MITSUBISHI DOES NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTY!!!! I recently bought the Mitsubishi Outlander phev this summer. The charger failed after 2 months of owning it. I contacted Mitsubishi but they didn't even want to look at the charger. When they did, they said it was due to my plug sharing a switch, but the switch was inactive. I contacted my electrician that installed my level 2 charger. They inspected it and confirmed that it was a manufacturer default. The breaker in the charger unit didn't kick and thus it overheated. Mitsubishi kept giving me the runaround and made excuses on why they wouldn't warranty it. Additionally, when I purchased my Outlander it arrived with scratches all over the body, leafs under the hood and 500 km. They did detail it but all new cars should come detailed and with zero kilometres or told to the buyer that it has km's. Never buying from Mitsubishi again. It's better to buy from a company that honours the warranty and especially when buying an electric vehicle. It's very expensive to replace chargers and batteries.

As I was leaving he was walking into the dealership. Very disappointed in the level of service. The vehicle I went to view as very dirty and had a cracked windshield.

After two weeks without a car while the service department was waiting for parts for an unrelated complaint, the original complaint was not addressed. Additionally, the vehicle now had additional warnings than when I first brought the vehicle in. The parts that were replaced weren't even made available for me to inspect or retrieve, which makes one wonder. It saddens me to say that I have used this location twice now for service, and both have left me disappointed, and severely out of pocket. Be very weary dealing with this locations service department - find an alternative if you can help it.

hi i have got to say this is the best dealership i have ever been to they treat their customers like family. i came to them with my rvr that was a couple years old at the time and it was making funny noises they figured it out right away did not over charge me got what they can cover under warranty and got it fixed. while the rvr was being fixed i had decided to go for the outlander i had been looking into for over 6 months it suited me and my life style better, they helped me switch to an outlander within a few days i was soo happy to have more room then the rvr for our big family. i have continued to go to Fraser valley for all my service work and well anything to do with my outlander because of the way they know you and your name they treat you with respect and they know how to carry on a conversation without the hassle of someone trying to sell you another new car. their auto techs know what they are doing and have no problem answering any question you have about your car. the owner is a very friendly guy and says hi to when you come inn he doesn't just hide in the office the whole day lol i have been to 2 other dealers one on the island and they where mediocre at best for the auto department and i have been to wolf mitisbishi in langley they where the worst in my opnion they over charged me by almost double what i was quoted for a regular service and brake check, there car service was not on time to pick me and my young son up and there sales men i found a little pushy and wayy to much cologane, i am really glad i decided to go to fraser vally after moving to the mainland instead of wolf, it closer to my home and the service and knowledge you get is amazing no comparison in my opinion. i could go on for a long time about this topic but i keep hitting the wrong buttons and easrsing things somhow im not tech savvy but have a good day and definatly go to fraser way better then any other

I had a great experience with Fraser Valley Mitsubishi, I dealt with Gavin when looking to get a car and he was the most honest, attentive salesman I’d dealt with all week. I gave him my budget and he was very respectful of it and went above and beyond to get me what I needed, where as every other salesman I’d seen, were trying to up sell me cars I either couldn’t afford or just didn’t suit my needs. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for awesome customer service and an environment where you’re not being pushed into buying a car that doesn’t fit your needs.

I bought my 2015 lancer from Fraser valley Mitsubishi, I have been to every dealership around cause I've never bought a car and wanted to look around, everyone out there in Chilliwack all the way to Abbotsford wanted to rip me off sideways, chewed me up and spat me out, I walked into Fraservalley Mitsubishi thinking it was going to be another typical dealership gong show but they treated me like family, got me the best financing for my car, got me the car of my dreams and even when I go in now they still treat me like I'm there own family, the sales department Alex and Joe are great guys and will do the most to help you out, the service department is awesome, they know what there talking about and have the best shop rate around and the tech there is very knowledable They provide the best service and will never rip you off, I highly recommend this dealership to everybody!! The technician and service advisor work together to do the best to keep your Mitsubishi running like new! I had such a great buying and service experience there I'll continue to do so for now on

