. In fact, knowing I was curious about Honda's cars, Jackson walked me over there, discussing used vehicles on their lot, and then introduced me to a salesman to look at their new vehicles, after which I returned to Jackson with my decision. As a senior, doing this entirely on my own, and given all the new technology, I felt very comfortable working with Jackson, and highly recommend him. I also found Dylan and others I dealt with to be professional, helpful and friendly. I noticed that any time I entered the premises, everyone I encountered had a friendly smile and greeting, even though they knew I was Jackson's client. Altogether a great experience, and now that I'm more comfortable with all the "bells and whistles" I am very happy with my CX-30 and enjoy driving it.

The service we received recently was outstanding! We found the car we had been looking for and agreed on a price without a lot of haggling and pressure. The radio needed to be fixed and even though Murray Mazda wasn't able to fix it they sent it to a mini dealership for us and took care of setting up the appointments and loaner car. I needed to replace a lost key for our Mazda 5. Found out to my astonishment that the cost for a key at the dealership, is between $200 and $500. That in itself at best, is insulting. After finding a cheaper version online, I was forced to go to Murray Mazda to have it programed. I was quoted $65.00 to do so which is also insulting. It took them a few minutes to plug it in to download some software and 15 minutes later, I reluctantly and angrily paid the bill for $81.00 How do they justify charging that much for a service that took them 15 minutes to perform? Roughly $325 Canadian dollars per hour. Beyond insulting actually.

I brought my car in for servicing this past week. There was an error made on the proper tire sizing for my car. I called and left a message for Jose. He called me back and we discussed and I brought my car back in to get the proper size tires put on my car. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism i received from Lucian and Jose. Bought in 2018, wasn't told about $12k worth of damage on vehicle until I arrived at the dealership from out of town. Found out upon further review of my contract that I was charged $2000 more for a vehicle than advertised in exchange for a "good trade in value" and paid $2500 for a warranty that only lasted 2 years rather than the 5 that was agreed upon.

I was more than impressed by the level of service from Jose! Dealing with an extended warranty issue, purchased originally from another dealer, was very difficult, yet Jose advocated for me and got my car fixed at no additional cost to myself. He kept me updated, went above and beyond and even got me in a courtesy car for my preplanned road trip, when there was a back order on parts. I couldn’t be more pleased with his service.

I had very good experience with Wolfe Chilliwack Mazda. I bought my 2014 MAzda3 with them. They have exceeded my expectations. I thought I was going to lose money over a trade-in because I just bought an older car from another dealer a couple of weeks ago but I changed my mind. Jeremy, one of their sales rep encouraged me to just try and bring the car for appraisal because a deal may be possible. True enough, I did not lose money over the fade in. In fact, I got a slightly better price from the one quoted to me by another Mazda dealer. I recommend this dealership if you want options. Randy, their Sales GM is also very nice and he deals with you. Also props to Mike of their business office, who explains everything to you clearly and he is also open to negotiation. I save a few more dollars by dealing with him.

I was told the actuator was broken and they needed my door opened to get to it, so they would have to cut my door off in order to fix it. They said there are no doors in North America and it would take 2 months to get a door from Japan and would cost $1000. I phoned Fountain Tire and told them what Mazda said and Fountain Tire said that sounds ridiculous and to bring my car there. Fountain Tire got the door opened without cutting it off, the actuator wasn't broken and the door was in perfect condition 24 hours later. Cost was $600. Also when I bought my car 9 months ago, I brought it into Mazda for an oil change. They said I should rotate my tires. Put the better tires on the front and balder ones on the back and cost around $25 which was fine. I went back for another oil change and they wanted to rotate my tires and would cost $25 again. I told Fountain Tire this and Fountain Tire said they have the wheels off to check the brakes during oil change anyway and shouldn't be charging you for that. Overall won't be going back to Mazda.

I had my car serviced there today . I was not really happy with a few things. First , the price of a basic oil change went up a fair bit since the last time I had one ( approx 4 months ago ) no one mentioned this to me before hand . So instead of a getting a bill that I was expecting , around 120. My bill was $188 for oil change and tire rotation. Just disappointed. I think I will stick to Wolfe Langley Mazda. They have never let me down.

After being incredibly loyal to Hyundai for the last 20 years I am very happy to say we have parted ways. I received horrible service from Hyundai and decided that was it. I had since visited Toyota Honda and Mazda. Mazda hands down exceeded service expectations. Jesse in sales was incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy just a real person. I know José the service manager at Murray Chilliwack for years, since he was at Mazda Pitt Meadows where during his time he performed an excellent service no only to me but to my other family members that own Mazda vehicles. Jose is a very dedicated person that shows interest in his customers, his dedication and care is reflected also in his service department team and always going the extra mile to accomplish customer 100% satisfaction even in a fast pace environment. I miss José; the Pitt Meadows Mazda dealer is not longer the same, it is just a block away from my place but last time I was servicing my Mazda 6 there, a month ago, I had the worst experience I ever had since I own a Mazda (more than 30 years); I will never get back to Pitt Meadows West Coast Mazda ever. I visited Jose in Murray Mazda Chilliwack for a battery replacement, the attention as usual in the way he does, prompt to do the extras, filling up the fluids where needed and I received a vehicle in a pristine looking: full wash including the interior cleaning. Definitely 5 starts!!!

