There service department is useless. If you buy your vehicle from this dealership don’t expect to have help from them ever. The services departments hrs are not convenient for the average worker. My 8 month old Niro is broken and I was told they can’t help as they aren’t properly staffed to service a hybrid vehicle (I bought my vehicle from them) and was suggested to take to a different dealership and use my roadside when I breakdown. For me this is unacceptable, DO NOT buy your vehicle from this dealership, they will take your money then not help when you need it.

My wife and I purchased a 2018 Kia Sportage in January of this year 2021. We are very pleased with the Sportage and want to thank our Salesman for his time and efforts finding us this vehicle and his professionalism, even though he was relatively new at selling vehicles. Shortly after we ran into a problem with our contract and when the Sales Manager was made aware of our problem, he quickly resolved it and offered the dealerships sincere apologies. Buying Experience was good but when my new Kia Seltos started making a ticking noise they told me on 2 seperate inspections it was normal and probably just "breaking in". I'm now over 20,000 KM into my new vehicle and the ticking noise continues. Took it to another mechanic and they said the ticking is pretty bad and I should get it fixed under warranty. Brought it to Kia and they made an appointment for OVER A WEEk from now to "take another look". I'm getting tired of being brushed off and not treated like a valued customer. Update: I took the car to Murray Kia in Abbotsford and the mechanics discovered that the ticking noise was caused by a piston hitting the sidewall of the cylinder. It needs a new engine! Glad there are still honest mechanics in the Kia family.

The sales people are always helpful. That is not my issue. The service department has always been my issue. I have gotten two vehicles from Chilliwack Kia. I normally go to Murray Kia in Abbotsford for service. It was an emergency issue as my car died out of the blue. Calling in for an appointment and asking if there was a courtesy car available I got rude customer service and hung up on. Then with road assistance it brings you to the nearest Kia dealership. Being that the service department is not open weekends. Things were put on hold. The person at the desk of the service department is rude. Once I was able to talk to the manager service department. And who fixed my car. He was knowledgeable and courteous. And quick to fix it. He was not in until 5 days after my car was dropped off there. When I picked up my car. Still the same person that was rude... just handed me my keys and paperwork. Just not very good with customer service. ???? I've had the same issues before this incident. This is the reason why I have never gone back to Chilliwack kia unfortunately.

We really appreciated the prompt and friendly communication from Alex. The staff were very helpful and we didn't feel pressured into anything. This was the third dealer we had spoken to and by far the most laid back. The only negative we have is that the car is brand new and supposed to have been cleaned for us, but it had been hanging around at the lot for a few months and acquired a layer of dust on the inside that was not cleaned up. We will have to detail it ourselves which you don't expect to have to do with a new car. We haven't inspected the exterior yet and can only hope that the scratches were actually polished off as promised.

My Kia Spectra is mostly stock, save for the tires which have been a bit of a headache. The previous owner changed them out, and the company that used to make them no longer does, meaning that they are ridiculously hard to find. And so it was that after numerous dead ends, I decided to give Kia a shot. I called and talked to Bev, and he was able to track down a set after a couple of false starts (at one point, the tires he had found were subsequently rejected by the supplier because they had been shelved since 2006! See what I mean about hard to find?) It took a few days of hiccups and putting up with me, but true to his word Bev was able to dig up a set and even gave me the more expensive tires at the same lower price he had quoted me, and for this I am eternally grateful. Thank you Bev, and the team that makes it happen at this Kia dealership. You guys are the best! Signed, Happy!

I started the car buying process over a month ago and made several trips to Kia Chilliwack (and other dealerships) test driving and obtaining further information. The Kia sales associate (Alex) was non aggressive yet knowledgeable, personable and promptly provided all the info I was looking for. Bought a brand new vehicle and have had nothing but problems, there’s something seriously wrong with my vehicle but they can’t figure out what it is and are dragging me through a long process of “testing” the oil, I have to bring my brand new 2021 vehicle every 1000 km to test my oil levels as I’ve had to put in a litre every month, amongst a myriad of other issues. What a complete inconvenience, and I have zero confidence in the safety of my new vehicle. These people just don’t care about me or my business.

So, I came in to their dealership just to check the cars and see what deals they have on that day. But, Brayden and the manager gave me a good deal specially for the trade-in of my old car who has an ICBC claims and a broken antenna. They did not hesitate to let me do the test drive. I want the first car that I tried but later on I changed my mind and asked Brayden if I could try the Sorrento Lx Premium 2021 model. Without any hesitation he quickly grab the key and let me drove around. They were very patient with me since day one and easy to talk to. And if you are a dog lover, you’ll get a chance to pet Brayden’s dog who’s with him at work.