He gave me a very reasonable price to start with ($2000 less than elsewhere) and still let me get what I wanted for my trade in value! The owner Don is great, he has been not only easy to deal with but incredibly kind and helpful anytime I need anything. Being from Kamloops, I have my choice of dealerships to choose from but I will even come back to do all my maintenance! I feel taken care of. I will return and have already referred!! Be careful when having them change your tires over to snow tires. I brought in tires on rims from my previous Outlander and they told me the tires wouldn't work on my new car and I needed to buy new ones, at $1200. Even though when I bought the new car I was assured that the tires would fit. I left and went to Curtis Tire in Abbotsford and they had no problem putting them on and $45 later I am driving around on my snow tires. Their maintenance dept must be on commission so not interested in giving the customer the best value for money.

The Chilliwack Mitsubishi dealership is good to work with. They're hungry to sell their vehicles and they'll work with you to get a decent price. They don't act like snobs like some other dealers. Unfortunately, my salesman neglected to tell me that you can't add a spare tire after the fact to a 2020 Highlander. There's a space for it, but adding a spare kit would interfere with the brakes. (I falsely assumed it was an accessory I could add at a later date.) So, now I have to carry a spare tire in the trunk, which means there's no space to use the 3rd row of seats. After a blowout 2 weeks after buying my Highlander, I learned the hard way that the sealant and pump kit was all but useless. Thank God I was within cell phone range.

This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever been to. They are rude, sneaky and just plain unpleasant. The only person that was nice was the mechanic while he was explaining some work that my lancer needed done; however, it didn't make up for the incredibly poor service we received from everyone else in the place. I even overheard the owner speaking to another employee incredibly rudely in front of customers. I will drive out to the Wolfe Mitsubishi in Surrey from now on.

Heard bad reviews from co-workers and online, but they have proved me wrong. The service dept. did not "nickle and dime" me like Valley Mitsubishi in kelowna. In fact they went above and beyond to find small problems to cover under warranty that the other dealer tried to slough off for another day. They gave me helpful advice and were really quick with their work. All in all, don't be fooled by their small operation. They make it count. Say hi to rocky when you are in there.

I wish I could give more stars as my experience started out so wonderfully with this dealership. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating while trying to make the sale, but unfortunately took a negative turn after. Right away I noticed a feature advertised in their website for this particular car was not included (garage door transmitter) and after weeks of follow up I’m told it was a mistake on the website and they won’t be honouring that. Then after weeks of requesting the sales papers (the delay was because of flooding) the wrong papers were sent to me first (privacy breach) and then I realized that Due to a salesman using tricky tactics rather than being upfront with me, they gave me less than I had agreed to for my trade in. Followed up about both issues but nothing they are willing to do. It’s too bad, I love my vehicle and was so happy with this dealership, so it’s a shame the follow up customer service was less than I expect when I spend over $40,000 on a vehicle.

Absolutely terrible. Owner is an arrogant **** Just finished talking to a normal salesman when the owner comes over and tries to cram a car that we clearly dont like down our throats. If he had any people-skills he would have known by the look on our faces that we didnt want the car he was pushing. Kept going on, gives us the documents to look over then rips it out our hands to show us what hes talking about. Keeps trying to sell us on low mileage, and said a different number 4 times. Then after we have a moment to say that we are not interested in that particular car, he starts to insult us. I feel bad for everyone this **** has bullied into buying a car, its the only way he probably still in business. Went around to every dealer in Chilliwack that day and didnt meet any other salesman that were this arrogant and insulting. Should have known better than to step on the lot in the first place, my mom had the same experience a couple months ago when looking for a new car. Cant wait for the online damage control comment from Mitsubishi.