Love this place. After a nightmare experience at Gardner GM in Hope, they are fixing everything that Gardner broke. It's been a month since I got my car back and I am still discovering things that Gardner broke. The bill for the damage they caused is at over $2,800 and counting. I have hired a lawyer and expect to be reimbursed by Gardner. They put 1782 kilometers on my car while the PCM was broken and that fried the catalytic converter. They also broke the hood support rod, the headlight on the same side and now I will probably have to have the washer fluid tank replaced as well which is right behind the headlight. They told me that someone working there wanted to buy my car. I told them absolutely not. After that they trashed my car and they lied about when it was sent to Mazda. They said it went to Mazda on January 25th. It wasn't sent until February 16th. Wish I had brought it to Murray Mazda in the first place. If I decide to keep the car I will be the most loyal customer that they have ever had. UPDATE!!! Three weeks later, one month after I got a huge chip in my windshield repaired that Gardner GM had put there and the guy at Canyon Glass told me that it would not have gone through the winter without cracking, I washed my car and the windshield cracked straight down the middle. I also had been into Canyon Glass about a month before I brought my car to Gardner GM on December 13th to have a piece of glass cut and at that time I asked him to look at the windshield to see if there was anything that couldn't wait till after the winter to be repaired. He told me that there wasn't. Add another 200 dollars to the bill for the damage they caused. It's over 3,500 dollars now. And again, I say, Murray Mazda ROCKS!!!!!

Murray Mazda is by far the best Mazda dealership! I absolutely love the customer service I receive from Jose and the staff in the service department. They are always friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel like just a number there, they really take the time with their customers and ensure all of our needs are met and questions answered. Murray Mazda should be really proud of their staff, I cant name a better place in the lower mainland with service like this. Your Service Manager Jose deserves accolades and and a huge THANK YOU from management for his ability to carry the Mazda brand as no other. My wife has been a Mazda client for over 10 years; and with Jose for most of it - here in Pitt Meadows and obviously we followed him to Murray in Chilliwack. Jose just makes it right for us....ALL THE TIME. I run my own business, so I understand the impact that customer service has on the business success. Jose has fixed every challenge (rats in the engine to brake jobs). He is knowledgeable with his craft and takes the time to explain in laymen's terms our car's health and welfare. We have a 7 year old and need to feel confident that our car is a safe as possible - being a family Man, Jose even understands that. I own a Toyota Tundra, only because Mazda does not build a truck big enough for my job!! I have decided that Jose and his Team will do all the service work on my truck...for the rest of time.....sorry Toyota. Loyalty and Professionalism are two dying arts in our society today. I’m onto my 4th Mazda in 9 years!! 3 bought from this location. I just got my cx3 2018 from Jesse and Renee. They made this the easiest transaction ever, Jesse listened exactly to what I wanted and we figured out together the best package and adds ons. Their service department tried to scam my friends girlfriend. Made up a bunch a non existent issues and proceeded to charge her over a $1000. However when she got a second opinion at Canadian Tire service department they found zero issues. Extremely unethical practice. I'm a proud Mazda owner so I'm disappointed this occurred. Sales Manager Dustin and John in Service were amazing. I brought my vehicle in to have the tire repaired due to a nail. They got my vehicle in the shop right away and fixed it quite quickly. The service was fantastic, Dustin and John were great, very professional, helpful and great customer service. They checked in on me to see if I needed anything while I waited. They went the extra mile and had my vehicle washed after the tire was fixed. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this dealership. Dustin and John thank you again! I really appreciated everything.

The staff there are always nice and accommodating. Love our CX-5! The only issue was the car was not cleaned to expectations upon delivery. If I pay we 38k for a vehicle I would expect it to be spotless upon pick-up. It wasn't Clear coat paint protection was not done properly either. They apologized and it is being redone but is that enough? Just stayed at a hotel where my room wasn't ready. They were apologetic and provided us with a $50 voucher. That's making it right! With the vehicle there was not extra effort. Yes there was a sorry but I still have to take it in and have it redone. No discount offered on the $220 floor mats or offer of a cargo cover discount. Just sorry, bring it back and we'll do what we should have done in the first place. Just disappointing.

Several years ago we purchased a brand new CX5. Once the papers were signed and the car paid for, there was absolutely No follow up and the car salesman was not at all helpful. The service dept. was not helpful. We had our car in three times for air conditioning repair. The mechanic insisted it was working. Hot summer. We insisted it was Not!!! Nothing but frustration. That was just one of several issues. Sometime passed and a new manager, Jose was hired. I spoke to him on several occasions and he assured me that changes were in the works. Just when we vowed never to do business with them again, things changed. Yesterday, we took our car in for a headlight recall. What a difference. All staff listened to us, the headlights were replaced in good time and wonderful service. We are very impressed with the changes Jose has made. Thankyou Jose, and kudos to your staff and for their commitment to customer satisfaction. We will be back!

Was planning on purchasing a new vehicle in December, however my vehicle decided NOW was the time instead. I dealt with Jim Philips and couldn't have asked for a better salesman! He was honest, didn't give any run-around, made the entire situation feel as seemless as possible.