Vehicle purchased August 23,2021 still have no second key as included part of my purchase agreement. Has been nothing but a headache and a hassle for me. No response from Manager after the first mistake. Just excuses, and no call backs, just "well it takes a long time to order a key". Now I'm left to deal with a mobile key service? NOT the dealership, that has still not provided key as promised. There have been multiple "mistakes" from "someone" ordering wrong key, waiting WEEKS more, then sending an already cut key for someone else. VERY unhappy

I’ve had nothing but problems at this location. The staff are friendly but can’t seem to fix anything wrong with my car. I’ve gone in multiple times for my stereo and they say that nothing is wrong with it so they will just reset it and then it stops working again a few weeks later. Of course you still have to pay the $60 for them to “fix” it. It wouldn’t bug me if they had just told me it was broken and needed to be fixed the first time but instead they wasted my time. The worst one was probably when I brought it in because my breaks stopped working on the highway and they told me that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. It wasn’t until I said I was bringing my dad in with me that they magically found the problem with it minutes later. I’ve had enough with Kia and will never be buying a car from them again.

While I bought my 2014 KIA Sorento before the Chilliwack dealership had opened, I regularly get my car serviced there. I love my Sorento, and highly recommend it to others, and I am extremely happy with the service Katrina and her team give me, every time I walk in there. They are polite, on time, and they wash my car! I highly recommend Chilliwack KIA!

I bought a 2017 Sorento EX 2.0L Turbo in July 2017 and decided it's time for me to put a review in. I can't say enough about the vehicle, the Sorento is by far a top notch vehicle in my opinion. I would have to give it a 10 all around especially all the standard options that most other brands of vehicles won't supply unless you're buying their high end priced vehicles. Enough said about the vehicle, just know that I have been a lifetime GM guy who's now a devoted Kia guy. What's really amazing is the way I got treated at Chilliwack Kia. Cody, the salesman was pretty amazing considering it took me over 2 months to make the decision to buy the Sorento, I was amazed that not once did he try to put down the competition. Chris Long, the manager was prompt and efficient the minute he found out what financial arrnagements I had in mind. Jerome, the current manager is also top notch with customers. Katrina, the service & parts gal goes way beyond to help customers, both Ashley, the detailer and Chuck the technician are also very helpful and know their stuff. I would say that Chilliwack Kia is definitely a big 10!!!

Local Dealer in Kamloops was trying to screw me big time and wanted $5000 over MSRP told me they couldnt sell it to me and that they would loss $5000 if they did. So glad I sent Chilliwack Kia. The first time I came here I was getting out of my Hyundai sonata and into my Nissan Rogue. Chilliwack Kia went above and beyond the first time and made me have an amazing experience. This time I came back after 8 months to trade my Nissan Rogue in. They first showed me the Kia Sorento but wasn't in my budget at the time. But it's an absolutely beautiful vehicle and if it was. I would of for sure purchased it. But then we decided on the Kia 2021 Sportage. Let me take it home over night. Then I get a call around 530pm saying come back to the dealership we a have a vehicle for you and a sunroof. So I arrive at Chilliwack Kia and they most definitely knocked it out of the park. horrible experience dealing with parts and service. Not friendly and complained that the dealership has to make money(like they dont), I got 2 quotes for a kia key one from Keywest at $335 plus tax and one from Applewood $350. I wanted to shop local and start taking my kia to this dealership and was treated rudely and no customer service or tact at all. I was quoted well over $400 for the same key. I even showed an email quote from the one dealer and was told he wanted to make more money than that dealer... I will NEVER buy a Kia there nor take my Kia in for any service or anything. Big win for being a newer dealership. STAY AWAY! unless you like to be overcharged and no coutesy.

Had Kia Chilliwack look at my AC in my Forte as it was not cooling on a 5 year old car with less than 70 000km on it. They said it was not leaking and refilled the refrigerant. 3-4 months later the AC stops blowing cold again, when I ask them to look at it again they say they want to charge 130 dollar diagnostic fee and then any parts and labor on top. I told the service department person that they checked and filled a few months ago (for $180) and it leaked out so they should waive that diagnostic and do it right this time. They responded with that mechanics did not notice a leak and that the mechanics don't work for free. If the mechanics don't do a job properly they should diagnose again for free because they DIDN'T do the job RIGHT the first time! Why would I pay again for a job unfinished? They did waive half the cost of the diagnosis (Not good enough!) when I tried to book a second time but I did not trust them to do the job right. Not happy at all with Kia vehicles or Kia dealers/Kia service dept.

I bought a used Suzuki Grand Vitara from Chilliwack Kia 2 weeks ago with the assurance that it had been fully inspected, in great mechanical condition and would be trouble free. "you won't have to do anything other than an oil change, our mechanic has over 30 years of experience" they said. Upon buying the vehicle I had to go back 2 separate times waiting for several hours while they "finalised the mechanical service", once again assured that the extra time spent meant it would be in top condition for handover. Once I received the vehicle I noticed the transmission shuddered and vibrated between 3rd and 4th, which I brought to their attention immediately. I took the vehicle in to the dealership to be looked over only to be shrugged off and told that a vibrating gear change was normal for the vehicle. Upon seeking 2 extra inspections from reputable mechanics and transmission experts I was told that it was NOT normal in any fashion and that its only a matter on time before the transmission fails and I get stranded. I have addressed the issue with the dealership with backed opinions from external specialists only for them to shrug it off and say I got a "great deal". I have been quoted 3-4K for a rebuilt transmission and little care or acknowledgement from the dealer for the lemon of a vehicle I have been sold under a false sense of security going through a "reputable dealer". False promises and little care.