We travelled to Chilliwack to purchase our new Mirage G4 from Chilliwack Mitsubishi. Our dealings were all over the phone, prior to our arrival. They were very easy to talk to over the phone and understood exactly what we wanted and the vehicle was all ready and sitting in the building when we arrived. We told them we wanted fog lights and heated seats and they installed the seats for us and I installed the fog lights. I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the Chilliwack area, even outside the area. We found them very knowledgeable, willing to work with us on our requests and parts pricing is excellent. Almost 4 months ago now, my other half and I went into Mitsubishi, he was thinking about buying a new car. While we were chatting and joking with the staff; who is friendly, fun, and knowledgeable, I too caught the new car bug. I traded in my 2018 Buick Encore; I loved that little car, it did take me 3 days to commit to the trade. A white 2019 Eclipse Cross SE S-AWC caught my eye, it looks different from the other cookie cutter compact SUV’s out there. Different, appeals to me, and it had a whole bunch of safety features I didn’t have on the Buick. Now that I have been driving it for 3 months, I love it and my guilt about trading in my Encore has passed. It is the perfect size; I’m impressed with the gas mileage, I find it comfortable, and it has enough engine performance to suit me. Thanks to Jenna, Sydney, and Jeremy as they are the main team members I was working with. Also, thank you to the rest of the team from the service department to the wash bay. They got the car looking great for me to take it home.

My dad, Dave, says, "Mitsubishi Motors took the inside of my old Pontiac Montana and transformed it from old and gross inside and made it look brand new. They used toothpicks and Q-tips to get into crevices no one knew about. They're so pleasant to work with! I would recommend them to anybody. 5 stars!

Bought a car from them with parts. Waited 2 months and still parts didn’t show. Called them numerous times and they kept on saying Sara will get back to me. Not 1 phone call from her in the 2 months. So I went in the store to get a refund & complain and it so happens the parts miraculously appeared. They said it arrived that morning. I still wanted a refund. Alex tried to give me the run around saying it’s not their fault basically lol. Little did he know I been calling other Mitsubishi and they said they had the part and Fraser Valley Mitsubishi is a store that rips off people. They have a very bad rep with customer service. I showed Alex proof of the emails from other stores. Other stores would charge me $1100 while his store charged me $3100. All Alex said was vancouver Mitsubishi and other Mitsubishi are all liers lol. And that if I chose to got to them they will rip me off. I still wanted a refund and he said ok then kicked me out of the store lol. He also said he won’t refund me the interest rate they are charging me for the $3100. I have called VSA and the Better Buisness and Also Mitsubishi Canada on Fraser Valley Mitsubishi to file a complaint Plz guys Stay away.

Under new ownership starting oct 1, I had the pleasure to meet the new owner when I was looking at a new vehicle, he bent over backwards to get me the best possible payment despite the fact I am carrying negative equity from a lease I got out of (stupid me... never will I lease again and it was a hard lesson learned) But he did what he could to keep my payments at at price I could afford and get me a great price on my trade it, he was very nice and personable and easy to talk to and was very understanding of my situation and made it possible to make the purchase, the sales person Dylan and financing Gavin were also wonderful to deal with, with what the new owner said and his owning other dealerships he is gonna make a great turn around for the chwk location so we will have a great local Mitsubishi dealership and I for one am looking forward to being a loyal customer and go back in the future if I am looking to do an upgrade, I am glad I made the choice to pop in and take a test drive and meet the new owner and the friendly staff, I only went in to look at the vehicle in person and do a test drive and had every intention to go to Langley to make the purchase but after meeting the new owner I changed my mind and decided to see what he could do for me.... i can't wait to see the new changes and hear the great reviews from the future customers..... I wish the new owner the best of luck and I will definitely be spreading the work of the great service I encountered.

Let's start with I was a total idiot for buying my RVR here two years ago. My credit was good but I was self employed and only for about six month's so I had to go through the higher interest scam artists and received a 6% rate on financing. I paid just about $25,000 for my 2012 RVR in 2013 only to find out two very important thing's. first off Langley Wolfe were selling 3 of the same makes, models and years with similar mileage for about 5000 less and secondly there was damage to the rear of the vehicle that wasn't disclosed at the time of sale. I called the dealership and wanted to know why their RVR's were so much more money and was briskly told If I called again or spread this information via social media then I would have to deal with their lawyer. I hope this convince's at least one person not to purchase from this con man!!

We had a poor experience at tri city mits a few years ago, moved to Chilliwack and decided it was time to trade in our RVR, Alex and Joe provided a pleasant experience and more then made up for that negative experience, we were in and out in a few hours with what we needed. I go there to try and book my car in to get fixed. explained the problem the lady said I need a new transmission. can't tell me if it's covered or not. (it's a 2013 that has been 100% maintained. and under the warranty km) and trying to book it in is a Hassel on its own. they try to sell you a car before you can get yours fixed. overall horrible here.

Wonderful cars. Salesperson and finance guru were extremely attentive until we signed the paperwork. We are unable to set up voice recognition without the owners manual. We were only given one key when two were supposed to be supplied. Purchased car about a month ago and still haven't received what we should have. Unable to use the full features of our car. Saleperson is no longer there and financial guru keeps saying I'm still checking into it for you. Very disappointed. Got our key july 6th. A salesperson was able to delete previous owners phones, but due to not having an owners manual, was not able to do voice recognition. We were told that they couldn't get us an owners manual so we will have to try to find one online. Well further to this.....IMO Alex (finance) and Joe (salesperson) lied about our vehicle. When we asked them about the large $ amount on the carfax they passed it off as a possible glass replacement. Since then we had to take our vehicle in for a recall issue. We refuse to return to fraser valley Mitsubishi because Alex was SO rude, we went to another dealership. They informed us that our car had to have the transmission and crank case replaced due to an over heating problem. Now that in itself is not a huge deal, however the work was done at Fraser Valley Mitsubishi, so they should have known why the $ amount on carfax was so high. IMO they are dishonest and not trustworthy. I would give this company 0 out of 5 stars.

Very disappointed with the Parts and Service Advisor, Doug. He needs to learn how to communicate and be upfront with what's going on instead of not returning phone calls, or even worse, hanging up. I waited 3 days, and he was still unable to give me the information I was looking for, so I called Wolfe Mitsubishi in Surrey and they had the information to me in 2 minutes! Definitely not wasting anymore time with Fraser Valley Mitsubishi, and from now on I will be going to Wolfe Mitsubishi, where they have great customer service!

The original owners were calm and ready to deal. I was promised an oil change when I bought my vehicle but it seemed like this was a for me doing business deal. However when the oil change came up and displayed I took the van back and the new manger not only did not believe me but was not going to go along with the promise. I had signed on the contract that the sales person had not promised me any additional parts or further repairs. But the manager and sales person wanted me to bring the van back any time and they would do an oil change for me. The dealership it seems in under new owners, and will not go with the good will offer, plus this young punk called me lier like the other several people he has caught. Well what is such a small good will item sure has turned me from ever dealing with this dealership ever and also will tell all who I have a chance to.

My family was in desperate need of a bigger vehicle to fit our growing family. My husband has his truck listed on Facebook marketplace for about 5 weeks with no offers. Drew looking for potential customers messaged my husband and we made an appointment. I was very skeptical we would be leaving the lot with something we could afford and wanted. I noticed right away that Drew was approachable, friendly and trying hard to relate to us. He did a great job getting the work done. Chas the new general manager. Was also very friendly and approachable and related to us on our level. I felt I could be honest about our needs and Chas heard that and went and got just that! His experience and relationship with the bank as he said got us the finances that we needed. The whole process even though it was long took the whole team (finances, detailing, car insurance etc.) working with us as as their number one guests. Everyone was hands on treating us with respect. I didn’t feel overwhelmed by our kids starting to go crazy and making huge messes. I would shop here again and will recommend to my friends. Thanks so much!

Fraser Valley Mitsubishi is criminally incompetent. I phoned in asking them to do a simple key reprogramming. Next thing I know hours of my time later they tell me that my key no longer functions and that I need to buy another and charge me for the privilege of finding this out. I then go to pick up my new key only to find out it is still uncut and unprogrammed. They send ME out to get it cut to bring back to them for programming. 2 hours later it is still unprogrammed despite being told on the phone it was ready for PICKUP! I was in no way forewarned of this. After this horrific experience I leave the dealership incredibly late for an important appointment, and the manager has the audacity to come out and ask me if I'm interested in putting his dealerships plates on my car, "It'll only take 5 minutes..." he says. AS IF I would agree to do free advertising for this subpar dealership! Next Mitsubishi dealership I go to programs BOTH my keys as a courtesy and get this charge me a whopping 0$!!! I call to get a refund for their shoddy work and am told the owner does not REFUND despite charging me for a lie. Simply criminal.
